We’ve lived here for over a year and can say it has been a pleasant experience. I love the nature trails and have never had any issues living at Element170. Management has been kind and proactive. Whenever we needed maintenance done, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Jessica is super sweet and I appreciate her extra effort to work with us in finding a 2 bedroom unit within the complex. I would recommend anyone to live here.
As we continue to navigate through the pandemic I want to commend and thank Wika and the Staff at Element 170 in Beaverton, Oregon. This apartment complex is a smaller complex that provides first rate care to its residents. They consistently make sure that all residents are safe and secure. I recommend Element 170 to those who make their apartment their home.
If you like people denting the side if your doors everyday look no more. Terrible parking situation. Re-striping parking area didnt fix the problem.
I like the area the complex is in but prices are extremely high! Very basic nothing luxurious at all about this place.
We relocated 2 yrs ago coming from California, we are happy living at Element 170 office. I love that is near to grocery shopping, and nature park trails. The leasing office & maintenance staff are super helpful & responsive. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely place to live. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Always someone in office during the week and they go above and beyond to help out. Utilities are a bit high.
TL;DR: I dont recommend living here. There are much nicer areas of Beaverton that arent at the end of the train line. Theres nothing luxury about this complex at all.Edit: Nice weather addition on the bottom if interested. As an apartment its okay. The interior is nice, the exterior is nice. The gal who works the front desk is responsive and friendly, probably could use some help and seems to be stretched thin. In general its a decent location within the city, access to lots of amenities. I wouldnt use the word luxury to describe the units, at least mine. Thin walls, thin windows, thin carpet, cheap appliances, cheap counter tops. Ive lived in nicer, more affordable places in a college town. Ive decided to label this place as a Gentrified Ghetto, it looks nice, but the living conditions are awful. People are loud, rude, slamming things, my whole apartment shakes when someone slams their door in my building. Im not kidding it happens constantly.Depending on your unit, there could be significant road noise and of course the Max is close by, but the Max isnt that bad, noise wise. The real issue is the homeless that get kicked off the train at the end of the night. Portland has had a notorious homeless problem for decades and their only solution has been to just move them around so theyre someone elses problem. Pretty regularly youll hear homeless shouting and see evidence theyve been in the complex via litter everywhere. Or youll just find them in the stairwell, which is less than comfortable. My biggest complaint is the abysmal parking situation. The entire housing area is one of those stack-em-up places that cram as much housing in one area as possible. And being so close to Portland, builders and developers are much more concerned with maximizing residents at the cost of decent parking because they dont want you to have cars, they want you to take public transportation. Every space in the complex is compact, meaning if you dont have a Mini Cooper or a Fiat youre spending a hot minute getting literally any other car to fit in between the lines. It would be so much better if they sacrificed one space on each parking line and made the spaces a little bigger. Coincidentally theres about one space that cant be used on average because people park like garbage anyway. Parking isnt assigned either, which Im not a fan of, garages are for certain units only and are considered an amenity. The whole area is a nightmare for cars too. People parking (poorly) on both sides of the street make it hard to see and difficult to maneuver, but the complex endorses it as parking opportunity. Basically if you have a car, and especially if youre a multi-car family I dont recommend this entire area.Garbage is a problem, the dumpsters are always full, which comes with apartments, but dont think theres enough dumpsters for the number of units.Their package acceptance system doesnt account for Amazon and FedEx (which management swears they do, but Ive seen trucks just deliver to the unit), so you do have a risk of people stealing your packages. They make you pay for that service by the way. A mandatory $15 for something most delivery services dont use. Just dont move here if you think you have any standards for living in a decent area.Edit: The road noise is really bad, especially with people having an increasing number of loud vehicles and a lot of motorcycles in the area. Youll hear them all hours of the day and night, and when your windows are open because there is NO circulation in these badly insulated apartments, its even louder. Speaking of poorly insulated, because of that, and window placement in most units, there is no circulation so when its hot it gets stuffy, like hard to breathe. You WILL need an AC unit when temps hit, lets be generous and say 90+.
Nice apartment with washer and dyer in the unit. No need to go out to do laundry :).
Element170 complex, office and maintenance staff are prompt to respond. Could NOT ask for better or friendly assistance. Best area where I can enjoy 24hrs gym, pool, and evening walks at the nature park.
Great apartment with newer appliances. Cats and dogs friendly too!
Element 170 are these cute apartments with an amazing leasing agent named Cassandra. This leasing agent has gone above and beyond to help me and my mother accommodate for her small children time and time again. Consistently for the past year she has been focused and responsive every time we have an issue or need information. Cassie has a great attitude and is always knowledgeable and well prepared. Would definitely recommend after such a great experience provided by the leasing team. Thanks Cassandra!
I love that my assigned parking spot is close to my unit, the building premises feel safe and well lit. The other tenants and neighborhood is quite at night which is a huge plus for me as I’m a light sleeper. I also really like the package locker I can access my packages 24/7 at my last place i has to wait for office hours to get my parcels. The manager Bruce has been friendly and approachable about any questions I’ve had. My cat is so happy here it’s crazy. She loves to watch the birds in the wetlands. Can’t wait for summer to check out the pool!
Amazing place. Shana was epic and awesome. Such a great help and aided us in ending our lease early. She has bent over backwards for us. Nice apartments. Kinda warm during the summer. Could use some new insulation but other than that great apartment. Maintenance works super fast too for any issues you have.
Ive only had positive experience with Element 170. Shana is so accommodating and quick to offer support. She remains upfront about communications and often hosts community events. Shana continuously advocates for good resident experiences and helps to revitalize the community. For example, she acted on feedback to create a BBQ patio, a dog park with bench and clean up station, and new gym equipment. With any concerns I have in the community, I know I can rely on Shana to take good care of us!
Element 170 is sneaky. They only want your money. They dont care about their residents as long as they get paid. We had to sell our CAR to pay the thousands of dollars they charged to end our lease early even though they told us three times that they allowed lease buy outs! My husband had to put his schooling on pause too because of how large the fee was. Turns out that they were doing something illegal and didnt want to get in trouble for it so they changed the policy without telling anyone. It says in their lease that they have to send out a lease amendment or addendum to all residents of any changes but they kept it quiet!!! AND While we were there (only nine months, which was too long) they raised the rent by $300! The dishwasher didnt even work! There is no AC and they do not allow window AC units. We are great tenants! Never late on anything and we were never loud or messy, nor did we ever complain and THIS is how they treated us. Never move here!!!
Nice apartment and great location.
I just move here but the manager n the people who work at the office super nice and very helpful whit everything I need it,they really listen to you and take fast all your requests, thanks Wika and Jessica
I am so glad that the management took care of the assigned parking in our lot. It’s so nice to come home to find your parking space free. Before people from all over the neighborhood would park in our lot and other tenants would have multiple cars. My kids love the events at the club house and the grounds are well kept. We are Close to my kids school, safe, and affordable. People on here complain about managent, policies, changes. In all honesty this place has been better at communicating than anywhere else I’ve lived. Nothing has ever come as a surprise cost wise. If you want to be surprised by cost, try owning and paying to maintain a house !!! I personally love not having that responsibility.
We moved from bay area to Beaverton for job at Nike. They have preferred employer program. I like their maintainable crew. I liked the apartment management . Best apartments in Beaverton.
The staff went above and beyond in regards in making my daughter transition from the other side of the country to here an amiable one. Sarah instantly replied and assisted my daughter with all the necessary requirements warranted in her relocation. The staff Sarah and Rob as well as the maintenance man was very professional, and immediately accessible to our needs. They provided a warm environment which makes a difference when you relocate. They were knowledgeable in regards of restaurants, stores and sites in the surrounding areas. We know that we made the right decision in making this her choice out of the other apartments in Beaverton. Kudos to Element 170 staff.Ive been here almost a month and have no complaints or regrets at all. The move went smooth thanks to Sarah! and I love my accent walls. The staff is GREAT! and they were so wonderful to my mom when she was here. Feels just like home!!
Great place to live and easy commute to Everything! Clean and great place to run or walk your dog. My son loves it here
Roach infestation in apartment at move-in; moved interstate without any alternatives. Took 3-4 months for roaches to be completely gone. No compensation by management despite promises.Packages get frequently lost with the locker system that management doesnt know how to operate. Easier to just pick up at 7-11 lockers.Have not received security deposit back without any explanation 4 months after move out. Will have to use small claims court to recover.Management tried raising rent illegally a year ago and would not back down until I got a lawyer involved. Changed their tone overnight.Worst experience with apartments Ive ever had.
Up until recently I thought they were great. The tow truck company towed our registered car from our assigned parking spot. We were told the hang tags no longer work, and was given a sticker, which came off, thus the tow. Element 170 refuses to pay the several hundred dollar tow bill or do anything to help. Other tenants still use the hang tags and are not towed, so they lied about those being invalid as well according to the tow company. Not to mention they now charge for visitor parking, which leaves most of them empty now. Thanks element 170, thanks manager Bruce!
Element really screwed a lot of people over on their lease turnover policy change. Maybe they should have done their research and created effective policies that take care of their tenants rather than altering policies behind closed doors. Dont rent here if you want to feel secure in your renters agreement.
$39.00 for a service fee??? Incompetent management at this place is an insult to those who live here. I walked into their office more than 5 times to ask for my storage key and when I misplaced my gym card, they took almost a month to do a 2minute card activation task. It you live a stress free life, dont move here.
Great place to live. Close to the max station and both Intel and NIKE. Pricing can be a bit high and there is no air conditioning. Heating is electric as well. The apartments lack storage and generally have small kitchens.
Element 170 was an absolutely wonderful home to me for a year! I moved from out of state having never seen the units and Sedona (part of the office staff) was kind enough to send me a video walk through of my unit and accommodate all of my requests. All of my maintenance requests (which were minimal) were completed in less than 24 hours and the staff always does everything they can to make life easy and comfortable. Free happy hours at the pool every Friday during the summer were an awesome way to unwind after a busy work week. The only reason Im moving out is because I want to get a larger apartment to share with a roommate. The max is right next to the complex so I could hear it from my apartment but the sound never bothered me. The only cons I could think of is that rent went up about 10% after the first year and the parking lot is EXTREMELY tight. All of the spaces are for compact cars and there are very few compact cars so if you drive a nice vehicle Id recommend getting one of the garages. Ive lived in several apartment complexes in multiple states and my experience at Element 170 was by far the best!
False advertising at its finest! Horrible customer service, will not respond to emails, phone calls and this is just for people trying to move in! Take money from people with out having apts to lease and do not refund money, against the law! Do not update website regularly and say they have units avail, people apply online, nobody contacts applicant for days and units are not even available to rent. Units are tiny, not new as advertised. Pictures from website do not reflect this current property or anything they offer.
We had a final balance of $9.66 and they sent it to collection, reporting the amount to be more than what we owe. Now, we have a daragotory remark on our credit, and we have to waste our time having to dispute this unnecessary collection. Additionally, most of the the staff is inept in their jobs; it appeared that only Shana have all the answers.
Element 170 are amazing . Great community and also the best property management I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recommend them unreservedly and I especially recommend Sedona who I personally feels is the most helpful property manager Ive ever known.
Since moving to Element 170 the staff has been very friendly and informative and made the process so easy from applying online to e-signing my lease. Since living here I have seen some great changes from package lockers, new lights, upgraded vinyl flooring and a TRX and pull-up bar In the gym that’s open 24hr’s for tenants to use for convience. The manager is always willing to listen and resolve any issues and the staff is friendly and informative . Great place to call home
Cons:1.car parking is absolutely nightmare, my car had many scratches.2.Building plan sucks. Pretty less sq feet area even for a 2 and 3 bedroom.3. Not pet friendly.Pros:1. You can lease clubhouse which is good.2. Staff are very friendly.
I absolutely love living here! I read the other complaints, and yeah I agree the parking situation sucks because the parking spots are tiny, but their is also enough spots for everyone because of it. And yes you can hear the MAX but you can hear it because it is so close, which is a good thing!! If you shut your windows it is very faint, and doesnt bother me at all. The staff gets a 6/5 stars because they are absolutely wonderful and work really hard to make sure you feel at home. I love how they have a happy hour every friday in the summer so residents can relax, have a drink, and meet each other, and although their gym and pool are small, it is also a small complex, and neither is ever too crowded. I am in my young 20s and live with a roommate, and I feel very safe living here. Although the bedrooms are small, it evens out with the huge living space and huge kitchen that I have. The tall cabinets and newish applicances are a plus. This place I am proud to call home, and I have only lived here for 2 months and am already thinking of renewing my lease next year. I would highly suggest this apartment complex to everyone!I dont know what happened here 10+ months ago to make people so upset, but whatever it was, it has changed greatly. The staff is outstanding, and I believe they are all fairly new (less than a year), so maybe that had something to do with it. I would tell anyone I come across to ignore the old reviews, and make your own opinions! Thanks!Happy Resident of Element 170
The Element 170 staff have been very welcoming and continue to be helpful and considerate. Its a wonderful community. Thanks Sarah, Katie and Rachel !
Great location great price, pool with bbq adorable community
There have been a plethora of issues with Element 170 and their management, ranging from stolen property to sending my final account statement to collections. When my property (a bicycle) was stolen, within the first month of my tenancy, the management there did not care (all they said was ‘I am sorry, file a police report’) instead of heightening security around the area. There have been rumors of multiple break-ins and drug addicts roaming the property. In the process of moving out of Element 170, I was given authorization to temporarily park in the handicap parking spot while loading my car with my belongings. During that occasion, a privately-hired security towed my car and when I brought this matter to Element 170’s management, asking for the contact information for the management of the private-security company, Element 170 kept on pushing the problem and never resolved it.Upon moving out, Element 170 sent me a final account statement bill (containing the moving out fees) and while disputing the charges on the account, Element 170 sent the bill to a collections agency without getting back to me on any deductions on the bill. This is very unethical and wrong for any company to do while disputing charges, especially given that the manager explicitly mentioned that they would not send it to a collections agency until the charges were finalized (which they were NOT).
This is the worst experience I have had living in an apartment complex EVER. Management has no idea what theyre doing and have tried to break the law with their policy changes and price raises multiple times. All they care about is money. Appliances inside apartment are cheap and the layout is small. Parking is horrible and they are SO OVERPRICED. Do not move here.
These are absolutely not luxury apartments and they attempt to charge way to much for rent and hike it by exorbitant amount (10-15% annually once they get you in) because they want to maximize profits. $1350 for a small one bdrm is insane! The appliances in the unit are incredibly cheap, there is no granite or anything nice really. The plastic trim is cheap, and they are horribly insulated and have poor energy efficiency due to using electric wall heaters without programmable thermostats and electric water heaters. Parking is tight and the neighbors dogs were constantly pissing on my front door step and management did nothing. I will say the people in the front office are nice and maintenance is good about fixing things. For instance, the cheapo blinds broke within the first, but were replaced. They did nothing for my growling fridge though. Definitely glad I moved out of here!
Great place. Rachael helped greatly with the move-in process and processing my application. Apartments are pretty much brand new, Elmonica max station is across the street. I dont move in for a few weeks. So far my only gripe is no AC units, but I guess thats common for Beaverton.
Its too bad I cant post below one star. My family friends were looking to start out their new marriage here and were told one thing by the staff only to be treated poorly and completely different than stated when they went to end their lease.
Not a very good experience. At move in, apartment had not been painted, the walls/baseboard were in rough shape (chipped and damaged), cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling and fans, a number of the blinds were either breaking or had broken, and the sinks were clogged. Walls are thin, so expect to hear everything your neighbors do. Apartment managers spam your text and email with constant emails titled “hello!”, instead of changing the email subject like any other professional. I had moved in from another property (Peloton) owned by the same company where the experience was fantastic, so this made it even more unfortunate. Then the financials... I was charged almost $200 for repainting after only living there for 7 months (and I had been out of town for 4 of those). This was odd since the apartment hadn’t been painted when I moved in, and there was nothing other than basic wear and tear since I don’t smoke and the walls weren’t damaged beyond a tv mount. Once again, compared to my experience at Peloton where painting was done after every tenant without charge, this seems excessive. I understand extra charges when you move out, but the changes they listed were more like dishonest fleecing than an accurate accounting of issues. Whether this is an Element 170 management issue, or I just got lucky at Peloton and the entire rest of the company does this, I don’t know. Either way, I’m ecstatic to not live there any more.
This is the best place to live in Beaverton, right next to Elmonica Max station. The rent is reasonable and the service is good!
Ive lived here for almost a year and have had a really good experience. The staff has been responsive and helpful with questions and issues. They have improved the handling of the trash/recycling situation mentioned in some other reviews. You can generally hear the MAX train and crossing signal if you have your windows open, but its not loud. Of course hearing it means its incredibly close and not a far walk at all to the Blue line at the Elmonica station which has a big parking lot and other parking areas nearby. The units are typical cookie cutter 4-story buildings. Im on the top floor which comes with vaulted ceilings. The elevator gave us some trouble in August 2016 when it was out of service more often then not, but since then it has worked almost flawlessly. The bedrooms are tiny! I have a queen bed and cannot fit any other furniture in the back bedroom (which I consider to be the master). I can hear my neighbors but not in detail and not often. The people who live here are friendly and easy to get along with. For someone with a dog or who likes to walk/run, this is a good area. There are plenty of routes, and the field across 170th is a popular place for an unofficial off-leash dog area. They have also just added a small off-leash dog area near 172nd Terrace and Sullivan.Overall, this community has been excellent, easy and enjoyable experience. I would recommend to anyone! I am moving out soon though and have seen the reviews with negative comments about moving out and final charges. Ill be sure to update with my move out experience!
Our experience with Element 170 so far has been wonderful. My wife and I were treated wonderfully by the staff (Thank you Shana, Trina, and Sedona) who were able to find us a place the day it opened up, as well as lock us into a lower rent before the price went up the following month. Without their attention to detail we would have missed our dream apartment. The apartments look brand new, the bathrooms are large, (especially for an apartment.) The windows are insulated and two people can take a hot shower at the same time.If youre looking to relocate, especially from the East Coast, than Element 170 will be like floating on a velvet cloud to a land of irrepressible joy.P.S.It seems many people were burned by a change in policy regarding ending your lease. While I know that can be hard, and changes from a higher corporate authority usually suck harder than an industrial sewage pump, the current rent-buyout system in place is MUCH better than anything we have on the East coast. (P.P.S. While we had a nice landlord, getting back ANY portion of your security deposit is pretty much a fantasy in NY)
This is hands down the worst place Ive ever lived in. Ive lived in 3 different complexes in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, and I havent encountered worse management than this. The first half of our lease was fine, and there was a girl in the office who was amazing (shout out to Sedona), but after she left everything has gone downhill. The first issue we had was their online portal for paying rent not working. No emails or explanations had gone out as to why or if they were working on the issue. There was no grace period offered for those who couldnt pay their rent online. Maybe this normally wouldnt have been a problem, but it was out on a Sunday when most banks are closed, making it difficult to get access to a cashiers check. That was the only option presented to us to avoid a late fee. They tried to charge us for a full month of rent during our move out month instead of the prorated amount. It took multiple calls, emails, and a letter to get the correct amount for the prorated rent. They claimed that their online portal could not process prorated rent rates and thats why it looked like we were being charged for a full month of rent. We also could not pay the rent online and had to bring in another cashiers check. We got our move out receipt and saw there was a $120 partial paint charge. When we left there were no obvious spots that needed to be painted over on the doors or walls. I inquired about this charge and they said the doors needed touch up paint. They also are trying to tack on additional charges to our move out costs because they didn’t charge the correct amount for carpet shampoo. Apparently they didnt realize we had a cat that was on the lease and documented and they are trying to say there is additional damage from the cat.The management for this huge corporate complex is awful, and if you run into any problems theyll drag it out and give you the run around. The maintenance people were always kind and timely though; once one of them pulled an earring out from my sink drain.
They only care about the money, they dont care about anyone. They have very bad management; In order to get the key to my storage, they took 3 weeks, even though I came serval time to ask for them. If your trying to add a new card to pay on line you have to pay almost 40 dollars for the service fee, that is insane.
I lived at Element 170 for a little over a year.My experience living there was decent; however, my move out experience was TERRIBLE.Fair warning: Turnover is EXTREMELY high. I know nothing about Property Management so perhaps turnover is common in this industry, I just felt like the office had a new face every month.I’m not one to write reviews; however, I felt the need to share my move-out experience so this doesnt happen to anyone else.Upon move-out, I received a Final Account Statement showing that I owed a balance to Element 170. The document was dated February 1st, 2017. Near the bottom of the document, it stated that I had 15 days to pay the balance in full to keep my account from going to collections. (Common, wasn’t concerned at this point).I emailed Sedona inquiring about a few of the charges - I was charged for 2 hours of “cleaning of blinds” (mind you, I only had 3 sets of blinds in the whole apartment) and for some worn/matted fibers in the carpet, which I actually replaced six months prior. Sedona reached back out to me telling me she was going to see what she could do to get me some, if any - of that waived. She also told me not to pay and to wait, and in the meantime she would keep my account from going to collections.February 11th, I still hadnt heard anything from Sedona. The perfectionist/anxiety inside of me decided just to go pay my balance and worry about getting refunded later. I decided to go into Element 170 in person, as I still live in the area. I wrote them a check paying my balance off in full.February 13th, I emailed Sedona to ask if she had heard anything about a possible refund and to see if she had received my payment - a different lady took my check when I visited on the 11th. Sedona then emailed me back stating that she hasn’t heard anything and that my account was already in collections.I immediately left work to resolve the issue. I brought in the letter, which stated I had till the 15th of February to pay, a copy of the check I wrote on the 11th, and I also brought in our email exchanges.REGARDLESS, I paid the balance in full the 11th. I demanded that Element 170 get a letter from the collector stating nothing was going to report to my bureau.Sedona ended up forwarding me an email from the collector saying my account was entered into the system on the 8th of February. 8 days after I received my Final Account Statement.. and 7 days before my bill was due - mind you, my bill was due the 15th of February.Unfortunately, the only answer I ever got from Element 170 is we dont know what happened... Im not sure how you accidentally send someone to collections.I called corporate - never received a call back. Finally, a few days later the new Manager called me to apologize and ended up waiving my entire Final Account Statement. Then, March 6th, I received a letter today stating I owed $2.60. When I called the office to see what this was about, again the only answer I got was: “Hm, I think it’s wrong. I’m not sure though. I don’t know.”I thought about letting my experience go, but then after hearing the “I don’t know” again TODAY - I am so frustrated at the lack of communication in that office. It is ridiculous.I cant even begin to describe how stressed I was throughout this process. Moving is already so stressful and then to accidentally get sent to collections? Unprofessional.I would never recommend this business or Property Management Company to ANYONE. This is not an error you mess around with.
It was very good place and the service is also excellent.
Everything is horrible specially the rude management. Rats everywhere. Thefts. Cheap appliances. Horrible parking.
Dont trust Element 170! It was sad to see two close friends be screwed out of their lease because of illegal actions from a company that claims to care about their tenants! They told them one thing and the did another! They lied and did nothing to make restitution. Do yourself a favor and do not rent at Element 170!
Went down to check this place out after work. place was locked up and after reading these reviews, I am glad I get to pass on this one... Sounds shady!!
Didnt even bother looking at an apartment. Brown buildings and pavement
Element 170 is dishonest! Many people were negatively affected by their lease buyout change. It costed residents a lot money for something that wasnt their fault. Element 170 needs to fix what they have done and make amends with those who were lied to.
Staff not readily available, small units, but clear on information once received.
And you thought cookie cutter houses were bad....
Nice apartment!
Many of my lovers live here
Grandson lives there
Okay..
Still fell disgusting to remember my experience in Element 170!1. Remember to give them a PAPER-BASED notification one month before you move out. This is in contract, and they will not remind you, they will not give you this paper form. And if you forget, get ready to pay the extra They start to tell us that we should give them a paper notification two weeks after the deadline, and we are charged another almost $800. Lazy people get fat!2. Painful to park, be careful not to scratch your cars.3. Gym is so small4. My suggestion is do not waste your time to clean the apartment when you move out. They will ask some professional company to see if its cheap enough, if not, they will charge from your deposit. They may not have details about which part is not clean and how much money to charge, even one small point is not clean, they will change all the mony, say, for The sitting room for a water mark on the window. There are a lot of good apartments nearby, I really dont recommend this. Anyway, I am looking for various excuses to deduct money!1. The general apartment will remind you that you need to send out a paper notice one month in advance. We went to the internship there and told them many times at the end of August. They also said that they remember, but insisted that there is no paper. The notice, so buckled nearly 800 knives. I know that their staff are so fat!2. I will check the cleaning when I move out. I spent a day cleaning and there must be no problem in other places, but they insisted that even if there is water in the pool, the traces left will not work! Nima, then it is divided into buckles, such as the pool 10 knife, they do not. Not clean at all, the whole buckle. Grass mud horse, the last deposit did not polite with me!3. Dont talk to the staff, its useless. I am sick of thinking of their pregnant eyes!
