The customer service here is amazing! I just had my state inspection done but they got me in on my lunch break and they were fast and even had a heated seat for me to sit on while I waited!

Brought my vehicle to get inspected, I only waited about 2 minutes for them to bring my vehicle in and the inspection took about 10. Because of covid-19 no customers were allowed inside so they had placed a chair with a seat warmer on it under the canopy because it was chilly that day. They were extremely professional and very polite people I would recommend them to anyone

I never take the time to write reviews for businesses, but I had such a great experience here, I have to write one! Last week my Avalon started acting up with a check engine light flashing. Before going to Westgate, I had tried another service center. My car ended up staying there for three days with nothing found. Westgate was recommended by a coworker to me. I called them, and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I dropped the car off at 9, picked it up at noon all fixed. He called me twice keep me in the loop. One of my huge pet peeves with car care is when you wait all day, and then call, only to find out that the work was completed hours ago... but I didnt have to worry about that here. Tony was very nice and personable. I will definitely be back!
