Excellent experience. Replaced my 20+ year old system with the XV20i AC and an 80% efficiency 2-stage furnace. Previously, the old furnace would blow uncomfortable hot air on us when it kicked on. Now it blows less intense heat that makes it much easier to fall asleep and keeps the house temperature much more even. I cant even hear when the system kicks on, which is very different from my old loud system. I love that I can control the thermostat from my phone and it keeps my kids from tampering with it. We also opted for the PlasmaPure 602 whole-house air purifier because my wife suffers from allergies/asthma. It was well worth the investment. After just a few days, we are already seeing a reduction in dust and she is already noticing a difference. Vince was very knowledgeable and his crew installed the entire system in less than a day and left no mess. The system cost was 2/3 of what their competitor quoted me. It has been a pleasure doing business with Comforts on the Coast so far. I hope to update everyone once my reduced power bills start coming in.

I sent in a request on a Sunday because my old AC system was out. I never expected to hear back until Monday at the earliest. Within minutes, Vince had called me a set up to come out immediately. He arrived and throughly went over my old system and made recommendations on what needed to be replaced. I had a quote for a new Trane System before he left. By the way he handled the visit I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.Vince had his guys at my home the next morning and by that afternoon I had a new energy efficient unit running in my home. Absolutely the most professional and caring people to ever do any work in my house! They did everything to prevent any damage or messes. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered to grab lunch for us when they took a small break. They spent the day from 8 to 5 making sure that everything’s was done to perfection. Went way above and beyond what a typical install would be. From installing a plasma air purification system and a new condensation pump to building a French drain system outside and redoing all of the old pipe work on the house to and from the units. A day ago, my husband’s and I air conditioner had went out on us and we called a company ( which I won’t put their name out there) had came by and checked it yesterday and said the our with our air conditioner was the compressor. Today we had gotten in contact with this company, Comfort On The Coast, and they had taken their time on it by carefully checking to See what was going on with it which come to find out it wasn’t the compressor. My husband and I are so happy that they have our air conditioner running again! We highly recommend our family and friends to this company!

Comfort on the Coast will take care of you! I called them around 5pm, Tuesday evening, and they were at my house within 30 minutes - Vince, the owner, and another gentleman. They determined I needed a new downstairs unit. We scheduled it for Friday (yesterday). Dillon and Mike came out and replaced it. They did quality work. Based on conversation and the end result, I trusted and will continue to trust that this company takes pride in their work. I work in a whole other field of maintenance, which helps me to recognize the pride in work factor and how thorough this company is. Lastly, we left the house almost right after everything was complete. We were gone for a couple of hours. When we walked back in the house, we could smell the difference in the air. We had A/C issues when we woke up Sunday morning and gave them a call. Very professional and extremely nice. He came out in an extremely timely manner and checked everything with our outside unit and figured out the problem within 5 minutes. He had the air running perfectly fine after a quick repair! My baby boy and my wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts because this Mississippi weather is no joke! 10/10 customer service and my family and I will only go to this company for any future problems! Comfort on the Coast went above and beyond to install a new Trane AC/heat pump for my parents house. I shopped with 2 other companies and Comfort on the Coast is the best for the price. They also serviced the 2nd AC unit while they were there for free. Not many companies will do that. Their warranty is much better than the other two companies as well. Vince took his time to explain everything I needed to make a decision. It was a big purchase and a long term investment. Vince made sure that everything is done right.

I had an entire new Trane HVAC unit installed for $7,500. The owner himself came out inspected the old unit, inspected the house, gave me a good price, and scheduled installation right away. His techs were skilled, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They were always polite and very helpful. They made sure everything was cleaned up after installation and verified everything was in perfect working order. My house is an older home and the electrical outlet for the unit was in terrible shape. The Techs went to Lowes and purchased material to install an upgraded outlet at no extra charge. There were several small details that had to be address such as this and they did the same thing, went to Lowes picked up the material and came back and fixed it at no added expense to me. These are probably the most honest, respectful, and reliable business people Ive come across in quite a long time. As for the unit itself, its well worth the cost. My old unit struggled to get the temperature in the house even down to 78-79, and wouldnt go any lower in the summertime unless it was cooler rainy type weather. My new unit will get the temperature down to 66 degrees in 5 -10 minutes depending on ambient temperatures outside, but my house is only 1460 sq ft. They gave me a 10 year parts and labor warranty and a 2 year free service inspection. Im very pleased with my investment and equally pleased with Comfort On The Coast. I highly recommend their services.

Air went out on easter and my mother lives with me and she is 84 years old and on oxygen. I felt bad about calling on a holiday but Vince reassured me that it was not an issue that we cant pick when things break, he (the owner) was at my house himself and had me fixed up within 2 hours of me calling!!! Started removing my tired air-condition system by 8:30 and had my new Trane XL16 Heat Pump System and XL824 Nexia Smart Control operating by 12:30! Dillon provided ABSOLUTELY THE WORST service possible!! Paid $1600 for 2 ducts that werent secured properly, not taped, not sealed, crushed in spots and had more air leaking into the attic than coming into the house. This after 3 rescheduled as well with numerous excuses.Also left about 50 ft of tubing hanging from the overhang and was told you can just run that however Um, what am I paying you for? Had to pick up their trash as well. THEN tried to sell me a new unit for $12k - 15k. My unit is only 2 years old.Vince did offer to come back and fix it but why would I trust you or your company to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time? The work was so horrendous....I would be embarrassed and ashamed to do work like that at someones home and call myself a professional.During one of the phone calls to reschedule, Vince said if I decided to use another company, be careful because other companies do terrible work. Too bad I didnt get the same warning about Comfort on the Coast.
