After calling and scheduling an appointment with the salon a few days in advance, I showed up at my confirmed day/time. The door was locked, lights were off, and no one was there. Another customer who had scheduled an appointment the same date and time, showed up too. I called the business’ number. The person on the other end of the phone stated that the salon worker must have left early. He then told me to wait there or come back in an hour or two. He also had the audacity to suggest I could get an Uber to their downtown location. Scheduling appointments with customers and then simply leaving without even a phone call to reschedule is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon. Who knows if they will be there for your next “scheduled” appointment?
