I love it they do good nails and Alex is my nail tech. They are only missing brow waxing.I wouldn’t get my feet done here just cause. But the service is great Alex is funny and moves fast.

The prices are decent and the staff is typically very friendly. The look can very depending on who you get but usually my nails come out looking good

I typically always go here and they are usually very good. However, today, I waited an hour and 15 minutes and I was given call which didn’t ring because the mall cell service is bad. I walked over and it hadn’t been 5 minutes and he gave my seat to someone else. If I waited an hour for your service you can give me 5 minutes to get to the store. So I will not be returning here.

I had a dip manicure done on a Thursday. Within two days, 5 of the nails had started chipping & the rest had spider web cracks in them. I went back to get them fixed & was told that I was a liar & must have hit my hands on something. Then the gentleman walked away from me & started talking about me to other customers. When I was told they didnt have time to fix my nails, I asked for a refund & he laughed at me. Never going back.

They always have good service!!! You wont be disappointed. They worked efficiently, with minimum wait time. I will be back!

It was okay. By no means are my nails top notch but I was in need of a quick service and my nail salon was all booked. So I got a not so great Ombre and kind of crooked nails for 2 weeks.

They have real bad communication problem dont give one price at the table and then give a whole total different price when its time to cash out and they over charge you and change prices and charge you for long nails and they not they need a chart to clarify whats long just complete highway robbery I will not be going back took 4hrs doing nothing

I went in like 3 weeks ago and got a acrylic set and payed 75 dollars for a full set. First of all my nails are see through I’ve never had a seen a acrylic set where you can see through the nail especially with a dark gray set !! A couple days ago my nail fell off I’ve only had them for 3 weeks. The guy who did my nails told me they’d stay on for 2/3 months. I tipped them 20 dollars too. 100 dollars for a set that’s been on for 3 weeks. 3/10. Please go somewhere else there’s cheaper places with better service!!

I dont know what person would dislike this place or the staff. The guy who did my nails was excellent with communication, gentle a as lamb and he was very articulate as was the lady working next to him. I had a gel nail done and I was so relaxed and pain free. I will definitely return and recommend them.

I walked in the place at 1:00 PM, moderately busy. They said there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, I waited 30 minutes and then two black girls walk in and they sat them immediately, totally ignoring that I’ve been sitting there. Not sure how this is OK but I will never be back.

Went Friday 08/14 with my friend. The guy that did her nails did a great job I believe he was the owner? Not sure anyways the guy that did mine did a good job on the shape and design. However the acrylic was terrible!!! He was an older guy and on most of my nails there is a dip from where he filed down too much. He even burnt me while filing the acrylic from holding it in the same spot too long. He also started to get an attitude because I guess I wasn’t holding my hand right. Oh well, the other people that work there always do a good job. This is the second time I’ve had this older guy and the first was just as bad as this time.

I got a pedicure and it turned out super good. My sister/mom got acrylic and gel nails done and they also looked fantastic. They are so friendly and nice, one of the most sanitary salons I have ever been to.

I didn’t get the girls name who did my nails, but she sits at station 7. she was absolutely incredible and so sweet! she made me feel very comfortable, and she took her time on my nails to make sure they were perfect and that i was happy with them! i love my nails much!

I had to wait about 15-20 minutes so I walked around the mall, but everyone was very nice and they called me when another technician arrived (they had just opened). I received a gel-manicure and my technician was very gentle and thorough with everything to make sure nothing got messed up. Definitely will go back, everyone was very nice!

This is the best place to get your nails done. They have really talented people and my nails always look amazing. I never go anywhere else!

I have been going here for roughly 5 years now. CC always takes such great care of me. I have NEVER been disappointed with any service. She is my go to lady! I have gone to other nail salons with friends to see their people and none of them give the same care and attention that this salon does. I will always refer friends and family to them.

Just popped in for a full set last week. I wish I would have gotten my technician’s name. She was so sweet and did my acrylics PERFECTLY!! No jagged under edges no mishaped nails no missed paint. I will be going back! I even let her pick what colors and I love it! The young lady that did my nails even had her kids there and they were so sweet!! Maybe that will help me figure out her name!

I walked in and there was not a single person in there so I was very weary but was happy with my service. Their prices are a little higher than other places Ive been but it was worth it because my nails turned out exactly how I wanted!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for the last 8 years. Hung does a great job and is always in the best mood! Everyone is always super friendly. They recently remodeled and it looks fantastic!

Manicure and pedicure feels good. Nail tech as usual is personable and qualified for tasks. I have chosen her from the time she became wrking at this nail salon I will miss Ce-Ce and her husband I have been coming to Designer Nail from their opening.

CC was amazing, this was the first time I’d been here and she helped me pick my color she talked to me and she was very attentive to my nails she checked everything a good 2 to 3 times and made sure my nails were perfect I even got gel for the first time because of her recommendation and it was absolutely wonderful. I will be going back, also made sure I had water.

Over all quality has slipped. Less time doing massage with pedicure. Children running around screaming unattended.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. if I could leave a zero star review I would. Not only were my nails poorly done but THEY STOLE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DENIED DOING SO. WHEN I WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND THE BOSS WAS NOT THERE (of course).

Please dont go here they do a horrible job I got my nails done, a full set and the lady really didnt try. Please save your money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST PLEASE

My wife got acrylics and everything went great. Super friendly.

Went to get a manicure and gel polish on Friday, and it was an all around good experience. My only concern is that the man that did my nails cut my cutical to far which caused blood to draw and then put an oil on the cut which burnt my skin. 2 days later i do still see the cut but my nails look great.

My grandma used to go here 15 or so years ago. I recently decided to use a different place couldnt be happier I choose designers nail. Kallie is amazing. I definitely will be back.

Wonderful people. Created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. My gel still looks perfect and its been over a week!

They make sure the acrylic isnt too thick which gives the nails a more natural look! They also do powder dip, ombre and gel nails here!

I have been coming to the salon once a month for two years and have never had a problem. CC is amazing and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great service and they are very gentle and caring for their customers I got gel nails and my nails look great and the workers are very friendly and welcoming would come again lots of colors to choose from and very affordable prices got a mani and a pani and my feet and hands are so soft highly recommend

The owner did my nails and when I called to see if they had walk-in availability I warned him that my nails were in TROUBLE. When I got there we had a bit of a laugh over how bad I had let them get but an hour or so later, my hands looked brand new!

I went here to get a fill, this was my first time going here and it will be my last! The guy Im assuming was the owner has a girl he is training do my nails. At the time I did not know this, but as she started doing them it became very obvious. He was coaching her on what to do the entire time. You could tell she was very nervous and my nails did not turn out good at all. I was very unhappy with my service and was still charged the full price for a fill with gel. I do not recommend this salon, save your money and go somewhere else.

I came for a relaxing pedicure and had the fastest pedicure in history. I know you’re busy but my $41.00 should still get the same time, care, and service regardless of who’s behind me.
