The crew was professional and took steps to protect my property and minimize disruption of my household. They put heavy coverings on floors and work spaces. No loud banging or even any extraneous talking. Someone in another room would probably not even know they were there.Even the carpentry work necessary to enlarge the new air register was done very cleanly and when completed looked like it was always that way.I received a good quote and I am happy with the process and unit I selected. You MIGHT be able to beat their pricing but I doubt you could match the professional installation.I have no reservations recommending Ball.
The service men arrived on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail. When done, they explained the system and cleaned up. I would highly recommend Ball Heating and Air! The Trane unit works like a dream, it barely kicks on and my home is nice and cool.

I’ve had a contact with Ball Heating and Air for a few years now and it was great until recently. I have learned that it was sold and no longer a local business. Recently my air conditioning went out. Oddly each part to fix it was exactly the same price totally just over $1,100. I had it all repaired by someone else for under $700. Looking up parts myself they were over charging me hundreds of dollars. After Zeta I had mold on the outside of my indoor unit. They insisted that I change out the unit for a new one costing over $12K. Never offered or explained it could safely be removed which I had done. I have canceled my contract. If you’ve had a great experience over the past years be aware of the possibility it won’t be so great in the future.
These guys are great. Extremely responsive and professional. Our very old AC was about to die in the hottest summer on record and they came within two hours of my call. Provided excellent service and in a short time frame installed our brand new system. I could not be happier. I have never worked with such a professional and squared away group. Thank you!

My AC system went out on a Wednesday and it took just a few hours for them to come out and check things out and inform me that I did unfortunately need a brand new system. New system was installed on Wednesday they were slightly late but not to a point to where it was to be worrisome. The men who installed were very professional and treated my dogs kindly. They cleaned up after themselves to a point to where my hallway was cleaner after they left then it was when they arrived.Honestly regretting that I didnt give the redhead my phone number 😅🤣

The technicians did absolutely wonderful. There was several issues going on. They checked it all and gave us several options to combat the issue. We did not feel like they tried to up sell anything and had a good knowledge of what was going on with our system.

Zach, Scott, and David performed our annual checkup and service work under the service plan we have with Ball Heating and Air. They were pleasant, professional, and answered all questions I had about the systems. The preventive maintenance they have done the last few years have minimized any issues we might have during the extreme seasons we can have. They were respectful of my schedule and moved quickly to get all the work done timely, even with heavy weather moving in and rain coming down as they did their exterior inspections and work. Very pleased with the overall work product and quality of the team that performed it.
I had an issue with the AC at my rental property on a Saturday afternoon. Response time was good and the technician, Ryan, found the issue and repaired it in less than an hour. I was really sweating what it would cost for a weekend call but the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!

Im not sure I can say enough good things about this company. Literally, as we were unloading the moving van at our new home purchase, the tech from Ball (E.J.) was breaking the news to us our entire HVAC unit should be replaced. But, he was incredibly professional and absolutely the most thorough tech I have ever seen. Our new system arrived today, and the install crew was nothing short of amazing. Two trucks and three guys worked with military precision and had the entire job done, under difficult circumstances, in about 5 hours. This is what customer service USED to be folks. Ball was recommended to us by a neighbor and I cant imagine dealing with anyone else for this type service. You cant go wrong with them!

The techs tat were sent, all seemed to be more interested in selling me a new unit for 10 grand. After many leaks and repair the unit went down again. The tech calls me before he came out and ask two questions, how old is the unit and symptoms. He did some diagnostics on outside, not opening the unit, and tells me I need a new unit....$10,000. After price shock, I called another company. They FIXED the unit for one thousand with 5 year warranty. shop around people, these people are like car dealers. Will not recommend .

Condensing my experience with this company so far, I would have to say that I am incredibly dissatisfied, and a bit surprised at the level of ineptitude and poor customer service it offers.I hate to have to be writing this, as I had heard good things about Ball Heating and Airs service. However, after spending over $12,000 on having a new unit installed on Friday, I have had nothing but trouble. The man who came out to take the quote, and the installation crew themselves were very professional and nice. The man who came to take the quote and provide our contract ensured us that if there were any problems that there was a 24 hour repair service we could use. This obviously does not seem to be the case, as I am now sitting without A/C for the second time since the units installation.Friday, my unit blew cold air for all of two hours before shutting off. When the individual from the repair service showed up, he began to complain and tell my husband he wanted to go home because it was late. The time was 8:45 p.m. After he argued with my husband outside for a few minutes, I decided to speak with him. He began to argue with me, and tell me that he was tired and just wanted to go home, and come back the next morning. Leaving me without air conditioning in an 87 degree house all night. I told him that if he left, I would have to make a complaint. Finally he relented and decided to take a look at it.He was able to repair it, and we thought that was the end of it. Until today, at noon when the outdoor unit stopped working again. I called the office number, and spoke to a secretary who was both professional and sympathetic. However, she also said that no one would be able available to come out until tomorrow between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Leaving me again, in a house with no A/C during the peak of the summertime with 97 degree heat, and a heat index of 105. This is beyond unacceptable given their promises and guarantees outlined in our contract prior to installation, as well as the price we paid for it.To say I am dissatisfied and displeased with my experience so far would be a gross understatement. I am hoping to find an expedient, reasonable ressolution to this problem. However, I will not be satisfied until I have spoken to the manager in charge or someone of other equable power at the company. Particularly when dealing with large home appliances at these prices, a manager or other person of authority should be on call at all times for situations such as these. I have been told to call tomorrow morning and speak with John, the manager, which I plan to do. But having to wait this amount of time, in this heat, after the myriad issues I have experienced will inevitably put me in a less than pleasant mood.Hopefully I will find that my concerns and poor customer service experience will be handled in the timely, courteous and reasonable manner expected of a purchase this size. However, until such time, I will be exploring all the options and contacting all parties necessary to rectify the problem. I will also be relating thing experience to everyone I know, as well as anyone I hear considering using Ball Heating and Air for their needs.Depending on when and how this problem is resolved, I will consider amending my review. Until that time, I cannot recommend this company to anyone I know.*UPDATE*I was able to speak to the manager, John, today. He was very prompt and apologetic in his response. He said that my experience was not acceptable and he would insure that it will not happen again. He also extended my year long service free warranty to two years, as well as is sending me the guaranteed compensation outlined in the contract I signed with them. He is also sending out a service man this week to check over the system again and make sure we will not run into any more trouble soon.I now feel much more comfortable recommending this company to anyone I know. They have shown that if someone runs into issues such as these, they are willing to address and correct them promptly.

These guys really got us out of a bind due to our ac leaking water through the ceiling into kitchen. All this was caused by our initial installer cracking the internal plastic drip pan 3 years ago and not reporting.” Original installer has been called here over 10 times in past 3 years. Every visit they’d find something wrong that wasn’t covered under warranty so we’d have to pay a lot of money each visit and a week or up to a couple months we’d start seeing water leaking again. Frustrated we called out Ball Heating and Air and they came out same day. Within a couple weeks due to parts, the repaired or replaced everything like it should’ve been in the beginning. Armando and TJ were both very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend these guys.

They removed and replaced the entire system in around 6 hours. Their workmanship and knowledge of A/C systems were awesome! Before they left we reviewed the entire system and everything was cleaned up. I would absolutely recommend my team and Ball Heating and Air.

My AC and HVAC needed to be serviced for an annual cleaning. It was working just fine and cooling before a Ball Heating and Air service man arrived. I was told about a burnt wire that needed to be replaced. Later that night, my AC went out. The next day, I called them back and requested a new service man to come out. He confirmed that there was no refrigerant in the unit, and the system was not cooling. He put some refrigerant in the system and immediatley returned and told me that he found the leak. I cannot understand how my unit was not leaking 7 hours prior and suddenly the unit became non-repairable. How can a burned wire turn into a crack compressor? At that time, he offered me a unit for $8,000.00. I spoke to the manager and he agreed with his employees. They did not try to further evaluate my situation. I spoke to another AC repairman and they cannot figure out how the compressor can crack at the point it was cracked.
Made emergent repairs on duct tube that had separated from the main duct. Made quick assessment of the problem, made corrective decision to solve and implemented successful action.
David Smith, the technician, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Good experience. Will use them again in the future.
