Worst experience I have ever gotten from a nail salon. My nails are all uneven and they cut me a few times and are really rough. My nails are ridiculous. They are very bumpy. Not clean work at all. I’m not satisfied with them.

I have been coming here since 2005, johns awsome so is julie. They are a small spot so dont expect speedy service unless you have appointments.they are funny n sweet Hes not rude just straight forward. There are times you must repeat yourself just to make sure they understand you but we live in cali people. Give them a break. If you didnt understand every word said by other languages and accents you would appreciate people taking the time to make sure u understood.if you want the manicurist to take the time to understand your wants.its like you stArting a new job. Every person is a new job in a sense to nail techs. They know process but to apease to every single like and touch and thought is rediculouse. Make sense of yourself before commenting negative vibes and comments on things easily resolved through self patience and control .us Females want to get mad Over every aspect of the nail tech. There here to get a job done not be your b****for the day .

Rude comments through my whole time there. Unprofessional. The lady just kept saying negative comments and I was ready to just get up and leave. I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service from the owner and his wife. Both had attitude problems. Never coming here again.

Love getting a pedicure and manicure here. Very pleasant, welcoming and great friendly atmosphere. You can’t beat their prices.

Probably the worst nail salon i have ever been. The owner did mine and my daughters nails and was in a hurry. He did a terrible job on the both of us and he was very rude! We will never go back and we dont recommend strongly.😠😡

Very friendly service&does walk in-line the place

Iv been coming here for about 2 months now, and not John but the other guy was very rude to me today. He was taking my nails off (so I can get a new set) and it hurts when they take them off and he did not take that into consideration. He was very rough! When I told him i hurts he told me “shut the hell up” a few times and then told me he will never work on my nails again, and was just very rude and unprofessional for no reason at all. Long story short John took care of me and was very nice. I will always recommend John, never the other guy!!

By far the BEST place ever to get your nails done these guys did my nails for a year or so every two weeks NEVER EVER disappointed. I have moved out of town had 2 other places do my nails and am disgusted.... I will now be traveling the extra distance to have this place do my nails. You guys r the BEST!!!!

Its really dirty and in here, the guy dropped my acrylic tip on the ground and proceeded to pick it up and use it. Gross. Bathroom out of order. Felt very manhandled, I umderunder being in a hurry but take the time not to hurt me while youre working. The girl was super sweet and nice, but the guy doing my nails was really rough, didnt touch my cuiticles at all and I had to wait an hour even after making an appointment.

Just got my eyebrows waxed here while waiting for my clothes to dry. Not gonna lie. I was expexting the worst but the lady was really good. I couldnt have done a better job myself.

Make sure you get the older guy. Young guy screwed my natural nails, he filed them crooked and some were thinner than others. Took a long time and when I checked my toes and nail color they were completely different colors 😑. Lady does a really good job with pedicures but I was not happy with my manicure!

Owner John is friendly enough, however he did not o my nails as requestedI simply wanted a rounded nail shape and got square although I reminded him a few times! Also could use retraining in public hygeine- I noticed nail stations were not clean and they reuse same towels from previous customers🙄🙁

I wasnt happy with my service. I specifically told the man I wanted a specific nail shape with acrylics and gel polish. He skipped the acrylics and put gel straight on my nails. I ended up just saying forget and to finish. While grooming my nails in the beginning, he cut my cuticle and I began to bleed, it hurt. Then about a day later the same nail cuticle was hurting, I think there was gel on the side and he didnt properly clean it off before he cured it and made it adhere to my skin. Almost $50 for manicure and pedicure and I wasnt happy at all. Not coming back.

John and Julie get down on the nails. Try to make appointment rather than walk-in. It helps them and you on the wait. ;)

I have been going two Number One Nails for 20 years I wont go anywhere else I enjoy the atmosphere the workers are very nice and do a very good job.

The man talked down on other nail salons. He was rushing and did a bad job. My simple request was too much for him, dont waste your time here.

The worst place in all banning the man working here its worst, my wife toll him she whana it a specific style of nail and color and he put what he whan not the ones she wants. She explain to him she dont whana that color but he put more attention to his polish he think the people goin to this place to stolen hes color polish not sir. We never gonna back to this worst place people dont give your money for bad job this man its worst i ever see. I whana put it 0 star but i cant.
