This place was heaven!!! I setup my pedicure appointment online for 230p on Saturday. I got there a few minutes early and was automatically greeted. It was my first time going so I was a little bit lost, lol. Come to find out I needed to check in virtually, found that out when I was checking out. My pedicure was needed and felt like she was touching my soul. The interior is clean, crisp, and doesnt have that nail polish chemical smell that some other nail salons have. So, Ill definitely be back for a manicure and Ill remember to check in, lol

Made an appointment online stating exactly what I wanted and even called to confirm. Even though I made an appointment I still had to wait behind walk ins to get my nails done. Then when I showed them the design and said I wanted powder they laughed??? What was the joke I’d love to know? Otherwise clean and somewhat quiet would not go back if I didn’t need to. (They ended up not being able to provide the design I asked for)

I absolutely love this place. They have never missed on a dip powder manicure and for the price they charge, it also includes a quick manicure to prep the cuticles. I’ve noticed most nail salons charge extra for this which I’ve found to be ridiculous when you’re already paying $50+ for a manicure. The only downside I will say is the one time I asked for a complex design, it did not turn out like the photo I showed the gal. Other than that, I love this place!

The atmosphere seemed clean and nice. Employees seemed to have a very neutral attitude which was not inviting but it wasn’t a negative attitude so I got over it. My roomate and I came in to get gel pedicures. We got foot masks and massages so it was a little premium. We paid about $170 total plus $15 each for our individual tips. Our feet came out great and we got exactly what we asked for. The reason I’m giving two stars is Because the GEL pedicures only lasted about a week before they started CHIPPING! The whole point of gel polish is for it not to chip. We got two different colors and had two different employees do our feet and we had the same outcome. For this reason I am never coming back to this shop and I don’t recommend anyone else come for this specific service. I can’t speak on their other services but I am turned off from the whole shop at this point.

Polished is truly a gem in the canton community!! The staff are so friendly, kind, caring, and attentive! And THEY DO A FLAWLESS JOB EVERY TIME!! They offer a wide array of services that are all fabulous and I leave with my hands and feet looking glorious every time!

10 out of 10 would recommend! My nails are perfect and they moved so quickly. This is my new nail spot forever.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY. I will not be going back! I have been very pleased with Polished until today. I came for a full set and was given the worst customer service experience. I did not like how my nails turned out because they were too short, rushed, crooked, and not shaped well at all. I politely asked the man who did my nails (EDIT; his name is MAX, THE MANAGER) to take them off. He proceeded to ask me what he could do to fix them and I told him I just wanted them soaked off and for someone else to work on my nails. He tells me that no one else will be able to do my nails until later today or tomorrow and then says “I don’t think anyone in here is going to be able to please you” (even though I have been a faithful customer of polished since July 2020 with no problems from my nail tech, Karen). He then asked me to pay him before he soaked my nails off which I initially agreed to do. He then went on a rant saying he has been doing nails for 20 years and that me not liking my nails was a waste of his time! He stood up and got in my face to which I told him to back the f*** up and he told my mother to “mind her business” when she defended my choice about wanting to take off the nails due to poor quality. This man was totally unprofessional, rude, and made an entire scene in this shop for nothing. Quann (unsure how to spell her name) ended up soaking my nails off and I left with the money I was initially going to spend on this service in my pocket. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY. I will not be going back!

I really enjoy this salon. I always feel like I’m getting safe, hygienic, quality service and I love my nails 99.9% of the time. I give them 4 stars because they consistently seem to *indiscriminately* charge extra for services. To add a nail extension tip is a charge (understandably), to have your nails cut down is a charge, to change the shape is a charge BUT also…if you don’t get them cut down or shaped to a more manageable length/shape you get charged for that too. I was told at my visit today that I was charged $10 more than the $45 price because of the length and shape of my nails (I did not change shape or have them cut). The last time I had my nails cut down and changed the shape and was charged $5 for each of those services. Very confusing. So, if you plan to patronize this salon, just expect that. I’m learning to ask every step of the way how much things will be. Unfortunately you can’t just go by the prices listed.

I had a 10 o’clock am appointment that I called at 9:24 to ask if I could come later and they changed it to 12 I called back three minutes later and said that I no longer needed to change the appointment and the girl who answered said it was ok and I could still do 10 am.I drove all the way over there with my niece and when I got there the owner the gentleman at the counter was super rude would not let me speak and told me I don’t care what they told you I’m the owner and we already changed your appointment. His tone ans demeanor was so inappropriate. I tried to explain to him that I spoke to somebody and they said it was OK to come in at 10 and that I called a couple min after and he wouldn’t let me speak he just said he didn’t care and that i’m coming back at 12 or I won’t be getting it done because he already gave the spot to somebody else.I said May I please speak and he loudly said no!The point that I was trying to explain to him was that the lady who answered the phone only a few minutes after I called the first time said it was OK to come in at 10!They should not allow people to answer the phone if they’re not able to give the proper appointment time to people!I drove all the way over there only to be talked to in a very rude manner in front of my little niece! She’s only eight and she was mortified and couldn’t believe how rude he was. I will never use this place again. Many bad experiences here but chose to go because it was close to my house one being that they get clearly very agitated and annoyed that my hands are stiff due to arthritis they make it very known to me and make me super uncomfortable while getting my nails done it’s not something I can control and I explain that to them. This was last drawl I will take my $200 a month business elsewhere

Stopped in on our visit to Baltimore, my fiance loved the service here and her final results shes still raving about! She was also very pleased with the prices!!! Guess well be driving 2 hours for a Mani and pedi from now on!

I will never go here again. I made an appointment for a simple soak off. An hour later, I am still waiting here to be seen. What is the purpose of making an appointment if I will not be seen even relatively close to the time that I scheduled? Two people that had appointments 30 minutes after me were taken before me. Absolutely horrible. This business needs to do better.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! I went to get a pedicure, new full set, and eyebrow wax! I received a mediocre pedicure, and a terrible full set. The shape, length and quality was awful. The owner I assume, offered to fix my nails. What I asked for and what I received was the complete opposite, I’m not one to leave negative reviews. But, the fact that I spent time at a salon for an awful service just to come back the following day to have them fix my nails and they were not fixed! Now, I have to go to another salon just to pay more money to get my nails fixed and receive the service I originally asked for is ridiculous. I am in the service industry and I would never allow a guest/customer to leave unhappy. This place is a complete joke! I wouldn’t spend another dime there!

Great service and color options! They have a lot of chairs for mani pedis and it’s not too long of a wait. Sometimes they only take walk ins, so make sure you double check with them.

My favorite place to go for a dip manicure & pedicure! Always turns out wonderful and lasts up to three weeks! I always make an appointment and am able to get one. They shape your nails so nicely and take their time! There are also SO many color choices to choose from whether you are getting polish, gel, or dip powder. I highly recommend!

Went to polished for a pedicure and decided to treat myself so I got the polished signature pedicure. Spent 45 dollars and the nail artist didn’t even massage my feet. As soon as my toes were painted she asked if I would go over and sit in the waiting area but there were no seats so I left with wet nail polish.

The online quote was $30 for a gel fill in. I simply wanted a gel fill on the same black color I already had with the same coffin shape I already had. The tech was nice but didn’t paint to my cuticles didn’t do a pre coat and was trying to rudely up sell me. When I went to pay they said $50 reluctantly I paid and tipped $10 then got to my car and decided to call back. Lady on the phone quoted a gel fil in at $35. So I went back in and wanted to know why it came out to $50 and they said because of the style and shape. Confused bc all I wanted was a fresh black fill in bc I came in w black polish and coffin shape. A week and four days later the nails are lifting and three nails have badly chipped. Extremely disappointed and will not ever be returning.

I moved to Baltimore one year ago and visited all of the surrounding nail salons in the Baltimore area. I came across Polished and havent been anywhere since! The front desk receptionist Daniel is super friendly and gets to know you which is nice! I tried many of the nail techs and found a home with Kimmie Lee. She has taken such good care of my nails and my nails are in the best shape ever! She puts hydrogen peroxide on my toes to keep them clean and they are also looking healthier than ever. She is so friendly and just always goes above and beyond. Super happy :)

Went here for the first time and loved it! They have a crazy amount of options for dip and gel. My tech Lilly was professional, friendly and super fast, I was in and out in under an hour for a full set! And my nails look gorgeous!

I’ve been going to this salon for several months for my pedicures and gel manicures. I originally began with Annie, but she unfortunately left after a few months of my visits. I have been doing walk-ins ever since and each time Lucy was assigned to my services. With both technicians, I couldn’t be happier! I’ve never had an issue with either my manicures or pedicures, and I’m super picky! Very calm, peaceful setting.

Not the best in acrylics. Terrible shaping but not bad in pedicures. Sony did my pedicure and a guy that I didnt get the name did my acrylics. They dont have the clear pink acrylic powder either.

Polished is the best and most consistent nail salon I have ever been to. Very grateful to have it as my local salon in Canton. I always leave incredibly happy with my SNS nails and they last forever. Make an appointment, Polished is busy for a good reason!

Usually I really like this place but today a different guy told me they would not take the top layer of my dip powder off with the coarse file and then soak them, they would only use the file machine, which I dont like because it hurts my nails with the vibrations. I have never had a problem before today at any place ever, but this guy refused to do it and refused to have someone else do it also. So I left and Ill remove the dip powder at home myself, as I do without a problem, like any other place has done in the past. I dont know if Ill come back to this place after today. They just lost customer.

Love the layout of the place. The decor is beautiful. My nail tech was very nice and did a good job on my nails/toes. My only issue was the fact that they didnt have it listed in their brochure that the special packages for nails/toes is during a certain time frame.

Located behind the Panera near the Yoga studio. Beautiful layout inside. Professional and extremely warm phone conversation and in-person reception from Julia. The staff was attentive, and my manicure went very well. Good application of nail polish. They had exactly what I asked for with OPI Onyx, which is needed for a shoot. Reasonable pricing. Clean environment.

I have been there twice now and have enjoyed both times very much. Stacy is wonderful and very friendly. They have been the best gel manicures I have ever had and one of the most hygienic yet relaxing pedicures I’ve experienced. Everything was very clean and they are very sterile. Great service and the price is the same as any other place in Canton but I rather spend my money at Polished than anywhere else in the city for their quality and atmosphere.

A friend of mine happened across this place while waiting for a dinner reservation and LOVED it.I may start driving up to Baltimore for my monthly pedicure just because. The service was top notch (including being greeted as soon as we walked in), the atmosphere cant be beat, and I love that they have a frequent customer punch card. The prices are what Im used to in my area. My only thing is I wish I could add tip to my card, since I never carry cash.

Hai was wonderful! They were very busy but still took the time to do an amazing job. I work on my feet all day so my calluses are pretty bad and he got them all off. Would definitely reccomend.

Be prepared to wait a while if youre coming in on a weekday after 4pm without an appointment, but its worth it. My gel done here lasts for 3+ weeks without chipping, and everybody is so nice and they work their butts off (team work is crazy) to take care of every customer. I go out of my way to get my nails done here and prices are extremely competitive .

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the service was excellent. I felt as though the massages were not too short and overall, there was not a rush to get me out of there so they could see another client. The staff are not busy on their phones in between clients, which I found to be very professional. Tiffany did such a fabulous job on my gel manicure. She put three coats of polish and they are not thick! She was so meticulous, I couldnt have asked for a better result.

I’ve lived in Baltimore and the metropolitan area my whole life. I’ve travelled as far as 25 miles to get my nails done because of how particular I am about them. Polished is my favorite spot for several reasons: 1) The staff is very friendly and professional. They will offer you water or beverages if there’s a wait. 2) It’s extremely clean. 3) The prices are reasonable. 4) The owners keep up to date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty. 5) I always feel like my nails look amazing when I leave there. I normally get acrylic, gel, or pink and white acrylic. They normally last 3 weeks +. 6) When I get an eyebrow wax, I feel like they’re clean and not overly shaped.Also, I normally don’t get any lash work (extensions) done at nail salons because I worry about their training, education, etc., but QueAnne has the credentials you would look for in a professional. She specializes in ‘Xtreme Lashes.’Weekends are busy of course, but that’s because they’re the best in the Canton area! Love this salon!

I love this salon, its beautiful and clean, Danial is always friendly and informative, Andrew is amazing, nails are beautiful!! The only thing I dislike is that no appoinment for me, as I get acrylic fills☹and am told have to be a walk in, I dont like powder, I did it few yrs ago, its not for me, time in salon for removal I just dont care for it, so I am discriminated against it feels bc I dont get gel or powder. I am still spending $$ and I am a gracious tipper,thanks for your service.

A rare combination of incompetence and rudeness I havent encountered in years.This is not the place to visit if youd like anything other than a basic manicure. If you dare to request any upgraded service, youll be met swiftly with side eyeing or just blatant refusal.I requested a glitter coat on top of my gel accent nail and told that if I didnt like it, I could leave. I of course asked for a manager, who felt no issues with a a nail tech speaking to a customer that way.This place is trash, go somewhere else.

Great space and walkins do not have to wait, but Im not impressed with the staff that take walkins, both times they were pushing gel or dip and painted my nails in a messy rushed manner. I gave it two chances, too expensive for the quality and poor service.

This is her usual place and she goes to the owner, Quanne, but after her experience that night she has said that she wont be going back. She made the appointment way in advance, with Quanne, and let them know it was for her wedding. She got a day before call that her nails would be done by someone else, to which she was disappointed, but understanding. She then got a call as we were on the way to the salon (early, she is never late) from Quanne curtly asking where she was, that she was waiting on her. When we arrived, Quanne was short, incredibly rude, and told my friend she was missing a family engagement. She guilt tripped my friend the entire night, when shes a regular of hers, getting her nails done for HER WEDDING. My friend never complained or made a big deal when Quanne cancelled last minute, so if she made the choice to come in and do her nails, she should have been professional. That night I had my nails done by Kim. She did a pretty great job, and this studio is closer to my house than my regular, so I figured Id give them another try.I called ahead and made appointments for my mother and I over the phone, speaking with the owner, Quanne. Two pedicures, a regular manicure, and a dip manicure with Kim. When my mother arrived, she let them know that we had made appointments when we signed in. Our pedicures were okay, not great, other than my technician discussing my feet with the woman next to him and me and my mother, which was not the most comfortable.They then took my mother over for her manicure, and my technician told me I could go sit next to her. After a while I went to the receptionist to see if maybe the appointment had gotten mixed up, because my mom was almost done and I had noticed another guest sat down with Kim.While the receptionist was sorting through things, Quanne storms over to interject and was SO rude. I tried to calmly explain what was going on, and she proceeded to blame my mother for not specifically saying that my dip manicure that she checked me in for was supposed to be with Kim, and that somehow warranted no one being able to do my nails at all? Blaming a new customer for her own poor organization made me extremely uncomfortable. I tried to explain had made appointments, one specifically with Kim, but that it was no problem and offered to come another day. She holds the book up and continues to point at our appointments that were written in like Im some sort of idiot but confirming that I did, in fact, make the appointments, and my dip was with Kim? Then proceeds to scoff and say Well everybody makes appointments. Was not at all apologetic or attempting to correct it in any way and walked away mid-interaction. The receptionist was the only professional one, was extremely apologetic and tried to be as accommodating as possible.While this is all going on, the woman doing my moms nails finished and immediately told her to get up but didnt tell her where to go (it was her first time there) or help her with any of her stuff when she had wet nails and I was over trying to sort out my situation. I ended up not being offered to have my nails done at all. We tipped both of our technicians 20%, and left.I will absolutely never go back, and will be returning to the nail salon Ive been going to for years now thats a bit farther away. The owner does my nails, and made a huge deal about another friend of mines nails when we went to get them done right before her wedding, taking group pictures, and even giving her a gift card as an early wedding gift. You cant beat quality work and an owner that genuinely cares about their customers.

I contracted a fungal infection from a pedicure I received at Polished. The tech had no idea what they were doing and dig so deeply into my nail bed, I bled.

Nice salon but caused bleeding of my cuticle that wouldn’t stop and they proceeded to paint the nails despite the bleeding. No apology and they acted like it was acceptable

I went with my friens for a mani pedi, we were quoted 30-40 min wait. we waited 2 hours! they did sit us to make it look like we were gonna be taken care of but we ended up wait an extra hour. the technicians were great, the pedicure was great... *we didnt get our hands done because they took so long* and they dared asking and I quote you dont want your hands done right? because it was almost time to leave... this made me kind of uncomfortable but I ignored it up till then me and my friends had ignored the waiting time and had a good time were offered wine and all, however, when the time came to check out after this uncomfortable experience the manager who has no manners what so ever... went off on my friend because we asked for a discount for the inconvenience. this man started screaming at us and even throwing our credit cards. Im notbthe kind to scream or fight... but this supposed manager was so disrespectful I had to speak my mind out. he threatened us and when we told him he was disrespectful to us he said thank you... ??? Im definitely not going to this place ever again and I will let everyone know not to go to this place. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
