I came here for the first time brought my mom and husband to get pedicures. Everyone is very amazing, great attitudes and I justLove my nails thankyou so much Amanda.

I really like this place! The only reason that I’m giving this place a 4 star is that sometimes you have to wait about an hour or more to do your nails. Everyone is nice, at least from my experience. It’s clean and they have a variety of colors to pick from. I highly recommend that you call in ahead of time to ask when you can come in so they can attend you. They do have waxing services as well, (I haven’t gotten any).

They took me right away, always happy with their nail job, and my nails even last longer than other nail salons.

All I can say is wow. They cut my toe. Had it bleeding. Then poked another toe made it bleed also. The nail guy filed my skin down not just the nail. I will not be going back

This was by far the worst experience at a nail shop we have ever had. First we get there and have us soak in cold water, make us wait 45 minutes before my daughter starts her pedicure. They rushed so much on my pedicure my paint job was horrible. Another from my group was in real pain the whole time. And let’s not mention that while we were inside our car was vandalized in the parking lot. And it was dirty.

I love that they all take their time, never rush, friendly, and Im always happy with the result.

Mai is amazing and gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely return next time!

Went in today last minute for a pedicure and full set, i called before and they told me to come in. Didnt wait long for my pedicure so that was a plus, but when it came to my full set I was so disappointed. John is awful, he cut me several times with the drill, was impatient and rude when i asked for a different nail shape and he hadnt even started to shape them! Then I was preparing to pay and asked if they take a card which they do buy he said zelle...my phone was not getting good service and i asked if i can again with card, he said zelle, so i sat trying to zelle for 10 mons until finally i said just use the card! When he painted my nails he used one coat! I asked for natural clear pink which NEEDS 2 coats to show color. I didnt even care at this point since i was ready to go. Plus Patty the owner is rude and was playing her videos and phone SO LOUD! Go elsewhere please.

Instruments were not sterile I watched the worker go in rinse the instruments and put them in a bag and walk back over to me I asked if they were clean because the bag was open and the words clean was written on it. I was asked if I wanted another bag that was closed and cleaned I got up and left

I asked for the wait time for a walk in and was told 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, she moved me to a seat telling me I was going to be serviced. After more time, she said 2 more employees would come. After MORE time passed she told us just a few minutes. Im pretty sure I wait an hour and moving me to a seat was just her way of keeping me there. The additional two employees never showed up while I was there. The gentlemen who did my manicure cut my finger. My gel polish was slightly bubbly and uneven. My nails were also filed uneven. I wont be going back here.Im editing my review because I remembered that the woman at the first desk who seems to be managing the place was extremely unprofessional. She was on FaceTime while doing her clients nails and kept walking back and forth speaking loudly. I had the displeasure of sitting next to them.Also, this place is not COVID friendly. You will be sitting next to someone and they do not sanitize the seat nor the table.

Great service, friendly staff

My daughter asked for medium sized almond french tip nails. Instead they made half the nail white as the tip and left it thick instead of fillinh it thin. The lady said she could not do the nails my daughter requested but continued to try. I am grateful the lady tried but it was not good or worth the money. I also find it unprofessional to use someone as a test out.

Not a long wait time, just wanted more effort on my $35 pedi. I will go back to try the ladies instead of the man on my pedi

Lady at the front desk is very rude she doesn’t make you feel comfortable at all. Been here multiple times and I won’t go back anymore seen the lady yell at one of the customers in front of everyone. Not professional at all won’t be going back. If you do go ask for Henry he does a good job and if you want a pedicure ask for Trina.

Eye brown lady chews off your eyebrows and plucks and waxes until its scabby. Patty is super mean and all about her money only and not the customer.

A regular manicure was fast and was nice work.

Reasonable prices, very clean, decent job on nails. Ive come here many times over past 7 yrs or so, always had safe service.

I usually go here because Henry does a great job but I literally went in a few days ago and asked for a color change and some girl with bangs did my nails and she messed them up so bad. She messed up the shape and she was about to put other color on my nails that I didn’t even ask for. I hadn’t even chose my color but she was insisting on putting that color even after I kept on telling her it WASN’T MY COLOR. She wasn’t speaking up and once she applied the gel color she kept on messing up and cleaning it up with a DRY brush without acetone. Left bubbles and messed up my shape. Never coming back here again!! ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A COLOR CHANGE NOT TO CHANGE THE SHAPE!!

Prices never seemed to be the same even for the same types of services that you get on a routine basis I ended up Contracting a foot fungus from the pedicures they provide. If has been a year later and Im still trying to resolve the fungus issue even after medical treatment. Patty the owner Is very dismissive and sometimes unpleasant to customers. Henry is awesome does amazing work at the prices could be better way overpriced

Only my second time there and theyve done another beautiful job theyre excellent and everything they do. I went in for a pedicure massage was great they take there time to do their job well. You can tell theyve been doing it for very long and they enjoytheir job

I usually go here but literally went in one day that drew the line. they always cut me and so much burning and rushing and The next day like literally the next day the gel chipped ... I’m so disappointed and the money that I spent on these nails not worth it ... never coming back ... I will say Henry does an amazing job and some of the ladies there should take notes from him !

Went in for a powder dip, Patty did my nails and cut more than one finger with the file. I was bleeding and had scabs on my cuticles after it dried. She filed the powder dip so far that I had faded spots on my nails and didnt have a solid, consistent color. After 1 week, the powder already started to lift. I will not be going in ever again.

Henry does an amazing job. Does wonderful nail designs freehand. Danielle give the best basic pedicure. You feel like you got a lot more than you paid for.

They were very rude to my teenage daughter who went with her friend to get nails done and over charged her and were rude and rough with her even drew blood on a couple fingers. Made her feel uncomfortable. Not happy at all they shouldnt be open for business.

Although its clean and they do a decent job, they are way to busy. I have been going for over 6 months hoping each time would get better but nope. I have to wait almost an two hours soaking in cold water before I get any service. I am tired of waiting and am looking for another place who can handle managing there customers and gives true wait times.

Horrible customer service, by manager Patty. She was heavily distracted, made six phone calls in between while I was telling her how I wanted my nails designed.She misunderstood what I wanted and when I explained twice, kept cutting me off and said, yeah-yeah and disregarded my request. Finally when she LISTENED to what I wanted, she then started scolding me and making a scene in the shop talking loudly. I was so embarrased. I stayed calm and told her she did not need to speak to me that way and didnt need to yell. I did not complete the other services I wanted and wont be back.

My gel nails are beautiful, however place was cluttered and too much foreign chatter. Constant chatter!!

I was visiting my mom and stopped here. I didnt get the lady in the fronts name but she did an amazing job! Fixed the previous bad job I had and made my nails smooth, thinner, and great looking!! I was so happy, I wish I didnt live two hours away or I would definitely go back from now in! Thank you!!

I got my first full set nail on June 5 for elementary promotion amazing Ive been going from a young age their all amazing I love the color and a week before that ( I dont wanna say their names with out them saying its okay) she helped my stubed/ingrown toe they are very nice

2nd time I came here and still disappointed and will never come here for nails. To begin with this place is understaffed and everything is rushed. I only needed fills and polish. Bad job, look at pictures to reference. My nails look like flat boards instead of a natural curve nail, the edges look as if my 5 year old did the polish. Go somewhere else people, its not worth it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Went the 1st time service was ok not great but nails did good so decided to give them a 2nd chance....went today and the lady in front named Patty asked her if she had time or if I needed to make an appt she said if i wait a little bit she can do my nails i waited patiently and when it was my turn I went to wash my nails n i told her i wanted a dark red she wanted to do clear she was yelling at me to hurry up pick a color not even 2 minutes passed she sat another lady where i was at n she had an appt and I said no she didnt she walked in just like I did asking u the same thing Patty was so rude and yelling she made me bleed in 3 of my nails and underneath she didnt file right nails were 1/2 done werent even polished she left polish from my previous nails on and put acrylic over it ...WORST NAILS SALON IN MY LIFE and I still paid having a 1/2job done and still even had to show her how to use her own credit card machine cause she wasnt even inserting the chip ....HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND WORST NAIL SALON IN CALIFORNIA ....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR POOR BUSINESS SERVICE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 NOW HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIX THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Manager has a attitude problem asked them to do a 3rd coat of polish because it was a light color and you can still see my nail and she was mad at the fact I told her that then she over charged me she doesn’t like to fix the problem and think they are right never again will I go there

Went to Banning Nails and they over charged me, I told them they made a mistake but they ganged up on me arguing that it was the right price instead of explaining to the customer this is what your being charged for. I was so disappointed I felt robbed. My friends andFamily will not go to Banning Nails again. They lost business. To top it off my nails were not that nice.

I went to do my nails and they look as a five year old did my nails, I had to stop them from finishing my nails only because I couldnt believe that they were okay with ripping my skin off and my nails looking absolutely horrible the full set look as they were horse hoofs, I was still charged the whole amount for something that was not even considered finished work . ***k this place, do not bother even considering going to this place. Went in for a fill and they did a horrible job. They looked worse then before I went in there! You could still see where the original acrylic was. My nails looked ridiculous after I walked out of there. Wont be back there!

HORRIBLE! ! I got a full set as well as a pedicure, the guys that did my pedicure rubbed my feet so hard he peeled the skin right off my heel. When I told him he just laughed. Now I have a scar on my foot . My nails started to lift 2 days later. Never ever going back .
