I had an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. I didn’t know what to expect as I never have pampered myself in that way before. This was also my first time at this location. The pedicure was very relaxing with a warm bath and massage chair. I was unsure on what design to do for my fingernails until I ultimately chose this design that I’m posting with my review. My nail tech, Natalie, did a fantastic job and it looks even better than the original photo. I will most certainly be coming back and requesting her for future designs. Thank you, again, Natalie!

I got a regular manicure. Felt very rushed! The nail tech used 3 coats of polish and then the top coat without letting the nails dry first. I have brush marks and you can definitely tell where the top coat was applied. I will definitely not return for a manicure.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Got a gel manicure a few weeks ago for my college graduation and the manicurist barely spoke to me but my nails looked decent. Went today to get the gel removed and was going to get just regular polish but the manicurist (who wreaked of cigarette smoke) kept leaving me to just sit there and my nails were so horribly shaped after multiple attempts to tell him I wanted my nails rounded, not squared. After he finished he put a hot towel on my hands and arms that ended up leaving a visible burn mark on my arms. He left me to wait again for an unknown amount of time while he walked around. I finally decided it wasn’t worth it to wait to get the polish applied so I went up to pay for the removal and figured they wouldn’t charge me the full manicure fee since I didn’t get any polish applied, they did. The girl at the front told me I had the cuticle removal and “lotion massage” done so it would be the full price. I told her I was burned with the hot towel and her response was to repeat the price of the “manicure”. I paid and left in tears. Will never return and only hope they treat other customers better. I will be reporting my burn.

I always am a walk-in and never have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes to be seated. Everyone is polite! The place is clean and I really like how the pedicure bath is lined with plastic!

I have been seeing Kelly for the past month for my “bridal trial” nails and each and every single time she has done a great job in making sure I am happy with the end result. I would recommend her and this place for any nail service you need. Thanks Kelly!

Brought My daughter in to her her a full set of acrylic nails. I was the one to speak to the technician and tell her the color of black French tips, she never mentioned any additional charge for that design. It also had a line. Once finished I was up charged for the French tips twice, and for a nail design! Then she threw on and Additional charge for gel which clearly I stated to two different people she didn’t want gel and that she wanted the regular color black so she charge for an additional $15 for Gel on top of a regular black color to French charges in a nail design charge totaling $64.90. They lady lied and said my daughter told her to do gel! Smh, I was the only one who spoke to her about the service. They do look pretty but the unnecessary charges and lack of communication in addition to her lying on my daughter. I will not come back.

This is one of the cleanest, nicest salons I have been to. I always go to Lynn for my manicure. She is quick yet VERY precise. She doesn’t speak much English but when she does, she’s friendly and she has the best vibe!

Lynn was extremely helpful and she understood exactly what I was wanting. My nails came out beautifully, and I will for sure be coming back to this location from here on out.

This is the only place I trust with my nails Mai is wonderful. She does everything freehand all I have to do is tell her what I want and she does it absolutely marvelous. I work in a warehouse and my nails last between appointments I never have an issue.

I came into La Perla for the first time today after not having my nails done for three years. I was a walk in and was taken care of by Miss Mai and she was fabulous. She took time to make sure that my nails were exactly how I wanted them. For sure going to be back!

I would not recommend getting your nails done here. I originally came in with the intentions of getting a new gel pedicure and acrylic fill in with gel polish and I walked out frustrated. The nail tech cut my toe nails way to short resulting in cutting my skin so my toe is very sore (more than 1 cut by the way) Every single toe nail was shaped horribly and she couldn’t even fix it bc the nail trimming was too short. So i did not let her paint my toenails or do anything forward. I didn’t trust her with my nails so i just soaked my old gel nail polish off and was completely done with getting my nails done. All that still for $60+ to walk out with nothing I expected and poor quality. Extremely disappointed never coming back.

Went for a pedicure, the girl only filed the nails on one foot and serious slipped my saddles on with the toe spacers did a half asked polish job and said ok youre done..wowPaid tipped and left but Ill never go back..

First time they hurt me. I was bleeding. Still I gave them a second chance. This time they did such a bad job the nail polish is pilling the SAME day I got them done. Not to mention I had to wait 40mins after my scheduled time. Then their ATM charged my card and didn’t give me any money. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have been to this salon a few times. It is always very clean and the wait time is usually not very long even when they are busy. They have one of the larger selections of colors for regular polish, gel and dip in the area. On one visit I had a bad experience with a gel pedicure and the technician that I had. Initially, I left a truthful but unfavorable review on their Facebook page. The owner followed up with me and was very kind and apologized for the experience. They let me come back in to have my service redone at my availability. The new technician was wonderful, listened to me about what I wanted and apologized for the previous experience. Overall, I respect the way this business handled a negative situation - They were very professional and went out of their way to make my experience better. I also brought my child in for a Jr pedicure and they loved it. I am very pleased with my follow-up visit and would definitely return in the future.

Service: Dip powder set with tips & Basic PedicureNail tech: DanDate: May 2020Pedi: They use New files, buffers, and bowl covers for every person. Everything is completely sanitized which is a huge plus because I’m very particular about going to nail salons that can do this. Dan did a great job with my pedi and made sure that the color and shape was even all around. He cleaned the edges too make sure that no mail polish was left over my skin. Toes came out great!Dip Powder Set: i had a picture of what i wanted and Dan did everything to make sure it came as close to the picture as possible. The shape of my nails was consistent throughout all my fingers and he made sure to clean around and under my nails! Not many places go the extra step to clean under and get all the gunk from the powder out, but he did!! When using a matte coat it is extremely easy to see all imperfections when the job isnt done right or its done in a hurry. Dan seems to be a perfectionist because he made sure that the buffing and drilling was even so that the top could be perfect. I asked him for a small design which he hadnt done before but he nailed it! Overall Im extremely pleased with the way my nails came out and the amount of attention to detail Dan had throughout the entire process.The Salon: Super cute and well organized. Everything has its own place and is taken care of. They offer drinks and are very attentive. They also offer 5% discount if you pay in cash and have a rewards program.Overall Im pretty happy with the service that was provided and im pretty sure Ill be coming back in a few weeks ☺️

Scheduled an appointment there for myself, my mom and, my daughter for manicures and pedicures. Arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment but that did not seem to matter because every one signs on the same sheet regardless of walk in or appointment. Finally got seated for pedicures, customers that walked in after us were seated about the same time however they instantly started working on them while we waited 20 minutes to finally get started. Other customers were offered drinks including wine but we were offered nothing. After our pedicures were done we waited another 15-20 minutes before they took my mom over for her manicure. The technician cut off all of her nails and then said she needed a full set of acrylics, she stated that she just wanted basic manicure but the technician didnt listen. While waiting for my manicure they made me move to seat other customers. I waited almost an hour for my manicure and then the technician kept telling me that I should do gel nails and I kept telling her no. When I went to pay for all of us I noticed that we were charged for a full set for the my mom and told them that we only requested a classic manicure. They argues with me and I just paid for it and left. I was trying to do something nice for my mom for mothers day and we just had a terrible experience as well as my mom is so upset with the way her nails look. We will not be returning.

I have had so many great experiences here. I’ve been going every 2 weeks for over 6 months. This last time was awful. I’m not one to point fingers but I will NOT have Becky do my nails again. She cut several of my fingers with the nail file and Dremel. My nails are extremely uneven and shaped very poorly. She ignored me when I said ouch and continued to tear up my fingers. I left with dip all over my cuticles, around the side of my nails and even chunks under my finger nails. I did call & explain that I wanted to schedule an appointment with one of my preferred artists & the owner got on the phone & asked me to come back in & he would fix them for free. I love this place so one bad experience won’t keep me from going back. I still highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place. I went to see Annie at station 12 today and I got gel nails. They are amazing. I think my favorite part of the treatment is the lotion that they put in afterwards, it smells amazing and I feel refreshed when I leave. I hope that she sees this and I want her to know that I will definitely be coming back for more. 😁

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I recently had some minor complaints with the salon I had been going to, and after reading some reviews/etc I decided to give this place a try. I will not go to another salon. I was impressed immediately upon walking in the door. The establishment is beautiful, clean, HUGE, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. I had an appointment and showed up 10 minutes late, and I was still greeted immediatley by a friendly and accepting staff. They were patient with my tardiness (and indecisevness), and helpful. My nail technician was CHI, and he was outstanding!! He went above and beyond any expectations I had. He worked meticulously and carefully on my removal as well as my new set. He did a beautiful french manicure, and even helped me with the dry skin around my nails. I am 100% satisfied with not only the general service I received, but the extra little touches (cuticle oil, under-nail filing, conversation, cash discount...) definitely made this place my new favorite.Check them out, and ask for CHI!

Mai is the best! We have great conversations and she takes her time and cares about what she does! The Salon is very clean, beautiful and easy to get to, even the bathrooms are stunning!!

I scheduled a mani and pedi. The guy who did my pedicure was very nice, but he cut my heel pretty badly with the metal grater. It hurt pretty bad, and I was bleeding. He also did not cut/sand my nails correctly. They were all uneven. After that I decided I did not want a manicure. The manager seemed pretty annoyed with me at this, and was embarrassing me in front of several other customers by loudly repeating that I had already made the appointment. I paid for my pedicure, and left a tip. I asked the girl who checked me out if there was somewhere I could wait to dry my nails, and she was so rude, so I ended up just walking out bare foot.

Im going to give them an average score. It is a nice atmosphere, nicely decorated, but the pedicure did not wow me. The polish was spotty in some parts of my nails and it chipped after a couple of days, not what I am used to for a pedicure. Ive only been there once, so I have limited experience with this salon.

I was referred to La Peria Nail Salon by my daughter because I was in search of a new nail tech, and after my daughter went to Kim one time she instantly contacted me and told me that I would love the way that she did pedicure and gel manicure. She said that she was very detailed and took her time and she couldnt have said it better..I instantly called and booked myself a appointment and Ive been in love every since. The Nall Spa is absolutely beautiful and very clean just as I love it and the owner Lily is very nice. Im so grateful to my daughter for the referral because this is my new nail salon. Kim is the absolutely best and now she does my husband and I will continue to refer everyone I know to her. Lilly is also very good as she does my other daughters and grandsons services. Most of my immediate family have all switched over to this Salon for the great Customer Service and quality work.

A little disappointed this time. Ive gone here several times with a good experience. However, this time I was left in pain for most of my manicure and pedicure, and my manicure is incredibly sloppy with streaky nail polish. I would have asked to have it fixed before I left, but the person doing my nails left so quickly and moved on to another person.

La Perla is beautiful and a wonderful experience. They did an amazing job on my dip nails and pedicure and are able to quickly accommodate walk-ins without issue. The dip nails literally lasted a month straight, and only came off because I forced them. Worth every penny plus some. They’re reasonably priced compared to other nail salons in the area but with a much better environment, and higher quality products that won’t lift off your nails in a week. This is the only nail salon I’ll use now. Highly recommend!

Mai had been doing my mani/pedis on my natural nails since December 2020. I am very particular when it comes to quality care for my natural nails and Mai exceeds my expectations! She is professional, thorough, makes great color and nail care suggestions and is also funny and personable. I can tell that she takes great pride in her work. I always leave completely satisfied!! Also, I love how easy it is to book appointments online and that everyone follows proper COVID and sanitation protocols.

I went in for an ombré acrylic look. I asked the front desk if they could do ombré even showed a picture she said yes we can so I had a gentleman name David walk me to his chair and I showed the picture again. At first it seemed like he was a little confused and then he was thinking of a way to do it. He told me he could do it with acrylic and gel. That works for me I like gel so I agreed, but before he walked off to get the stuff the lady next to him started to speak with him and it seemed like she talked him out of it and he told me he would do dip instead. I didn’t mind what would be used as long as it looked great. So he starts to do the dip with the colors in the photo but he didn’t seem to like that color which was a pale white and black. Instead he gets a hot pink and black but I don’t mind. He does all 10 of my fingers and at the end says he doesn’t like it so he will be starting over. At this point it’s already been an hour but sure whatever he needs. He proceeds to file and sand down my nails not removing the dip powder at all instead he layers on acrylic. After that he puts on white gel polish to cover the underneath colors. And then attempted to do the gel ombré. Before he attempted to do all this I’ve mentioned several times if he doesn’t feel like he can do it I’m fine with just doing all one color. Each time he said no he can do it. At the end of it all my nails looked like eggs and where super thick, he didn’t give me a proper manicure nothing told me to wash my hands and check out. I paid $90 for that... at the front they couldn’t understand that this wasn’t what I wanted and they were about to close so of course they wanted me out. It was my first time and last time there. I had to soak for 7 hours to get them to come off. I contacted them and said that my nails are ruined and stained they said the best they can do for me is to give me a 20% discount... I want to mentioned that I was charged for a manicure to which I never got done. My cuticles were not cut, and no such service was applied.

I came here very last minute and got a mani/pedi with my three year old(her first one). They were so patient and kind! They even put a nursery rhyme while we were there for my daughter! I had messed up one of my nails while helping my kid and they fixed it without making me feel guilty. The place is absolutely beautiful and clean! Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved Lily. She was very sweet and made sure I was absolutely happy with her service. She asked if the colors were right, if I wanted to add more glitter etc and she was very careful to make sure the edges of my nails were perfect and clean. I walked in on New Years eve with no appointment but did call before I decided to walk in. They closed at 6pm I came into the shop around 4:45pm. I was told to sit for a pedicure and I would be seen shortly. About 15 minutes went by with no one walking over to me or any communication at all as to when I would be waited on. I walked out and went to another business. They didnt need my money that bad.

I had gel nails and a pedicure done yesterday and this was the BEST nail experience of my life. Jenny did an amazing job. She took her time and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend La Perla and will definitely be coming back again.

I got my nails done (full set acrylic) and they charged me 70$ just for short ombré nails! Literally lasted me 4 days and one nail has already came off!!! My nail tech filed the nails to much almost all of them is ready to come off if I hit it somewhere. Definitely do not recommend at all.

Amazing customer service! I have been getting my nails done there and I always leave satisfied! Everytime I get my nails done I always get compliments on them from other people. So I definitely recommend this place for manicures and pedicures.

Told it would be a 20 minute wait to get my acrylic nails off for 15 dollars plus tax so I wait then she said if I want color polish extra five since they just do clear. I waited over 30 minutes and when I get up to leave was told that someone is now ready for me. Can not rate anything else but when I was in there two weeks ago, two women came in wanting their nails fixed because they were messed up.

Went there got a full set of acrylics, not even that long. They came off in less than a week, about 4-5 days. Above that it was a rushed service and over expensive for nails i could have went to walmart and gotten better quality service and would have lasted longer.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE!! This was my first time at the salon and the tech didn’t say one word to me the entire time which is whatever but when he was finished he just got up, grabbed his things and left. Didn’t say anything to me, like ok you can follow me or thank you have a nice day NOTHING. So this being my first time there I didn’t know if I should get up and pay or sit to dry I was clueless. So I just sat there thinking he would come back to collect. Nope some other person came over and was very rude to me. I will never return to this place again! Very unprofessional. When I pulled out to leave I saw the tech that did my nails outside smoking. Apparently he was in a hurry to get back outside to smoke. The cigarette smoke smell was very strong on him when he first sat down to do my pedi. Wish I give a zero star review.

After going to another salon for a while and constantly struggling to get an appointment booked for an evening slot, I decided to give La Perla a try. I had a dip manicure done by Kim. Let me tell you... SHE IS THE BOMB.COM! I showed her a photo of an idea and she made it 1000 times better than I expected! The photo I showed her had multicolored glitter on the index and middle fingers of each hand. First of all, they didnt have that exact glitter so that little angel from heaven CREATED HER OWN using several different glitters! Second, this detail oriented sweetheart PLACED EACH PIECE OF GLITTER INDIVIDUALLY! When I say this was hands down the best dip mani Ive ever had, Im not playin! The old salon I went to struggled to put a solid color glitter on ONE nail and this blessing of a nail tech made sure the glitter looked BOMB! On top of that, the salon was crazy clean, they have seriously SO MANY color options and everyone was super friendly! Ill 100000% be back and Ill be requesting Kim every single time! She is a saint and everyone needs to know :)

The place is a scam. They charge $10 extra for a “manicure” which consisted of cutting my cuticles very violently to the point where they were bleeding (I have never had my fingers bleed from a manicure in my life) and while my tech sanded away my old polish she also seemed to stray from the nail and sand my skin off too. My friend and I went there together and experienced the same awful treatment. The extra charge was not disclosed before hand. On top of that, I was charged an additional $10 for the shaping of my nails as I requested a coffin shape which apparently cost extra for “effort costs” which just like before was not disclosed. The two nail techs doing our nails were very rude and did not care about customer service at all. They would only talk to each other in a different language, and it seemed that whenever I told my friend something they would immediately comment to each other about what I just had said. Very unprofessional and very rude. I will never come back to this salon again.

My first time at La Perla and walking in it was very clean beautiful atmosphere and very friendly staff. I got A full set of an ombré dip powder set it and it was done beautifully. I will Be going back!

On their opening day, La Perla advertised a free pedicure to the first 50 customers And 50% off any service all day. I was one of the first 50 customers and chose to do the free pedicure as well as dip nail powder (manicure was not asked for). Firstly, I noticed their full price menu items were already very high. I wasn’t worried because I thought my Dip was going to be half off, as advertised. When I got my bill, I noticed it was 2x higher than what I expected to pay. Turns out the owners decided to charge full price for the second service at checkout despite what they advertised. Everyone was extremely uncomfortable and confused at checkout. I particularly noticed an additional $10 on my bill for the “manicure” that I NEVER asked for. When I asked why she charged for the mani, she said “Oh, because I clipped your cuticles it counts as a manicure.” WHAT??? On top of that, my nail tech didn’t shape my nails the best and they look kind of wonky. Everyone in line to checkout was pretty upset at their final bill due to the false advertising. Bottom line, I felt scammed and I will not be a returning customer.

I will admit when I first came to this location I did feel a little judged because I had/have really short nails as i have really bad anxiety and i was a really bad nail biter as a result, but now since Ive came here I haven’t bit my nails once and I feel a little more confident walking in knowing I’m going to get the best treatment.
