So impressed with this nail salon. They put plastic covers in the soaking tubs for pedicures - not sure this 100% fixes sanitary issues, but its definitely a huge improvement over the norm. Also, I got my manicure almost TWO WEEKS AGO and it still looks amazing. I have one significant chip on one nail, and the rest look like they were done only a couple days ago. Mind you, this is regular polish, not even gel.

This nail spa is the BEST in the city! A loving energy, beautiful decor, talented artists, and so clean! Ive loved my nails every time i leave. The owner is such a sweet and gracious man and very employee has been so pleasant. Really could not recommend more!!! So fabulous and so beautiful!

I was in need of a last minute manicure and a place that was between work and home. I came across Nail Trix & Spa. I saw they accepted walk ins but I schedule an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure.This place was amazing! Beautiful, very clean and organized. Just to prepare my nails for the polish was a lengthy process which was very much appreciated because my nails were beautiful shaped and filed. I was impressed before the polish even went on.The staff is very friendly and attentive. I loved my gel manicure and pedicure. The price is very fare for the work that was put into my nails.I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

I stopped in here on a random weekday afternoon and had a great gel manicure. They were gentle with the previous gel removal, the place is incredibly clean with lots of chairs, there is great lighting, and they were accommodating with walk-ins. Now, about a week and a half after my manicure, my nails are still looking very fresh. The price is fair for the area, and the extra shoulder massage was also fairly priced and very intense/good.

I love my nails, but there was acrylic left on my fingers. and some spots missing polish on my nails. also my thumb got cut by the cuticle when they were using the drill.

Just came here for the second time and I completely love the interior of this place as well as the ambience. Everything about the nail salon is very thoughtful and well planned. From the beautiful decor to the very lovely owner I had a great and relaxing second experience they were extremely accommodating as well as attentive to my nails and always made sure that the shape was what I wanted and that I was happy with the color they took their time which I also really appreciated. a lot of other nail salons rush through your manicure but Nail Trix & Spa gave me their full attention. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely and amazing their customer service is. Nail Trix & Spa truly cares about their clients and I have definitely found my new go to the nail salon in Baltimore. Cant wait to comeback!

First time here today after passing it a bunch of times. Absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. The establishment was clean and spacious. The lady doing my nails was very careful with the whole process and took her time even though they were close to closing time! I got a regular mani/pedi and it took about an hour + drying time. In addition everyone was extremely friendly without being too much and the atmosphere in itself was very relaxing. Will definitely be going back :)

I made an appointment for 3:30 pm. I arrived on time, selected my color. An hour and thirty minutes later, I am still sitting with my feet soaking, waiting. I inquired how much longer the wait would be and was told we are busy now. Unacceptable!An hour and a half later, I received services; however, my nails are rough, bumpy, distorted, and missing polish by the nail beds. Three and a half hours later, after trying to fix my nails, she took $15 off.I do not plan on patronizing this establishment again, and I would not recommend their services.

Best spa experience I have ever had! My feet and legs feel super smooth and my calluses are gone completely. My tech also did a wonderful job cleaning and trimming my nails. Best of all, they use a warm towel on your legs multiple times during the pedi - feels so nice! The customer service was also really good. She was professional and thoughtful. She helped me work the massage and made good conversation. And afterwards, the owner sat with me til thirty minutes past closing as my nails were drying to talk about my recent move to the city and give me tips on where to go! Ill certainly be back to Nail Trix & Spa.

This is a lovely nail salon/spa with a distinctly comfortable atmosphere. Its very clean, and with owners who pay great attention to detail. Pedicure and massage were both great.

I came to Nail Trix & Spa during my lunch break one day. I was able to make an appointment on phone earlier in the day no problem! When I went inside, they recognized my name and attended to me immediately. Its definitely a small space, but its I love the aesthetic. My manicurist did such an amazing job on my cuticles, probably the best theyve ever looked. Then she did my gel mani, and since I picked a light color she applied FOUR coats! Some places are stingy with even 2 coats, she applied 4 and they looked amazing. I will definitely be back!

Very positive experience. I had Nancy and she was quick but efficient with my dip. It looks flawless and they use certain tools that arent too harsh on your nails. Previously, my nails felt sensitive after dipping due to all the polishing done during this process, but not after leaving this set!!

Came across this unique shop when browsing for a place for nails. We got there a little bit early and greeted by the owner of the shop. He was very polite and friendly and told us just few more minutes it would be our turn. I got a gel mani and a pedi while my friends got gel mani. We ended up getting the same nail design:). Overall the experience was great.If I am in the area again. I will definitely come back.

The salon was very beautiful, clean and professional. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality and workmanship of my full set of nails, coffin shape and two designs. The nails are more round-shaped instead of coffin, several nails has lifted and the gel paint has chipped. The two rhinestone designs are subpar due to the small stones and clear Polish on top. I was given one price in the beginning and my credit card was charged a higher price at the end without informing me of the additional charges. I will not go back to have the shop repair my nails because the tech has a lack of experience. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I have never experience my nails to lift or chip within a week. The cost was very expensive for the poor quality of work. I went because of the location and convenience of being open on Sunday.

I needed my nails done and I was nervous to try a nail salon out here. I searched a nail salon in Baltimore and Nail Trix & Spa came up as a recommendation. Mind you, I passed maybe 50 nail salons from Baltimore but for some reason was determined to check this nail salon out. Im glad I did! Great service, first and foremost. Clean! They take their tools out of the ultrasonic. You know this by seeing the tools opened from a plastic bag. Most salons dont meet sanitary code!The owner who did my nails was so sweet and she treats her employees like family. Their was jokes and good humor all around the room. Which is rare for a nail salon. More often than not the owner will helicopter employees and there is tension in the room. Not here! In the future when I return to Baltimore. I will freshen up my nails here. Love from

I think the salon is clean and has a good staff. My issue is that my daughter had a gel manicure on a Thursday and next day three of her nails had started to chip and rise. We went back on saturday to get those three nails fixed but instead they gave her a manicure and charged me! Not coming back .

The way she has organized all the nail colors, and the shellac books she created are Awesome! I have never seen it done like that. Ill definitely be back.

First and foremost the COVID guidelines are 100% up to par, their pricing is VERY reasonable and the customer service is just amazing. After doing some research I chose Nail Trix & Spa because it was closer to home than the previous place I was going to. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a very relaxing environment and the techs are very well versed. This is my 4th time here and this time I brought my sister with me. Ive gotten plain shellac, pedicure and a full set of acrylic and each time it was such a great experience. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a new nail spa in this area to come try this place out, I promise you wont be disappointed.

My sister and I went to Nail Trix & Spa at the end of a long weekend of trail running. Id never had treatments massage before, and it was a great experience. It was able to target all of the tired running muscles. You have to try this now.

They close at 8 PM and I arrived at 7:30 and the nail tech was upset and verbalized that she wanted to go home. Feeling bad I told her I could go somewhere else and she said that she could do them bc she had to wait on the other nail tech anyways. So she did my nails and I could’ve done a much better job on my own nails. She barely filed them and slopped the nail polish on…took her less than 20 minutes and cost $35. I do not recommend this nail spa…

This was by far the worst waxing experience I have ever had. The employee was extremely rude. I received a brow, chin, and upper lip wax. She haphazardly waxed my eyebrows (I like to keep them natural looking and asked for her to do that), put the wax on my face while it was super hot (I have burns and welts which I’ve never had from any waxing service before), left random hairs all over my face. And the worst part is that, not only did she thin my eyebrows much more than I’d have liked, but my eyebrows are now two completely different shapes and sizes. I left with wax all over my face- she couldn’t even bother to remove the wax. What a frustrating experience.

Good customer service. Been coming here for about 4 months now. Ive tried all the techs they can all do good nails. Theres one older lady whose a lil rough, besides her Ill let any of them do my nails. They use the bags in the pedi tubs and use the autoclave to sterilize tools after each use. Wait is never too long. Theyre even open on sundays.
