My AC went out while we were out of town this past week. I come home Sunday to a 90 degree house and it was miserable! I called Eagle and they got someone out THAT day!Two very nice and professional men worked on my AC. Alas, the problem was a part (compressor) that needed to be ordered. No AC for us Monday. However, I called that evening and Randy was very polite. He told me to pester him as much as I wanted, and he assured me they would be working hard to fix my issue.The next day (the 27th) I called the office again and spoke to a very kind lady. She told me she would check on the status and call me promptly. She certainly did! She told me they would get the part to me that day and have me running, “even if we have to work in the dark”.By that afternoon a gentleman was repairing my AC. All in all, from the first phone call to Eagle; until my unit was fixed, less than 48 hours had elapsed.They were kind, professional, and helpful. Thanks to Randy and the techs at Eagle!!

Called and they came that day, actually it was just at dark. Both our AC units needed to be taken care of with Freon. Got that corrected in short order and checked out units for any other trouble. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Its a good place to get an air condition!
