I can always depend on the amazing service here. Very sanitary, friendly and very nice.I always get the Best pedicure and I even brought one of my friends and were going to be there monthly from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE !!I went in and showed the nail tech a picture of what i wanted. For reference I asked for the exact same thing but white. I’ll list it below. They were extremely rude. He asked what length I wanted and I just said “Long” he said “eh here is good” and cut my nail. I said “No.. that’s a little short I wanted them longer.” and he said “Longer? that’s gonna be extra.” And I had to pay extra for coffin shape.When my best friend who was with me didn’t have to pay extra for length or shape. My cuticles are flooded the nail tech rushed they were done in 40 minutes and they look awful. Also there is LINT in my nails from his sweater and polish all over my hands. I will never ever go back here. Update: My thumb nail already broke.

First time I went the chair leaked and soaked my purse. All they did was hand me a towel.Went again with a group. The morning after my nails were done at 7 pm they look like this. They told me I should have got gel. I can paint my own nails and they last longer than 12 hours and dont have the ring at the bottom!

This place is so pretty, and my nail tech Bella was absolutely so sweet! Bella did an amazing job on my manicure pedicure and worked with care and precision. The greeter was also super friendly and accommodating, and when another guest next to me had a complaint, the staff handled it with grace and fixed the misunderstanding (even though the guest was not being nice). I will be back anytime I’m in the area!Ps; they also have wine available, I felt like a queen sipping my wine and getting my nails done!

Absolutely amazing experience with Sunny. This picture is of my nails today- and I got them done 3 WEEKS AGO! They still look great and you can tell Sunny really knows what she is doing. I did a full mani pedi gel nails on my toes, dip on my fingers with tips. She took her time with me and wasnt rushed. Im going back today hoping to snag her again. Extremely impressed with my nails. She didnt even hurt me while prepping them as I have encountered countless other times in the past (elsewhere). Seriously 3 weeks!!! Thats amazing.

Most of the pedicures come with a complimentary glass of wine, what a bonus! The lady at the front was very professional and my nail tech was very focused. I’m not a fan with the nail techs make small talk because I come on my day off to relax and sit in peace and she was amazing and did that. Very nice and clean, was very impressed compared to most nail salons.

Very friendly. Although it was difficult to understand them and for them to understand us they did a pleasant job on my toes as you can see!! They put my feet in warm water and let them soften then they wrapped and also massage my legs very very pleasant the chairs that you sit in also have massage. Very many different you can choose from

I went in today with my 4 year old daughter. As you can guess a 4 year olds nails are pretty small, but she enjoys getting her nails done with her mama. Her nails were done in a rushed sloppy fashion. I brought a picture of what I wanted specifically because I am in a wedding this week and need to coordinate. So we have the picture there at the bar where you choose your polish. She picked a color and right then I said I thought it was too light and showed her one that I thought would match closer. She told me no that the one she chose would be correct. So I trusted her. She does this every day and sees the colors way more than I do. So we get on to the service, I asked for the tip to be more narrow, for which she charged me 5 additional dollars for without saying anything...just added it to my bill. As she is putting on the color I see indeed that the color is incorrect. I say something and she tells me it will be right when she adds the top coat. It was not. The edges of my nails are not painted. There are lumps and bumps in multiple nails. The ruling lady at the front did ask me if I wanted to speak with a manager, but there were just so many people. Social distancing...not a thing. Hand washing when clients come in...not a thing. I just wanted out of there. I could understand if the color was off because they did not have it, but this was not the case. She made a bad call and instead of fixing her mistake she just kept going. I still tipped her because I felt like not tipping she would have reflected on me. Her service was poor. I will not be back. One thing I could have overlooked. The lumps in my nails...so amateur. The unfinished tips uneven filing...then to be charged MORE for her filing my nails. Unacceptable.

I’ve gone here multiple times. Each time, something has been wrong. The design was messed up, the nail cracked the next day, they looked like duck feet. But I always like to give it a few goes before giving up. Today, I was told it would a 10-15 minute wait. I waited an hour before being seated. Then I sat in the chair waiting for another 30 minutes. When no one came to do my nails, I finally just left. Ive given it four tries, but I’ve never had a good experience here.

I went on Monday for gel manicure, loved the color and once I got home I seen she didn’t coat my nails completely but whatever I would deal with it . Tuesday…. My polish started to peel on one nail went in on Wednesday to have it fixed (had to wait my turn for one nail, 45mins) Wednesday night I wash my hair and 2 more of my nails now are missing polish ! So mad because I really wanted to love this place .

I have been going here for the last 2 years. Up until recently I had been very happy with the services I have received. But tonight I went into get a pedicure and they were not busy at all. The nail tech brought me to the station and told me to put my feet in the bowl. That water was scalding hot!!!! It burned my toes & as a result everything she did to them during the pedi caused me pain. I could not wait for her to be done. And then it was THE WORST pedicure I have ever had. I wore sandals so I wouldn’t have to wear those thin pieces of foam “sandals” because it was raining and they are slippery. She didn’t offer to help get my sandals on so my polish wouldn’t get messed up so of course it got messed up!!! Hours later I’m at home and my toes still hurt like they are sunburnt. I will NEVER go back there again!! What a waste of money!!!

This was my first time here and I loved it! I had Sunny and she did an absolute amazing job!!! I always ask to have my ingrown toe nails removed and no one has ever done it right. She got them all!!!! Best pedi I’ve had in a long time. And the complimentary wine is a plus.

First I will say that I’ve never been one to take the time to write a review but I feel like the way I was treated today was so unnecessary! My sister just had a baby…I’m from Columbus, she wanted to get out and get her nails done, she talked so highly about this place! The guy I had was so rude from the moment he walked over! I think he was annoyed from the start that I wanted dip nails. He rolled his eyes at me! He was a complete jerk the entire time and did not do a great job! His name was Jake! My sisters nail tech was so nice but mine was completely rude!

So I tried a few times to give this place a chance. I tried the dip powder first and walking out of there I realized very quickly the polish looked terrible. I went back in and she told me to come back the next day and they would fix it. There was places missing coating. And then within 3 days they chipped and broke in several spots. Then I came a few times after that thinking maybe my nails just didn’t agree with the dip... so I got the acrylic again, and the lady that did mine last did not cut off the acrylic that had turned white and detached from my nail. She only put fresh over top of them and needless to say within 24 hours I broke one and a week later, 5 have fallen off and one broken. When I called they said it was passed the time frame and they wouldn’t fix them or give me my money back. Prices went way up. I paid $129 with my daughter and it was absolutely not worth it. They unfortunately lost my service.

I got my nails done yesterday. I realized this morning that two of my nails had chipped polish. I called and was told to come in. I get here and I’m being told to make an appointment and come back. Absolutely not! I paid over 100 and tipped 10 just to be back here today for chipped polish. I’m being told I have to wait because they are busy and there’s a long wait. If that’s the case why not tell me that over the phone. This is an inconvenience too me, had this would’ve been done properly I wouldn’t have to be here today. If you can go somewhere else to get your nails done! please do so! God forbid your nails chipped…. Expect to have to wait forever or be told to make an appointment and comeback. As a paying customer I don’t feel valued at all.

Linn did a phenomenal job! I showed her the wildest picture I could find of a nail style for my birthday nails (I usually just do a short French tip & wanted something different) and asked “Can we do this?!” Half expecting her to say no, but she said “Yeah!” And they’re the coolest nails I’ve ever seen! I’m SO GLAD I went to her! I uploaded a pic, go to the salon photos— they’re the clear sparkly pointy mermaid ones, posed in front of the Louis Vuitton bag. Look at those nails and tell me that isn’t talent right there!

Sunny is amazing! i’ve been going to her for months now and i’m always impressed with my nails when I leave.

My cousin comes here and she loves it. She has a guy who does a great job. I love her nails. So I went. Wait time not bad because people was leaving since they were waiting for at least an hour. Got the powder ombre. Asked for coffin shaped and eyebrows. It took a little over 2 1/2 hours for the nails. And still had to wait for eyebrows. They asked me to pay for my eyebrows prior. Between the length of getting my nails done, the bad shape up, paying for services prior and the overall cost (over 70 and Im from cali paying less there) Im not going back. You can see terrible coffin shape in the pics, despite paying extra for them to not be shaped right, they are squared if anything.

I went there prior to tornado and it was amazing! Went there yesterday and it was not. Rushed, assembly line, total turn over of technicians, skimped on massage portion, tools looked dirty, techs didn’t communicate, couldn’t relax, couldn’t wait to get out of there, chair dirty and peeling, very sub par for price. I won’t be going back nor will my friend that went with me.

I always receive quality service here! I recommend making an appointment vs walk in if you have a tight schedule.

So the first time I went I had an appointment at 5 and people who walked in after me were going before me, I did not get mine done until 5:30. Following that I had three acrylic nails with gel break and I have been getting acrylic nails for 3 years and never once had a break. Also they were not even and lumpy. Today I went and they upped all of there services 10-15 dollars, for mine 15 without telling you until after. The staff was rude and the top coat on one of my toes is only on halfway. Will not go back.

I have a 19 month old little girl. I had a pedicure the week before she was born. The Covid stuff happened right when she was old enough for me to leave her to get a pedicure. So I waited. She started taking swim lessons right next door to this location. After 4 weeks I decided I should try a baby and mom pedicure. I did not want to take her with me. I wanted to relax and enjoy my time. But I really don’t have a baby sitter. So we took snacks and an iPad of Disney plus. Alec was my pedicure man. He was kind and understanding. My baby was sort of patient. I really appreciate their understanding and I loved my experience. I will go back. Either with or without my toddler. They have wine! If you enjoy that. I know I would without a toddler. This was a wonderful day and I am very happy. Thank you!

Centerville location.My husband and I tried Luminous Nails for the first time and it was by far the best nail place we’ve been to! Justin and Vi are awesome and very sweet! Our feet feel so fresh and renewed. Justin did an amazing paint job on my toenails! This will be our new nail spot 😌❤️

It was my first time going here. From the time I walked in the door til the time I left everybody was very nice professional very friendly. I got Tina as my nail tech. She was the bomb. She got me all the way together. I love my nails. She was very helpful. I got dipped nails for the first time thanks to Tina. I LOVE THEM!!!!

I went on a weekday morning and I was attended to very quickly. Nina did my nails and she did an awesome job! I have short thin nails and gel polish usually peels within 2-3 days. I let Nina know that and she did a great job at making sure she did everything to perfect my nails so the would last and they did!

I was just a walk in today around 5. Asked for pedi and mani with a set. Picked out my colors and was seated for pedi. Bella was my tech and she offered me wine or a drink. Showed me my options for pedis. I got the charcoal deluxe pedi thing. She didn’t talk much but she worked over an hour on my pedi and did a fabulous job. She even put my socks on for me! Then got my nails done. Lam did a good job but didn’t push my cuticles back or trim them. Only down side of my visit was the lack of treatment for my cuticles. But over all great service and clean place.Thank you

Do not even bother going here. i’ve never had such a botched acrylic manicure in my life. i’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times and every time the nails turn out horrible and the staff is rude. i don’t know if it’s just the person who did my nails or the whole staff but whoever it was should not be doing nails.

Original Review at the bottom, new review above.November 2019:Before the Tornado, this was my favorite salon. I went in late October and went in for a full acrylic set. They talked me into a dip manicure because its healthier on your hands and less chemicals to dry out your hands. I agreed. I just went back about 2 1/2 weeks after and asked for a powder dip fill (I got a fill at another salon while they were closed). The lady explained that its healthier on your nails to take them off and do a whole new set and that they dont fill powder dipped nails. I said that was fine. What I cannot understand is, how is it healthier to soak your hands in chemicals? My hands are dry and cracked and very painful from the chemicals, and not to mention it costs more. I have also noticed its not as busy as it used to be.March 2019:I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I spent $97 on this. The same day the gel came right off of my pinky toe and I did nothing. So much for lasting my two weeks of vacation.

First time I took my wife here for a pedicure and overall, they did a good job. No waiting at all when we walked in. The young man that did my wife did a very nice job on her pedicure and to me....worth the money. They did offer us a drink, even tho I was not getting the pedicure done [my wife was getting it done] today. 4 stars I rate this place. Its not too far from our home, easy to get to, decent price and very nice, clean and nice music inside. I may get myself a pedicure there soon.

I always get dip nails. I used to go to Luminous all the time. No more. This last time, in just over a week most of my nails are chipped, cracked, and looking awful. Now I’ll have to pay again to have them redone when a normal dip lasts me at least three weeks. This technician seemed in a hurry to get me out the door and skipped steps. They just seem like an assembly line. And they say enjoy a glass of wine with your pedicure but it never appears! They don’t offer! Are you supposed to ask for it? You pay a premium for this “luxury” nail spa but the service doesn’t feel luxury. I’ve given them too many chances.

I’ve gone here off and on for 3 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Lien always gets me together every time. She takes her time but I appreciate it and don’t mind spending more time relaxing for a great job. I’ve gotten gel Manis and pedis, acrylics, and dip powder nails. I love the dip. 10/10 definitely recommend

DO NOT USE A CREDIT or DEBIT CARD WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!I went to the salon 3-4 times when I lived in Beavercreek OH. The staff was friendly enough and the quality was average. The real issue is I moved from Ohio to Alabama in May and am still getting fraudulent charges on my credit card from them. They charge $0.01 at least once a month every month and occasionally charge services. I have 11 fraudulent charges from Jun - Nov of this year.I have had to cancel my cards and am attempting to have my bank block them as an establishment able to charge my accounts.DO NOT USE A CREDIT or DEBIT CARD WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Highly disappointed and will never come back! I came in to get a full dip set with tip and a manicure. While speaking with my nail tech and the receptionist I was told to get the manicure because it included massage. I SPECIFICALLY said I ONLY wanted a hand massage (with the dip) but would do the manicure dip bundle to make it easier. Well first off towards the end of my dip set my technician started rushing. So the technician messed up the layering of the polish and not all my nails were dry, he knew they werent all dry but still continued with the lotion and massage he literally fast rubbed each arm for 15 seconds. He saw he messed up the nail and tried to fix it with oil like a scuff. Told me to wash my hands and see if it was still messed up, it was. So he goes to fix it and because he was rushing he messed up again and I literally waited 15 minutes for the messed up nail to dry before a different technician came and fixed it. So basically I dont fee I should be charged for the extra manicure, I was happy to pay for the full dip set (which was 90% of my bill). Well I was given a hard time, the manager hardly understood my concerns, only took 5 bucks off and tried to blame me for not getting the deluxe manicure?!?! Like what? Then she basically tried to snatch my card out of my hand to rush me away! Absolutely awful service I will NEVER go back and I get my nails and feet done religiously.

They even sat me and all three of my friends all together. Thao did a wonderful job on my acrylics, one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had! I will definitely be coming back!

Their prices are great they don’t overly charge for certain services like I’ve found other places to prior in the past and they Are sure to meet all your needs! I came in for gel soak and trim and file. Asked for my nails to have natural look- expecting gloss and buffing after gel removal. My nails were cut extremely short and trimmed and filed different lengths. Left my nail beds rough and did not buff. Waste of money and time. Will not return.

Poor customer service from the nail tech and I had got the dip nail polish done and one fell off a week after and they said they would charge me to fix it. I wont be going back!

Got regular acrylic with Hanna and top coat matte and since it wasn’t allowed to dry completely, I didn’t even get home and everything was chipped and looked ugly. Went back the next day and Tea was so sweet to me and redid it nicely for me. Oh fooshoo will be going back to them again even though there’s a closer nail salon from where I live. All the bad reviews didn’t want to communicate with them and just wanted to complain on here for no reason!! Oh and their price range is unbeatable!

Within about 12 hours after getting my nails done the polish started chipping! Only 2 of my nails still have all the polish on em and one is almost completely gone! The guy who did mine went and sat down in the back playing on his phone and left me sitting in the chair with my hands in front of the fans for at least 20 minutes until I got up and walked up to the front counter! I walked outside while I was waiting for my sister to get done and when I came back in about 15 minutes later he was still sitting there playing on his phone and the fans were still on! They had my sister and my mom so wash their hands but he seriously just forgot about me!! I will never go back to this place!!

I have a latex allergy and they said they wouldn’t do my pedicure unless they could use latex. I did allow Hong to proceed with the pedicure and warned him that my feet would swell up. They did, but I took a Benadryl to reduce my reaction. He told me that they have never heard of someone having a latex allergy. Then I asked him if he could use the gel that I brought and he charged me as if I was using their product.

My 2 daughters 9 and 5 took me today for Mothers day. First my 9 year old picked out a cat eye polish that was with all the other gel polish selections. When it is her turn they tell me that it is a $10 extra charge. Seriously all they do is take a magnet to it and make a line in the polish. Ridiculous to charge so much more for it. Then she goes to pick a different polish and the man told her that it was a color changing one. It was not! She started crying. Of course I got upset and if the lady doing my nails had not already started I would have left. Then the man starts laughing. Who laughs at a crying child? Then when I said that I wish they hadnt started on me then we would just leave he then laughs again. When he is finished with my daughter he goes over to another worker and is talking about us and still laughing. To make this experience worse, my 5 year old picked out 2 colors. We gave them to.the lady. She only uses one of the colors! This was a terrible experience and I will not be back. They ruined our Mothers day outing.

I had visited previously and had a bad experience but I feel like most places deserve a second chance. Today I went in and had an incredible experience and it wasn’t like they knew my last time was bad or anything. I def think this place is nice and clean and they have such a wide variety of choices. The staff was nice and the complimentary wine was good. But then again who doesn’t like free wine right? I encourage anyone to go, especially if you have been before and didn’t originally like it. It’s worth a second chance for sure.

Diane was sooooo sweet...I loved the complementary drinks...The fact that u get to choose the smell of ur foot soak was fun...And u get brand new files each time....Not to mention the million of colors to choose from and they do the newest styles and trends.... U wont be disappointed

It honestly depends on who does your nails. I had Lee and he did an amazing job but then last week I went in, told the woman one of my acrylics had lifted and was falling off and all she did was dump nail glue under my nail which fixed nothing. Today that nail she “fixed” pops off while I was doing my hair. Overall, find one nail tech that does a nice job and keep requesting them

Service was okay. I paid $90 for the top of the line service and it was average. Couldnt understand the lady that was working on me. She couldnt speak English very well. Communication was terrible. Will not go back.

I have been searching for a great nail salon, I walked in and had a fill-in service with Tee. Although the salon was very busy, wait was only about 5-10 minutes. I loved the cleanliness and the fact that they were using professional products. Tee did a great job with my nails, they are exactly what I wanted and I will be returning!
