Worst manicure and pedicure experience I’ve ever had. They rushed through both - I was there a total of 45 minutes. Not enjoyable, relaxing, quality work and honestly, quite painful as they rushed through their work.

Disappointed, got a pedicure and my big toenails are completely slanted. I’ll have to file them on my own. The whole pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes and felt very rushed.

Ok nail job, very affordable. Bring cash for tips!

Love this nail salon! Owners are super friendly, always accommodating. I had my sons wedding coming up and my fav nail artist Lucy was off that day and the technician I was scheduled with was no longer working there. Michelle and Lucy rearranged work schedules, so Lucy was available for my special event! All the technicians are great, but they went the extra mile to take care of me. 💅🏻

I was very excited to get my nails done for my vacation tomorrow, and I was very upset with the experience. During my pedicure, she barely scrubbed my feet. She applied the scrub then used the tool for 5 seconds and placed my foot back in the water. Then, she did not dry my foot before applying lotion, and after she massaged the lotion, she placed my foot back in the water (what?). Moving on to my manicure, she put dollops of lotion and just left it there while my nails were under the blue light to dry, which was uncomfortable. She also did not check if my nails were dry before applying the lotions/oils to my hands.

Great selection of regular polishes, gel and dipping powder; every tech Ive gone to has done an excellent job. The massage chairs for pedicures are super comfortable and hygienic with new liners for every client

I’ve been going here for about a year and have never had a bad experience. Very professional and wonderful work! The biggest compliment I can give is for the cleanliness, all instruments are autoclaved and everything is new for each client. Love their work and will continue to get my nails and waxing done here!

I was in the area on an extended visit from out of town and needed a “gel fill” ... acrylic fill with gel polish. As a walk-in, I waited no more than 5 minutes. Nail tech did a great job. I ended up going back twice for repairs while here. Both times as a walk-in with no wait time. First time repair, no charge. Second time, I insisted ... really think the issue was mine not theirs. Friendly. Clean. I visit here often, so I’m very pleased to have them as a solid back up to my salon at home.

This place is really nice. The ladies I met there had their own personality style and clients that fit their styles. It was great to see men and women getting served. Although parking isnt great, the place is recommended to anyone in Bethesda.

I have tried EVERY Bethesda Nail Salon and this one is the best by far.

This is the best place to go for your manicure pedicure. Lucy is top notch. Shes friendly and precise.She gives the best massage in town. Ive been to so many pedicures where they hardly massage your legs. A pedicure to me is incomplete with out a proper massage.Today I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and a 10 minute massage on my neck after.I walked out of there with a smile ear to ear.Ive been many times and I have my own box. You cant go wrong if you go here.Its worth every penny. :))))

I love this salon. Ive been a customer for about eight years and wouldnt consider going elsewhere. Amy is wonderful, understands my idiosyncrasies, and manages to match me with the right manicurists. The two gentlemen at the front desk are so welcoming with their personal greetings when I arrive for my bi-weekly appointments. I recently tried the foot massages and they were phenomenal. My visits to Nail Design always make me feel special!

My first and last visit. Staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. Never have I ever hated having a manicure done in my life. Usually its a time that I enjoy.

I had a great experience- got acrylics as a walk in, was able to be seen within 10 minutes. I really like the quality of the acrylics, and the prices. I will definitely be back again.

Hit or miss. If you get a good tech, its a 3.5 experience. Otherwise, its a 2. Treat you like cattle, not personable, and not service-oriented.

If I could give 0 stars I would I came to get an acrylic set and I was told “ we can’t do that the people who do acrylic are not here everyone is not trained for that”? WHAT TYPE OF NAIL SALON CANT DO ACRYLIC? Terrible service.

I asked for shape to be square/straight across and got round. My fingernails were cut too short and hurt, a dirty buff pad was used.
