Great Service. Needed some Pallets removed that was dropped off with product and the driver would not take back. Seriously, what are Peeps in a residential neighborhood gonna do with pallets. Sent one email to RWS and they Gladly accepted the challenge with a quick email response. Not only did they “Say Yes to the Address” they sent the courteous driver down my “never ending” driveway and grabbed the pallets from exactly where the 2 stooges left them 😂. Great Service RWS.

Just moved to CT from NYC. It was a bit of change for me to need a sanitation company. I looked up RWS they had great reviews and signed up with them. Well here’s another great review. Always on time someone is always there to answer any of my questions. Definitely would recommend any new neighbors of their services.

Ive used RWS for household garbage pickup and recycling since moving to CT last year. Never had anything to complain about and they even went back twice when I forgot to bring the cans to the curb. I dont intend to change service anytime soon!

We recently cleaned out our parents home. RWS was great providing the large dumpsters on site quickly and they were flexible with pickup service as well.

It was a rocky start, but after understanding the issues, I realized I had used them in CT and I stuck with them and its been a few years, but kinks have been worked out and service is as I know it...no delays and when I inquired a representative was out to personally handle my issue... I am happy and service is consistent, even if they have to come out later in the day. Thank you...

Ave been with Residential Waste for 13 years. What I appreciate about the business is the great informative website. I need reminders of when my recycling day is and what holidays they celebrate. It is all there on the website plus handy recycling information. They offer dumpster rentals--yes that is on the website! I once had a mishap with my bank and thought the bank was paying them but it was not.... the company did not even press me for money, when do you hear about kindness like that from a business????

I just moved to this area 2 months ago. When I called to start the service one of the drivers went out of his way to deliver my receptacle that same day (on his way home from work) so I would not miss the garbage pickup on the following day. He did not have to do this. Everyone Ive spoken to has been polite and helpful and the service has been punctual.

RWS has been very professional and easy to work with. They pickup trash and recycle for my house. I never hear them past by in the AM; which is the best. They pick up recycle every other week and you do have to check your address for Red or Blue week. I ordered their dumpster for renovation demo. Their scheduling for arrival and pickup is on time and they are trustworthy on the charges. I have worked with other companies that would tack on fees and extra charges. RWS Is reliable, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Ive used RWS for over 2 years and cant be more happy with the service they provide. Timely pickups and always provide heads up of schedule change during holidays or inclement weather. RWS also makes paying for service simple. Easy online payments!

We use RWS for our weekly garbage pick-up. Never had a problem. My trash bin cover had holes in it from animals. Made a call, they were out the following day and replaced the cover. Last month wanted to clean out the house. Called up and had a Dumpster in my driveway 2 days later. The day they said it would be taken away, it was out of the driveway by 8a.m. The price was Great. So much cheaper then Junk masters or whatever the name is. Used them once. For them to take 1 old couch away was the price for my own Dumpster for 4, 5 days. Dealing with RWS is hassle free. I see only 3 negative reviews. Not suprised. One of them from a Kevin. Saying they pay for reviews. Wow. I highly doubt that. Then I looked at the 3 reviews he has made all negative. Im sure he is a pleasant fellow.

I am very happy with them. Always on time and let us know if the day changes do to holidays. They pick up the garbage every Wednesday and the driver of the truck is great.

I have used RWS for many years to remove my garbage and recycling. Since I dont have much garbage or recycling they very graciously agreed to coming less often which also saves me money. They are very responsive and friendly when I contact their office.
