Just never get your nails done at the mall. the person doing my nails was clearly in a rush, she was managing 3 customers at once. i asked for gel and she only did 2 coats, usually nail places do 3-5. most importantly, the hygiene. i could tell that the tools were not cleaned beforehand as there was nail dust on it already. she missed the sides of my nails and didn’t bother painting the edge of my nail. she also did a horrible job doing the cuticles.

I went in for underarms waxing. The lady escorted me to the room. She showed no courtesy and didnt even close the door. Well, i closed it.She waxed the underarms quickly, while shouting at the top of her voice, talking with someone outside the room. I didnt bother much. However, once the waxing was done, she darted out of the room without closing the door with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT of my privacy. I had to cover myself and close the door. Extremely poor hygiene and customer service. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

The salon at Montgomery Mall is my favorite place to get my nails done. They are so professional and I always get compliments on my nails. If you want your nails done right, you need to check them out. Best salon in Bethesda in my opinion.

This is my new permanent Salon. Many very well experiences here at Luxury Beauty & Nails. Gotten pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow waxing done on many occasions. Clean service practicing social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines, Employees are professional, and price value rates are actually really good compared to other salons here in Potomac. Definitely recommend this salon to all!

I have entrusted Amy with my manicure, pedicure and waxing for over 10 years. Her attention to detail is amazing and always pleased with her work.The salon is a very tastefully decorated, impeccably cleaned and sanitized after every client and Covid compliant.This is a family owned business by very kind people that will make you feel like a family member.I would highly recommend it.

Leann and Max are amazing. Ive been to this salon since they opened. The rest of the staff like to scam customers, giving them different prices every-time they visit. My nails WITH designs and medium-long length were $50 in the past. Today for plain and “medium” (the lady gave me short without asking) I was charged the same amount. They decide to charge for things such as length and shape on a whim it’s ridiculous. The nail techs are unprofessional, they don’t clean in between, using the same tools in their drawers for every customer. Ive yet to see them wash their hands in between customers. Keep your prices consistent. I won’t be coming back.

Went 2 weeks ago, they continued tofight about prices with me throughout my visit. CHARGING me for shape AND length. Meanwhile I’ve been in the past and they NEVER charged me for either. Their prices aren’t consistent. Only Leann and Max can be trusted. The other nail techs are out to scam customers. My nails broke not even a week after being done. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. The nail techs are dirty they don’t wear their masks properly and use the same tools on different customers. No one washes their hands in between customers. Very disappointed, if Max and Leann had their own spot I would definitely go but these other nail techs are scammers and need to be held accountable.

They were kind enough to provide me with a gel manicure & regular pedicure even though the mall was closing (unbeknownst to me).The technician did a very thorough job, but my gel manicure start chipping in a few days, and full on peeling in a week. Very disappointing, considering I rarely get my nails done.

Despite the confusion about my appointment, they accommodated me and Tracy did an amazing job on my SNS nails and my gel pedicure.

Its OK, I didnt like its too $$$ for the poorly job that they do. I dont recommend this place.

The guy who did my pedicure rushed through my nails. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Then they charged me a ridiculous amount. When I came the first, it was less and the other guy took his time. They switch up the prices every time.

I highly recommend luxury nails especially Tammy. The prices are lower than the other salons. Tammy did an excellent job with my pedicure. She does not rush and does a fantastic job. She is very caring and treats you like family

My nails were done horribly, this has been the worst set I received in a while. My fingers were cut along the cuticle, I was practically bleeding and in pain the whole time. My nails look poorly done. The shape is between a square and an oval. Each of my fingers are different and the acrylic was not shaped at all. Very disappointed and sadden with my nail result.
