If I could rate higher than a 5 star, I would!I had to get my sons hair cut last minute for a function.We decided to go to JDs because of all the great reviews. I was a little concerned that they would not be able to get him in since we were nearing their closing time.When we entered, we were immediately greeted and welcomed into JDs by Jina and Kim. There was a few other clients who were being serviced at this time. I explained our situation and I anticipated the likelihood they would say I apologize, these are our last clients for the day.Well, I was surprised when Jina explained how they always do their best to accommodate all their new and existing clients needs and they will stay late if needed.Although we were there for just a haircut, they offer A LOT more than that. I will be purchasing some gift cards as well as gifts for some family members as well because of the atmosphere and experience.JDs Hair Spa is definitely were you want to go for a great feel and quality results!Also, Kim made my son feel incredibly comfortable getting his hair cut short (it was almost down to his chin). Kim asked him what he was looking for and showed him examples of hairstyles and always kept the conversation going with him during his experience.THANK YOU again Kim!! You did an amazing job on my sons hair.

Kim Awender did a fantastic job. She has a eye for hair color and helped me choose a nice color that is noticeable yet subtle for my work. I will only let her touch my hair. The staff was also very good with distancing and cleaning all the time while I was there. Made me feel very safe.

I have very curly hair and its hard to find someone that knows how to work with curly hair, she understands how curly hair behaves. Shes also very good with color and not afraid to tell what she thinks about your hair. She gives very good advice.

Alisha was truly a joy. She was on a roll doing three heads of color in about four hours but kept us entertained the whole time. Great results and great service, I’m never one for small talk with hair stylist but she was so fun and engaging. She also offered us water and wine, very luxurious and fun.

I called to make an appointment (planning to leave work early if I had to) and found out I could make an evening appointment to fit my schedule - that was the first plus. then, when I got to the salon I saw how clean and organized the shop is - second plus. Sara is AMAZING! She is always professional and thorough when were discussing what the game plan is for my hair. Ive been going to her for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Got a facial here from Erika and it was fantastic! Highly recommended it! The environment was nice and calming, she was very thorough and friendly. The area was nice and clean and the salon staff are friendly as well. My face feels so refreshed and clean and Im super relaxed!

I like JDs because thats where Joyce is. Joyce first helped me by untangling a huge knot in my hair that I got when tossing and turning during influenza. She worked me in and saved my hair. Now she keeps the grey away and weve coaxed my difficult hair down nearly to my waist. Joyce is good.

I love this salon! I personally have Jina work on my hair because she literally is the best, but anyone leaving the surrounding chairs always look fabulous as well. The salon is cozy, clean, eco friendly, and affordable. I love the fact that I can walk in with so much neglect to my locks and walk out feeling like a brand new person.
