I went here last time to repair s broken toe nail. I dropped a heavy pan on my foot. This is a great place to go, if you want 6/10 busines. They dont care about individual customers, they are like a fast food joint.normal prices for sub standard work. I have tried to contacr managment w no response

Got a gel manicure and it was quick and came out perfect! the nail tech was very nice. Also got my eyebrows done and they also were quick and came out great!! so happy will be coming back soon.

It looks nice. I believe Someone else would’ve done a much better job. The line were wiggly. But it’ll be very durable until my next visit, WITH appointment for the lady that did a better job last time. LolNancy is very nice and can do a very long lasting nail but I think her block colors are much more polished. And again, very very durable. I might be able to get a month out of this one. 👀

They are not following CDC guidelines. They couldn’t firmly ask customers to wear masks. If you are concerned about your health during pandemic, I would suggest find another place.

I went in for acrylic nails and asked also for my cuticles to be trimmed. The man said it would be extra, and I said ok. It took him about three minutes to cut my cuticles. When I saw the bill, he had charged me $18 for a full manicure Just for cutting my cuticles, in addition to the $38 for acrylic. I should have asked how much extra cutting my cuticles would be, but I really hadnt imagined he would charge me $18. I would have been fine with $5 or even $10. Wont be going back because I feel swindled.He did do a decent job w my nails.

I got a full set gel and pedi yesterday and this was one of the worst treatments ive EVER gotten. Last night one of my toe nails chipped and you can see parts of my real nails under the gel. I wish I wouldve read the reviews of this place before attending to save my time. I shouldve walked out when I could not find the colors I initially wanted and they continued to tell me they were going to find the colors but never did. I came in with pictures of what I wanted and they deceived me into these horribly shaped and done nails and complete opposite color of what I wanted. The tech then proceeded to tell me after finishing my nails that I needed to come in with the name and brands of the colors I wanted or they wont be able to get me the right color. If you knew you didnt have the colors why not tell me that before I sat down for your bad service. I also did not receive a proper leg and arm massage for my $80 payment. They also dont have the prices listed anywhere in the salon which was a huge red flag. This was one of the most unprofessional shops Ive went to and they have completely turned me off from going to any other predominately asian nail salons. It seems like a reoccurring thing with these types of nails salons that they dont update their skills and nail colors and choose not to complete the customers needs. You all also do not shape the nails properly so that they grow in better. The customer service is always horrible and you all make a bad rep for yourselves. If we are coming in to spend over $50 for a service were coming to use as a time to relax and get pampered, DO YOUR JOB! Are the techs even licensed in this salon??? Throw the entire salon away! Im warning anyone thinking of going here, DONT. Unless you like poorly done nails and horrific customer service.

They did a very poor pedicure, not like my usual nail salon. The lady was filling the tub and dropped the inner piece of the water filter and had water spray all over me. My jeans were soaked from top to bottom. Definitely not worth the cost.

The woman I had did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. I asked her to fix the edges and she did not seem to understand or pretended to not understand. I had to go home and clean up the edges myself. I recommend avoiding this place all together. I posted an example.

I had to kill some time waiting for a group of teen girls about three weeks ago and I actually had a great experience at this salon. The service was great (I had a gel manicure which only started wearing a day or two ago and the tech also tinted my eyebrows). Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My experience was quite the opposite. Heading back this week. I’ll update this review if my second experience is different.

I had previously gone somewhere else and had ombré nails. But since I was at the mall and all I needed was a fill I didn’t think it was a big deal. Oh no, worse experience ever. My nails look terrible, the pink doesn’t match. The shape is crooked too. I was genuinely upset. To make it worse, Hoa Truong was rude and not gentle at all. He rushed my fill! THERE WAS NO ONE THERE!!!!!! All just to be on his phone!!!! I wanted to cover up my bad ombré with a gel polish but they had a terrible selection of colors. Then when I go to pay it was $40!??? For a fill?????? So sad, now I have to pay just to get them fixed! Never again! 1 star because it does look nice, but gosh service is terrible!

Upon arriving I was told they were running a week day special for a mani + pedi for $39. Halfway through the pedicure the nail tech told me that the receptionist told me the wrong price and that in fact Id be charge $47, not including the service she had just added for $6. I told her this was not fair, as I agreed to the service after being told the original price. She kept trying to upsell me on items and I kept declining (you know- the usual- you want your eyebrows done?) When we got to the manicure I couldnt believe how awful her technique was. I tried to be nice. Asked for an additional coat of polish. She was rude throughout the entire service. When I declined getting a gel manicure (for the third time) she quickly turned to her co-worker and spoke in a different language staring at me.I highly discourage anyone from going to this nail salon. They are dishonest, tactless and talentless. 0 out of 5 stars deserved.

Dont be fooled by all the bad reviews, theyre old anyways. my tech was extremely kind and didnt rush at all. if these people claiming they rush ever went to nail school, theyd know youre supposed to do nails quickly. it was extremely clean and i saw them thoroughly wash all tools. my nails were done better than i expected from the salons exterior and reviews.

They dont deserve one start. customers service is terrible. It was the fastest pedicure I ever received. I dont know if the person did not want to serve me and my girlfriend because we were black. They rushed us out so fast. When they were done they didnt speak to us look at us engage in conversation communication. the massage on my legs she did was rushed, I had to ask her to do certain part of my leg and toes over. Omg I wish I had read the reviews before coming here! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD NAIL JOB! I was ignored the whole time, rushed, send on my way. I did gel manicure and the woman doing it did not paint my whole nail! Like, she lifted the brush too soon so my nail tips are not covered to the end. I also had a lump from a cotton ball under the nail polish that she ignored. I had to insist she remove it before I left. She was so mad. Never again.

I did not even want to put one star.The customer service is beyond the lowest point.I went in during my normal work break. Promoted respectful and patient energy.I walked in and stood at the receptionist desk for about 5 min. Mind you, I was seen standing there by staff as well as customers already having services done.A woman finally walks over in an abrupt manor.I go the back for my waxing. Even mocked me being upset. Told me to my face I was over dramatic.It took A LOT out of me to not respond in the most negative way which I really wanted to because the woman was very rough with me almost might as well had punched me in my face the way she was dabbing the wax cream to my face.I was laughed at by staff and a Caucasian customer that even proceeded to raise her eyebrows and point.I was treated very unfair.At this point maybe nail salons are not for African American/ Black people. WALK ON BY.Smells like fish. Techs eat in front of you before you get your nails done. Everyone working there seems as though they hate life and the CUSTOMER. When you get there you feel like an inconvenience - as though you’re interrupting something. I have never written a review anywhere on any channel. I never felt I have time for that. But today I have to make time in hopes to help someone else not have the buyer’s remorse that I did. The first time I got my nails done there, the chip peeled off and the acrylic grew weak, not even 1 week in.I can’t believe I sat there let alone came another time, which was today. I walked into what looked and felt like a dingy, dirty and disgusting situation. I should’ve done differently, but I put the convenience of being in the mall ahead of everything else.This place needs to CLOSE!!! Take my word for it and walk right on by. False advertisement, this place is horrible. Suppose to have special Mon, Tues, Wed but they did not honor the special. A Gel Manicure and regular pedi should not be $66 when you did nothing special. Never ever AGAIN they must of needed that money that day. Good Luck!

I stopped in 15 min. before they closed to make an appointment for the next day, but the lady offered to take me right then - which she shouldnt have, since she rushed and my nails came out bad. Pedicure was fine, but for my manicure my nails were shaped crooked and she did not apply enough coats of polish because you can still see my nail under the polish. I was also told I would be charged $74 at the beginning of the appointment, but at the end she had inexplicably raised the price to $81.

If i could give them 0 starts I would!!!! I was there last night and got the worst manicure of my life! I still have color from my previous manicure on the sides of my nails. I would not return to them to fix them as they are infested with mice. I saw one running by the wall and a baby one by the colors on the wall. It is the worst salon ever! Service is average. The man in the front seems like he has an attitude. Some of the nail techs barely speak English so its hard to communicate with them.

Would give a zero if I could. This past Sunday I had the worst customer experience ever with the front desk attendant. I was paying for a mani & pedis for my daughter and I on a credit card. I asked the front desk attendant to put the tip on the cc because I did not have cash, as I had done many times before. Dau, the front desk attendant asked me several times to either pay tip in cash or go get cash. I said no, I wanted to pay via cc, as I had done before. He proceeded to YELL at me that I was rude, had an attitude and he wouldnt put up with it. He ran out of the store and into the mall, yelling at me. Then came back and yelled some more, getting more and more angry, about how awful and rude I am. Then he went into a back room and came back to yell at me a third time! All while I was simply trying to check out and ensure my technician was properly tipped. It was beyond humiliating to be yelled at in front of a store full of customers and mall full of patrons. I had previously been a regular, seeing Tracy every 2 weeks and often bringing my daughter. I will not be back.

I have never been to such a dirty nail salon in the US! The towels she put under my hands were absolutely disgusting. Got some bleeding nails and something got stuck to my finger which was taken off only after getting abrasions on my finger tip. I am surprised how this place is still open.

I wish I can give them 0 starts! I have been a loyal regular customer coming in every two weeks. I always call and make an appointment the day of since they don’t book appointments ahead of time which is a huge problem for me since i’m very busy and i plan my days ahead. The customer service is horrible, they don’t care to keep customers since it’s a walk in salon. One day you can have the nail tech happy or another day she won’t even acknowledge your there. “Maia”! I made an appoint 1 hour and a half before coming in. I got to my appointment a few minutes early. Told them I had an appointment with Maia and i was told to sit and wait. Then i picked out my color and waited. Now i’m waiting 30 mints later and Maia is doing a pedicure after she finished a manicure. Then i see she starts on another new customer doing another new customers pedicure not even acknowledging that I had an appointment with her at 1:30pm. I mentioned to the front desk that i called made an appointment earlier and they even spoke to Maia to ask if that was a good time and they told me yes. The front desk girl all she said would you want another nail text to do your nails? I said NO! I will NEVER step into this place again. Im very busy and my time is valuable and i respect anyone i make an appoint to do a service and i expect the same back. I’m very loyal and a great customer but for them they can care less. I don’t know how they have been open this long and have stayed in business this far. Unfortunately my cousin and best friend that came here also had a terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN! You think they will learn but today was my breaking point at this nail salon!

Believe the negative reviews, I came here and brought my young daughter and young niece to get their nails done here and being kids they may have lots of questions, which sould be understandable. This place is definitely not kid friendly and during the kids nails being done the nail tech seemed very unhappy that made it very uncomfortable for the kids and myself. They should have had a happy experience but my daughter and niece said they dont want to come back there again. To Management, your tech even advised we should take kids to the nail salon upstairs. You should post a sign that says you dont service kids if thats the case!

Two of my friends went to get there nails done. When they ask for the price they said 32 dollars. Right after they got there nails nails done, they said it was 36 dollars. All together they had to pay 72 dollars. They look really bad and messed up. The employees were very rude and disrespectful, and also had an a really bad attitude. There better places to get your nails. We basically wasted our money.Dont waste your money.

No need for an appt, they have a lot of techs so they can usually accommodate walk-ins with little to no waiting. This is the fast food of nail salons; quick, inexpensive, no frills but they get the job done. If you dont expect a paraffin treatment, warm towels, or functioning massage chairs youll be happy that you got in and out and are on your way with a decent mani/pedi. Located at Montgomery Mall, parking is challenging during holidays and weekends.

The Asian staff is rude and makes fun of the customers in Chinese pulls and gets aggressive, overcharge by trying to rip you off by asking for extra items not in English so you dont know what you are agreeing or saying no to. OUT OF BUSINESS. one time I went for my high school graduation hair. She ignored me and kept trying to impress my parent because they were the one paying and instead of listening or doing what I wanted for my graduation she did what she wanted and kept pulling my head and saying I was scared and saying what did mommy like? I was a legal adult at the time, 18. She overcharged with hidden fees rushed me and was rude and shouted in our faces. I have to complain to Westfield that this store be shut down. The last time I went for a manicure, a teenage Asian BOY did it by putting my hand under a spray machine that harshly coated my whole hand and wrist in white toxic paint and then removed the excess with nail polish remover. He took me in the back and violently had the toxic white paint that was not nail polish and it completely went away the next day and I was charged for a full lasting manicure for my prom! This place is aweful I cant believe the performance this is such a good area, I seldom experience bad service in potomac/this part of Montgomery county

The nail tech was okay, however when it was time for me to pay for the services and give the tip she got upset due to the fact I couldnt pay her tip in cash. She even asked me to go to the ATM. This is ridiculous...as I was offering already to give her a $9 tip on a $31 service. She complained that the store owner would take 25% of the tip, is that my fault? Also, I am already tipping you way over 20% so stop complaining to me about the management and be happy. I will not go back here.

This is my go to salon, I love this place and this Salon has been around for quiet a while and business is always doing good! Please dont get fooled by these bad reviews other people are writing. Everyone has their opinion. Everyone is friendly. Of course the weekends are always busy and sometimes I get rushed but I absolutely understand that. Why sit around when other customers need to be taken cared of as well? Anyways I think you guys should give this place a chance. I usually go to the upstairs location because its less crowded and they can always take me in when I walk in. Their downstairs location is a little be more busier but I still get what I came there for done.

They charged me $35 for horribly done gel nails. not worth it, super bad quality, very disappointed. Nails are bumpy, and crookedly done.......do not go there. The nail tech also CURED nail polish on the back of my finger multiple nails. Even my friend who couldn’t care less about nails said mine look badly done. What a rip off..........

Don’t do waxing here! They will destroy your brows, they have no talent whatsoever. They will also nickel and dime you. They even charge for changing the shape of your nail slightly. The last straw for me was when the pedicure bowl malfunctioned and I was sprayed with water with the force of a fire hose. My phone, purse, clothes and hair were soaked. She charged me full price for the pedicure, something that should be relaxing ended up leaving me super stressed. I asked for her to at least discount since I now had to cancel my plans and go home and change and dry my hair and belonging and make sure my phone was ok and she said “I said I was sorry”. Nail places are everywhere-don’t go here!

I have never been so disappointed getting a mani & pedi before until I visited this place on Friday Feb. 9th 2018 I can honestly say this has been the worst salon I have ever been to. It looked like I have gotten my nails done by my little sister and on top of that it started to peel off next day and I got a gel manicure which by the way on the sides you could see my nails. I also asked for the price before I when in they say it would be $65 well after my very fast and unprofessional Mani & Pedi they charge me $80.

So if you like to get your feet soak in someone else calluses while getting your pedi this is your place. they dont clean the basins or sink after each pedi, not even a water rinse. the lady came with tools that I couldnt tell if they have been clean or sterilized. pedi took less 20 min. Today I went there for mani-pedi and being charged for $ 41 which it wasnt worth it. Other places like Bethesda and College Park charge you for $ 25 also even for regular pedi the use sea salt in water plus give you parafiin wax. I was very diappointe.The lady who says the negative comment is not reliable how come 56 people gave negative comment and rating is 1.4 only one person gave nice comment that can be s.one who works there.

Ive been going to this place for years for haircuts by Lillian. She is very courteous and nice and I am always satisfied.Ive gotten a mani/pedi there once...and it was ok...nothing special and thought it was a bit overpriced for the service. There is a lot of chatter in a language that I dont understand but that is hardly uncommon in nail salons...still...I wish theyd speak English as it makes me uneasy as if Im being talked about.

DISGUSTING !!! I wish I could give this place a negative star!!! Horrible service and so dirty. They don’t even clean their clippers and they even recycle the damn FOIL!!!! Disgusting !!! Would not come back even if they gave me free service for life. Last minute decision to go there is a mistake I will NEVER make again. Buyer beware! Had eyelash extensions done and soon after, my eyes turned red, were itchy, painful and runny (sorry, know its gross). When I called to report this they immediately started saying how it was my fault for not telling them I was allergic to the glue (I didnt know I was) and when I went in to have them removed they made it sound like it was my fault and would not take any responsibility. Finally got a gift card for the amt I spent - wouldnt give my $ back - thats ok but now nervous to go back after my experience plus all the other negative Google reviews.

The only reason why I go to this nail salon is because it is the closest place to my house. If you are up for a sloppy work then it is the place to go: unevenly cut cuticle, cotton balls stuck to your nails, dried gel nail polish on your fingers - full service. That’s all I have got to say
