Booked an appointment with Addison for 9/28/2021 for 8am. She explained that her boss sold her location and she was operating out of her garage which was fine with us, because she could fit us in and the reviews were pretty good.As of now, I have called her 3 times, with no answer. Left a voicemail with no response. I would highly suggest not booking with them, because they wont pick up their phone let alone your vehicle on time.

Addy was so great and professional, she did an amazing job. My car was like brand new, she made sure to get all the things I really wanted done. Will take my car to Addy every time I need my car detailed.

We used Lance with Bend Auto Detail and had a great experience. I called the number listed on google over the weekend and left a message. He got right back to me. Schedule a detail appointment for two days later. Dropped my car off in the am and returned that afternoon. His shop was easy to find and had good signage. The car looks and smells like new. Leather seats were restored to their original beautiful color of cream after doing thousands of miles of road trips with dogs. Yellow lab dog hair gone! Highly recommend.

Took my car to get an interior detail. It came back the same way I took it, dirty. They also told us through the phone they took out the battery and it was never put back in right and when confronted everything was denied. Payed $250 and I was asking for a refund and they wouldn’t give it.

Lance was absolutely great! He did a full detail on my 2019 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. (Drove through 3 states before I dropped it off) when I got back to pick it up my wife said it didnt look like that when it was new. Lance did an amazing job getting up a couple years of dog hair out of my car. It almost looks like I’ve never had a dog inside.

Super sketchy, I didn’t actually end up getting it detailed with them because I didn’t feel comfortable. They only took cash or check, super rushed, no license number or name on the business card, location was super weird and hard to find, and the shop had no indication of being an auto detailing shop it was just a garage door basically. They also never asked for my name or phone number and never did any sort of paperwork.

They did an awesome job. My car looks new again 😁
