Went with a friend to get pedicures. Started at the same time yet mine was completed about 5 minutes before hers. The tech did not get the skin smooth on my feet leaving rough edges, then applied towels that were way too hot and was chatting with a guy on her cell phone part of the time. Total time for pedicure was a little less than 15 minutes and to top it off polish was peeling off 6 days later. Definitely not the experience I expected. Will not return.

I normally don’t write a bad review, but I got to for this one. This place is a rip off, just be careful in case you want to try this place only because it’s close to your house like I did! I was told over the phone that $40 for Acrylic fill-in with gel color… but I was charged for $48 ( $3 for cutting nails shorter and $5 for shaping!!??? Seriously!?) she have never informed me in advance. But seriously I have been in so many nail salons but they never charged me extra just for cutting and shaping! On top of that her service is fair good. They just lost one potential customer permanently! I’m totally not appreciated that

Emily was sweet and so thorough. I wanted to do an experimental kind of french mani w a different shape. She was so meticulous and made sure I loved it through the whole process. Come here for good quality! And great customer service!

I was charged $48 for a non-gel regular fill-in and toe polish change. Highway robbery. I was offered 10% discount due to it being a holiday. They will never have the chance to rob me again. One block away same service is $12 cheaper.

Love this place! Prior to covid they became my new local favorite and this was the first visit after all the new restrictions. The staff were kind and made sure everyone was wearing a mask. They left plenty of space between pedicure chairs and did a great job with my gel pedicure.

Went here on Saturday with my mom to get our nails done & by Sunday morning the paint on all of my nails had chipped. I keep coming back hoping it was just that last time they didnt do a good job, but unfortunately its every time. My nails never last more than 3 days & its so overpriced.Also with the amount of times Ive gone, how come my points have never exceeded 0???

I am a terrible nail biter, hoping acrylics help me curb the habit. My nail technician was beyond amazing. I believe her name is Crystal. She walked me through everything and made sure I liked the length and shape as she went. The service was above and beyond. They 100% followed covid regulations.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!! My experience was great from start to finish . My nail technician took time and created a beautiful manicure and pedicure for me. I made an appointment a nd was seen promptly at 9am. I will return. This was worth every penny. Ive went to less expensive places and Ive learned many lessons..like you get what you pay for.. This was excellent service and Im glad I found them.

Had a wonderfully relaxing experience and the nail tech was very nice and didnt pressure me to make conversation (which I really appreciate). The pedicure was too gentle for my taste, didnt really get the dead skin off. The prices were very affordable and I loved the atmosphere. The only major issue I had was that the fact that the polish wasnt completely uniformed. You could see the layers of polish at the bottom and on the sides. And it didnt even last a full week surprisingly.

Went with 7 ladies for a birthday pedicure day and we were treated with such professionalism, friendliness and extraordinary customer service. The owner had surprised the birthday girl with a cake. We were blown away with that gesture. My pedicure was relaxing, the massage was great and I love the end result. Will be going here from now on!

I haven’t came back because the last me and my friend made an appointment and they were able to finish her nails even before I started, then I refused service and went home. I back today after two months with my friend again, she made us a nail appointment here again. For 2:30 and it’s now 3:00, a mom and daughters made an appointment at 3 and got helped right away and in front of me. So now I feel disrespected twice by this nail place. Also it’s a rainy Friday so no one is even in here yet they would rather help the family then the girl who’s been waiting a half hour already. So today I’m gonna refuse service and will never have business here again!!!!!

I’ve been to TNail’s three times now and I’m very happy with their service. The first time, I got dips and one of the nails didn’t take. I got home and noticed, so I went back to see if they could fix it. So sweet and so funny, making me feel like it was no problem at all and they were sorry for the inconvenience. The next time, they were very thorough and made sure my nails were exactly as I wanted. Don’t be afraid to speak up and do the same. Truly, the sweetest staff. I wish I could post the lovely gel they just put on me. Very classy and immaculate.

This is only my second time visiting since new ownership. This time wasnt so pleasant so I wont be going back. I went in earlier today to get a gel fill in. Cindy waited on me, she wasnt pleasant at all. Keep shoving my hands back & pulling my arms forward the entire time she was doing my nails. She conducted herself as if she had an attitude. As she was in the middle of painting my nails I guess it was her regular customer that came in name Kim. She started rushing to get to her customer & at the same time being a little short with me. Telling me my nails arent dry. Well of course, they arent because shes rushing to get me out her chair. I wont be going back. Its better customer service nail salons in catonsville & better prices ($40 for a gel fill in & nail fix is pricey & poor attitude).

Way overpriced. 55 dollars for powder on nails. Started with one person she was new took off my nails which was not required or requested. Then they switched me to someone else. He spent much of his time checking people out. He handled cash and did not wash his hands before starting on my nails again.What should gave taken an hour took hour and 45mins.

I recently started coming here (maybe 4 visits total, at this time) and my gel polish lifted after 3 days and Anna (who didnt originally do but shes done my nails before) stepped in to correct the problem- at no charge or any problem. She (and the entire staff) are courteous, polite, friendly, personable and this has become my new nail salon home.

The ambiance was very relaxing. I had a hot stone mani/pedi. my sister had a peppermint mani-pedi. Services were wonderful, staff bent over backward to make sure you were pleased with your service. They even gave us a Christmas present-a full size green tea lotion. That made our evening, along with the free beverages we consumed!

Wouldve given it 5 if they didnt try to charge me $5 for everything they wanted to do. They dont get the dead skin off your feet which was new to me !
