Poor quality job, my nails are already chipping with only 3 days, this aren’t even a week and it looks like it’s 3 weeks, the lady over charged me, the refills are $35, she charged me $70 only because of the French nails and the little detail on top, I called them 3 times and they were extremely rude, they asked for my number and said the owner would give me a call back, but she never did, I highly doubt they gave her my number. Never going back there again.

First time. Place was busy but made appointment and Jessie did my nails. She works slow but she is Amazing.Listens to what you want and is nice. I will DEFINITELY be back .

Fine Touch refused to repaint 3 nails that chipped soon after a poorly done paint job. The sad part is that they refused to accommodate a long standing customer. I will NEVER support a business who refuses to value customer service - especially after paying $40 for a gel manicure that barely lasted 2 weeks. I hope it was worth losing a faithful customer for 3 nails.

I ended up booking a last minute appointment & let me tell you - they did not disappoint! I got UV GEL overlay & gel polish, and gel pedi. Totally worth it! I was seen by Nadja for hands, and Jessie for feet. You will be seeing me again!

I always come here to get fill ins for my set and I have no problem with everyone besides now ONE person. Do NOT go to Andrea at fine touch Nutley, she is INCREDIBLY rude. Asked her if I can redo only my first layer of polish because I had a bruise in my nail that was going to show through. She takes a deep SIGH in front of me and redos it. When she finishes she rolled her eyes at the other girl next to her in front of me. She is so unprofessional and rude do not go to her. She was also late to a 9:30 am appointment wherever everyone else was already beginning.

This place is my only go to nail salon, and has been for 4 years now. The salon is clean, they use great products, sanitize all tools, and provide excellent service. I suggest you make an appointment since it is a very busy salon, and they will take you on time.

So I was recommended by a coworker and I was set on getting a certain look which was powdered ombré which I’ve seen done. Once I got there it was pretty packed. The girls were nice but I was weirded out by some of them walking around looking at each other’s clients nails. The color I got was really not the color I wanted because there were really limited on powered color and I’ve watch lots of YouTube videos and go on on dipped powder ombré nails. I requested not to dip my nails in the actually powder jar because it’s cross contamination and a lot of salons dipped in the same jars with covid it’s not okay. They don’t put the tips on your card so bring cash for tip. I would recommend but it’s not for me. I wanted to tell them they should offer the ombré in powder but since I was not a huge fan I figure I will find a place or learn how to do it my self.

Jessie gave my nails life! She did not miss any detail. She takes her time but you will not be disappointed in the work that she does

Busy busy but they get to u quick. The pic I showed got passed around to a few girls til they found one that can do it. Which I was happy about. I hate when they dont know how to do designs and do it anywayThe girl that did my toes was great. She did an amazing job. I showed her the pic (I provided it below) and she replicated it (also below) she had me choose the colors and I wish I chose a brighter/darker color but thats not her fault. I got gel because I have q wedding in Aruba in a week and need it to last. For full spa pedicure, plus gel and design (and probably the rhinestones) they charged me $48 which to me is high, but it was worth it for Aruba and the wedding for it to last. Next time I will def just get plain gel polish and it will be much cheaper. The girls doing the pedicures spoke Spanish which was nice because it was much easier to communicate for all the clients. Everyone was friendly except for one older lady. She just had standing B face and was annoyed by me wanting a design. Other than HER and the high price I paid, I would give the pace 5 stars. I love my design. And she gave it 3 tries before SHE was satisfied with the flower which I appreciated. She massaged my legs and shaved and buffed the skin on my feet. I feel like a baby. So soft. Def would recommend. Not sure what appt is all about because either way ur waiting if its full. But Its always full so it may be a good idea to make an appt in case. Parking sucks. They have wall to wall polish and color choices.

I came to this salon for the first time for my birthday nails and I truly had a great experience. I made an appointment just to make sure and they took me right away upon arriving which was amazing. My nail tech Angie is a doll!!! She is super sweet, talented and completely exceeded my expectations. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a full set of A French ombré which I was nervous about because not everyone can perfect a French ombré. Well, Angie did!! My nails turned out better than what I had hoped for. This salon is a bit on the pricey side which surprised me because this salon does fall into the “average” category. I didn’t find it to be anything spectacular or “spa-like” for them to boost prices. So not sure if I’d make it my go-to salon. Be prepared to pay more than what you would at other places if you do come here. Other than that I recommend this place! And i definitely recommend my nail tech! Thank you Angie for my fabulous birthday nails!!! I am IN LOVE.

This place is awesome. Tracy does such an amazing job. I always come out of there feel it great and my nails are always beautiful. Tracy is creative and takes pride in her work. I have been a loyal customer for at least 2 years.

I can’t believe I haven’t given this place a review before. I must say if you want to waste your time and money than this is the spot for you. The owner Kenny is rude and can really care less about their customers. I’ve been here countless amount of times trying to give them the benefit of doubt. The nails came out nice but the product is not it. For me the price is not a problem, it’s the quality I’m all about getting what you pay for but this, wasn’t it. On top of that whenever I did make an appointment their never really ready for you. I’m just here because I’m trying to save anyone from the experience that I had. I had acrylic which I’ve been getting for years and now because of them my nails are basically ruined. Thankfully I know proper nail care routines so I think my nails Can be saved. I literally don’t leave reviews ever this is my first one. I’m not like this

Did a gel pedicure and eyebrows here. The pedicure was great, then came the nightmare. The lady did my eyebrows and as soon as she ripped the strip off it felt like my skin was being torn. I have never felt like that before, and been getting my eyebrows done for a long time. I figured maybe the wax was just a little hot, and finished up and left. I was on my way home and my eyebrows were on FIRE. I touched them and I wanted to die it hurt so bad. So I took my phone camera and I took a picture to see what was going on and I saw this. It’s been hours now and they still burn and they still hurt. Never again, I’ve gotten my eyebrows done in MANY places and this never happened to me.

Excellent service and quality products! They never water down the polish, which is a common practice in most other salons. The technicians are all very good. Only issue is that some work a little slower than others but they’re still pretty good. Plus they have the best prices anywhere!

The nail technicians are good. Te gives an excellent manicure and has a lovely personality. Everyone is courteous. I also like how they do my eye brows. The only problem is a couple of times I still had a long wait even though I had an appointment. Last time I was there I was lucky. No appointment and I was taken in right away.

Was looking forward to go to this nail salon since I just moved here and I used to go their other location. Made an appointment a week in advance for mani and pedi and had proof of the appointment and then a man in the front shook his head and turned his back to me and said he doesn’t have time for me today. It’s the first appointment of the day 9am that’s why I made it in advance. Very rude and very unprofessional.

Fine touch nails is one of the best nail salons around. I’ve been going there for a few months and love it there. Vivi is so nice and does an amazing job on my pedicures and nails.

I have gotten my nails done in many different places and this is by far the best. At times you do have to wait because they are always busy, but to me its worth the wait. The fact that they are always so busy should speak to the level of satisfaction with their clients. Their prices are less than any other Salon that I have been to. I have tried to find salons closer to my house but in the end I always have coming back to fine touch. I am very particular with my nails and I am not a very easy to please person. I dont think I would ever go anywhere else.

I came for the first time yesterday for pedicure and full set the pedicure was good but the full set was horrible . Literally thickest nails I’ve ever got and they were all different shapes I’m very dissatisfied since I payed a lot for them and now I have to literally rip them off because I can’t stand looking at them . I see great designs online and it was my first time so I assumed it would be great I was wrong I guess do your research and make sure you tell them who you would like ur appointment to be with because I was literally sat with whoever they decided very unpleasant

Amazing nail salon!! Great owners and super staff. Never have had any issues and have always had positive experiences here. Have been coming for nearly 5 years and absolutely love this place.

Every time I come here, there is always some sort of issue with my appointments. For example, my friend made us appointments and they claimed that only 3 were made instead of 4. Instead of being helpful, the lady at the desk gave me attitude and basically said that there was nothing she can do.

My go to nail salon in town. Love Felipa and how she pays so much attention to detail. My nails always look fabulous and last a good 2-3 weeks. Kenny and Tracy are also very friendly and attentive... great prices and lots of colors and designs to chose from.

I love this salon, always amazing quality and they work so fast. They make the perfect nail shape every time and are so good at doing any kind of design. This is the only place I ever go for nails.

Extremely disappointed. Booked my appointment 2 weeks ago. Showed the girl at the counter what I wanted and she said they could do it. Which I was the chrome style. Came in two weeks later and after being given several different excuses they told me they couldn’t do it.. very upset

It was my first time coming here and I was referred by a friend. I had an 11 AM appt with Tara and despite of the fact that the place was packed crazy with people waiting she took me on time! Tara is such a sweetheart. She is very quick but very precise. I am so pleased with my nails (and I am a very picky person) but I am so happy! So glad I come here!!

They do great designs but it does not last for the amount of money charged. They do not use enough acrylic causing the nail to break and possibly rip off your real nail. The chrome begins to desolve after a few day, the rhinestones fall off as early as the second day and they are over priced. You can find many other salons who can give you good quality nails for a cheaper price, if you don’t believe me try them for yourself but I’ve been to many nail salons and I speak nothing but the truth. They failed to schedule my appointment, which I called in for. Then when I showed up the guy at the front desk had an attitude. Speaking to me as if I shouldn’t have been there. Then when I finally sat down with someone, the guy at the front desk told the nail tech that she didn’t have time to do my nails. The price you pay for the full set of acrylic isn’t worth it. From my previous visit two of my nails started popping within a week.

I will never come back to this place. Owner is so disrespectful and rude! Customers are not asking for favor. We are paying for decent service and deserve to be respected.

My first time getting acrylics and I absolutely loved the service. The person who did my nails was FILIPA, definitely ask for her! She gave me exactly what I asked for. Super happy!

Despite all the reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. NEVER AGAIN. The nail techs are very nice but overworked. These poor ladies look so tired and rush through the process. My gel mani started to chip on the second day and the color did not last for the price I paid. These people will charge you a fee for debit card ..but wait, they conveniently have an ATM inside to scam you into paying more fees. I won’t be returning. Bad customer service and work quality

When I first started coming here I loved it... now its a year later and im more and more disappointed every time I go. $35 dollars for a gel pedicure is outrageous other places ive gone to charge around $25 for gel and $15 for regular polish. I also dont like that if you two different colors on your nails you have to pay extra for every single color you use($10). Everyone there just talks about you if you ask for something to be changed or done differently. Just about every tech looks and acts like they dont want to be here. The prices are the biggest ripoff ever too. The last time I went I had an incident where I payed $38 for a fill in for my nails because one of my nails were broken, no problem, as soon as i get to my car I get a call saying that i needed to come back in because they charged me less then they wanted even though the slip that they give you said $38. That really turned me off from the place. Lastly they over book far too much. I usually go for a 9:30 appointment and by the time 10 hits every seat is full and the waiting area usually has people standing around waiting for way to long. Over the time too Ive noticed its not very sanitary either they dont clean the tools and i never see tools in the machine. I dont think i will be returning after my next appointment. Extremely disappointed i really thought this was going to be my go to place.

Be aware of fungal infection. Took my mother for a pedi as it was her 35th wedding anniversary and will never come back. They not only rushed the process but also caused mom to have a fungi infection from dirty tools. The staff are overworked and hygiene is not their focus- volume is. Please be careful and make sure the tools are properly sterilized. Do not recommend !!!!

I wish I could leave ten stars! Found out about this place after admiring a woman’s nails and ever since then I haven’t gone anywhere else! I refuse to “settle for less” like Kenny says. The owner Tracy is rude, makes comments and literally talks about people. She picks and chooses when to even say hello. The girls who do nails are very nice. All in all its Weird atmosphere and wait is always long like insanely long. Not professional at all. Not cleanest nail salon either. I am a long time customer I wouldnt recommend this place anymore.

This place is the worst. I trusted them to do a gel manicure and a regular pedicure on my daughter. They totally ripped her cuticles and filed her nails raw. The person doing her nails was a disaster. I don’t even think all the manicurists are certified. It’s terrible! I sent the owner pics I haven’t even heard back. Honestly next time I will pay the extra 5.00 and just go to allure nails who are professional, clean, polite and do an amazing job. Seriously my daugter still has an ingrown nail on her toe from the pedi she got at allure nails.

I was just at the salon to get my nails done. The people there are very nice and very responsive but for my gel manicure it turned out streaky and not very smooth. They tried to fix it by applying another coat but it still came out streaky.

Owner Kenny is rude and disrespectful towards women. His sarcasm may seem funny to him but not to others. I feel sorry for the workers that have to tolerate such madness and work in a hostile environment. They make appts to only put walk ins before your time so then you come on time for that spot and have to wait 30/40 mins. Customer service skills is horrible. The only reason I come to his place of business is because my nail tech which is a Spanish lady (Dolores) is amazing and my nails last longer than most places. Wish she would find a better work environment. On top of being rude and disrespectful he has the nerves to charge 3% on all credit/debit charges and has an atm machine for his convenience. Scam is real in this place, if you ask me!

It was super packed, not really a big place. I got regular manicure and already my nail polish got chipped off and my one of my toe nail is already messed up. Not too crazy about the people nor service. Price is pretty decent but the quality, not good.

Saw the mixed reviews and decided to give Fine Touch a shot myself since i’ve seen my friends nails who get them done there and they always look great. Being very picky myself i’m not impressed for the price. They were not worth the 45$, I could have probably gotten them done for 35$ with the same quality. The lady (Chloe I think) who did my nails was rude then would try to make jokes which were not funny. As for the nails they are uneven thickness and way too thick in general, not to mention some are crooked. She was also sloppy when applying the acrylic so it was all stuck under my nails and I had to go home and pick the acrylic off my skin. Any time during the process if I would look at them (too see if they were good) she would litterally tell me “stop looking at them”.I wish I had asked my friends who did their nails so i could’ve specifically requested that person. If your going to come here, make sure you do that and don’t just let anyone do your nails.

It was so bad. They made my fingers bleed. The person who did my nails file them don so low it hurt. Then painted my nails terribly Also got an ingrown toe nail from them cutting my nail in such a. Quick service but integrity is lacking. The craftsmanship on my French tip gel manicure is lacking.

It was by far the worst service ever the man who did my nails was falling asleep put acrylic all over my nails. Just complete trash his sweat was falling on my nails. Completely so disgusted by the way my nails are and now I have to wait more time for someone else to fix them. They should not have people work there that cal asleep on their job.

Everytime I go here i walk out pissed. The. Only reason I kept going was simply out of conscience because I live in town and am constantly running errands near the salon. Just about every employee is snooty. The work isnt anything special. The past 2 times I got a pedicure they burned me with the water. ive gotten 3 gel manicures done here in the past month and half and my nails are DESTROYED. They grinded them paper thin, almost down to my actual nail bed I am not exaggerating. Not to mention they use so much pressure it burns. They slice my mothers finger while refilling her acrylics. She was literally dripping blood and the tech did nothing to stop it. And god forbid you do a walk in, you get a dirty look from everyone in the place then they have an attitude while they do your nails. Same thing if you make any type of complaint even small things. Juat today I called to make an appointment the girl said they didnt have any times open so I told her Id walk in &I wait. She immediately changed her tone. all around I think this place is terrible. Its over rated and the employees are rude. Getting my nails done is the one thing I do for myself it should be relaxing not a headache.

This place is way too expensive. First time going there and she charged me 65$ for acrylic set with gel and 4 nails she did a marble. I have never paid 65$ for my nail set. Won’t be going back there.

I scheduled an appointment and the tech left early no one called me when I got there I was told to go to the nail salon next door. Because they were booked. The new techs are horrible beware they will try to make you go to them.
