I came to Luxury Nail and Spa looking to get a new coat of gel nail polish. Don looked a the state of my nails (thin and breaking off) and recommended I try dip powder instead. I’m grateful for professionals like him that care more about the health of their customers nails, and less about making a quick dollar. My natural nails are sure to come recover from the years of acrylic abuse I’ve subjected them to with the help of the staff at Luxury Nail and Spa :)

The place is nice and clean and their equipment is nice, but some of the employees seem to perpetually have an attitude. They dont treat their customers very well.Ive been there a couple times, and that fact seems to have not changed. That cant be said for all of the employees of course, but I can think of three separate people who seem to either hate their job, or their customers.My first time there, the man doing my full set made a couple mistakes and never fixed them. I left with nail dust stuck to the bottom of my nail, and dust and dents in the polish. I just got solid black with nothing else, so there really isnt an excuse. I just think he didnt care. I thought maybe they were having a bad day, but when I returned they were the same.There are salons that will treat you better.

Love coming here. the staff is so polite, personable and accommodating. i’ve been getting dip powder done on my nails and it’s been a game changer. not only have my nails been growing, but the staff does such a great job that i get complimented all the time. my nails look smooth and natural and i’m always satisfied when i leave. also, their pedicures are thorough and last awhile (if you get gel polish).if you’re looking for someone in the area who can do a good job with dip powder, go see don!

I was in desperate need of a nail appointment to fix a broken nail. I was so happy when Luxury Nail & Spa could squeeze me in for an appointment, and oh boy, it did not disappoint! I worked with Kayla, Don and Tina to get the perfect nail manicure and pedicure experience and color combo. The salon was clean and the staff were really friendly! I’ve had bad experiences at many nail salons in the past, but I am excited to visit here again!!

I use to go there every 2 weeks before the pandemic and I NEVER paid $95 for dip and a pedicure!!! $40, NO massage and barely let my feet soak! I wanted to stay in my neighborhood but Fed Hill has more dip colors and a basic pedi is $30 and they massage your feet! Never again and I love the owner such a sweet guy but these prices are not worth the service!

My new go to. I tried several disappointing places in the city before finding this spot which is actually walking distance from my apartment. The staff is friendly and seem to take their craft seriously.

RE: Gel Nail Polish Removal Service --Absolutely outrageous. This location charges (or tries to charge) 20 dollars to simply remove gel nail polish from the nails.This is incredibly exploitative -- the average for most other salons in Baltimore AND DC area is no more than $5-10, max.

Wow, the owner here is beyonddddd unprofessional.I came here to write an honest review - amazed to see their latest comment to another unhappy customer -- I see the owner said they were laughing at that customer (seriously? on Google) and calling them cheap because they dont want to be ripped off? lol.Um, WHO in the world would ever *want* to be ripped off?? I am the one now laughing at this ridiculous owner.I came here planning to share a similar concern about poor service + overpriced fees, with 3 stars. But based on seeing that last comment? I’m new to this area. I had a fantastic male pedicures in my former neighborhood...What a DISAPPOINTMENT...Very unfriendly!!!Male technician didn’t converse with me At All.The service was very rocky. The method was not smooth. My feet were in and out of the water. I was not able to Relax at all.A female of another race was engaged the whole time while she complained about Everything from the directions she was given to the “cash only” policy. This is my First and absolute LAST VISIT.

This place is little pricey but worth it. It is clean, the people that work there are professional and respectful, and you get your moneys worth. I definitely feel as though their pedicure was worth EVERY penny. It was one of the best Ive ever had. Call ahead to schedule an appointment so there is no wait. Just be forewarned that they dont take cards, usually. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Fill ins are listed at 35 however they charged 40. I was also charged an additional 15 for 2 broken nails. The prices are too much for me. My nails are very neat and nice.

Quick, clean service. Cash only. The owner insisted my basic pedicure was $40 when their booklet said $35, so that was misleading. Still, they are located within a convenient walking of my apartment, so I will likely be back.

I had the best time, most patrons were rude but the staff were great. I think her name was Q and the other guy that runs the place were so nice. And they did a very good job on my wife and I. I certainly would go again

It’s a very calming and professional atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly, easygoing and kind. They do excellent work and their facility is clean and well maintained; I was never worried about the cleanliness of any products being used. The services provided were not only of good quality, but price also fair. I will be coming here again.

I’ve never ever been in a nail salon with service like theirs! The lights are warm. The smell is warm. The staff is warm and welcoming! Me and my daughter was serviced by Tina (who did my daughters services) and Natalie (who did mine). This was my daughters first mani/pedi experience and she loved it. Don made sure we had snacks and drinks he was very very sweet. Natalie hooked me up with my VIP pedicure and massage and she did a fantastic job! They offer so many services it’s amazing. They also give you a frequent customer card where you get a free service with so many visits. Thanks so much for today and Tina thanks for taking the photos for us today as well.

This place is truly LUXURY! Not only is the spas interior stunning with its modern yet classic interior, but the ambiance created by the staff is so warm and welcoming. I have been going here for around 3 months and have always had a great experience. Jenny is amazing and always makes sure to get the shape of my coffin nails perfect. My only negative is that they have become extremely hard to make an appointment with as they are afraid people will not show up for their appointment which makes no sense.

Great comfy nail shop! My daughter and I really enjoyed the experience. I was falling asleep during servicing that’s how comfortable it was. The ambiance is beautiful as well. My daughter nails (7) turned out very cute with smiley face decorations. My stiletto nails are shaped beautifully! It was our first time visiting and we will be back for our self care on our nails! Thank you to Mr. Dan and your wife for making our visit PHENOMENAL. My little baby daughter even enjoyed a nap while my daughter and I got serviced! Everyone was very nice, this review based on the quality of service provided. The first time I went a gentleman did my gel manicure and while filing he filed my nailed too short and it began bleeding. I told him to stop but for some reason he kept trying to fix it. Its annoying when you get your nails done and leave and now have to worry about your finger hurting for the next few days.I wanted to give them another chance and since this place is convenient to where I leave I decided to go again. I made an appointment because I wanted a full set with designs which I know takes more time. I had a different gentleman and he told me when I came in that it would take too long to do the design. He spoke to one of the other technicians and she agreed to do it. I shouldnt have to compromise my service for the benefit of their time. My appointment was at 2pm, he was not done putting my set on until 4:30pm and they closed at 5:00pm. I never in my life had to wait this long for a set to be done and by that time I was over it and was ready to leave. I told them no design because they still had to do my pedicure. I was in there while they were closing up shop waiting for my nails to dry.The quality of my nails were done poorly and you can tell especially once they start to grow out because the nail is cracking on the side and one of them broke a week later. I do not recommend this place.

Everyone was so kind and the person who did my nails was gentle. My arm kinda spasmed randomly and she thought she hurt me so she was even more gentle after that. That place was very pretty as well and they have lollipops!!

This was my first time there and let me say the hospitality is out of this world. I stayed with a smile the whole time. They took the time to make sure I was super satisfied. I will be coming back and recommending this place to my friends and family.

Visited Lux for my Wedding primp-and-prep, it was absolutely great. During Covid we are all scared of being out and safe, but I took a chance (and a mask) and went to get pampered. The shop is clean, staff is fun, personable and professional. I received gel mani & pedi. They wrap/cover the pedicure chair and foot spa for each use- so it was EXTREMELY safe. They were fast and awesome!

We went here before going to try on Bridesmaids dresses and it was an absolute pleasure! The owner was so attentive and caring. The salon is very clean and chic. I recommend anyone going here either as an individual or a group. You won’t be disappointed.

A spectacular experience - Don and his team took care of myself and 5 of my friends while we were in town prepping for a wedding. Everything from reserving our appointment, our manicures & pedicures, and customer service was flawless. The team who took care of us were friendly and had amazing attention to detail. I absolutely love this nail salon. I just recently stopped going to my original nail specialist because I was no longer satisfied. I came here one day and since haven’t went anywhere else. I love the work they do on my nails and communication is great. I have recommended this salon to fellow coworkers as well as friends!! Im new to this area of the city so I wanted to find somewhere more local for my nail needs. I made an appt and was serviced right away . Tina did my gel full set and she did an amazing job. She took her time on my nails. She was honest with me about the holograms polish I chose. She told me she didnt recommend but it would be cute for a few days afterwards itll chip even though its gel. For that she got my respect and my buissness I will definitely be back.

My could’ve been better they treat their regular customers like royalty and the walk-ins less than. I didn’t receive the same treatment which really disappointed me. I went this past Sunday and today my gel polish is chipping & lifting; my index finger nail is also broke!!!

This is a new salon just open (2 and 1/2 months but very busy). They very friendly staffs and Professional. The manager Don is very nice and polite! I received a manicure and pedicure, wow did they work wonders on me. The pedicure was relaxing and my feet still feel soft while they scrubbed all of my calluses from fall away. The manicure as nicely done and lasted. This place very clean and organize, they serve water, special hot tea, green tea and special coffee and cookies, all are free! They do have reward program ( punch card you would get a free service after 7 trips). It worth every dollars you spend, it is a place to relax and reward your self after a hard working day.

This place is great! The staff is incredibly friendly, patient enough to shape my nails in a way that I like (which is usually met with resistance at other salons). They pay close attention to detail and are thorough. I always leave feeling satisfied...definitely recommend!

As soon as I walked in I was greated with a very friendly attitude. Tina did my nails and she is adorable. Went in for a gel mani and ended up with mani and pedi because their rates are affordable. I didnt feel as if I was being rushed out. In fact I stayed a little longer to enjoy the massage chair. I have definately found a new nail salon.

Exceptional service my partner and I were in town for two days and we needed to get a pedicure and manicure. We were given a 12pm same day appointment on a Saturday. We were done in 90 minutes. The place was clean and the service was great.

I am in Baltimore frequently and was in desperate need of a high quality nail place!! Luxury Nails finally filled that void. It’s spotless, modern, has kind employees and people that remember you by name. They refuse to just hire anyone which means that yes, sometimes it feels like they are understaffed, but they would rather hire quality employees. Not only do I respect that, it shows!! Always call in advanced so you don’t find yourself waiting too long. If they know I am coming in in 30 minutes, they are always ready to go and I have never waited more than 15 min or so without calling. They are diligent, detail-oriented and the husband/wife owner duo are hilarious ns sweet. Bottomline, this place is wonderful. In fact...I’m heading there now!

Wonderful experience! The owners are so kind and friendly. The salon is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely deserving of the name!

Location is nice and clean. However, I got a gel manicure which was done very poorly. Firstly, when they filed my nails they were left pointy. When I then asked for certain nails to be refiled piece of cotton were left in the nail polish. One nail was done so terribly piece of cotton were left inside and dried into the nail polish. I asked for that nail to be redone. The top coat left this dark uneven coating over the top making it look different colours. Will need to redo them tomorrow.

First came in at 5:30 pm and was told that I’d have to come back at 6:15 pm. There was only one customer, but understandable that they may be short staffed. Came back at 6:15 pm and was told that I needed to come back in 30 more minutes. I reminded them that they told me to come back at 6:15. Again, with only one additional customer in the store they reluctantly let me sit in the pedicure chair. Ended up sitting there for another hour before even being attended to at all.Nice and clean store and when I was finally attended to they were very nice and professional.
