Dont you hate it when they put hidden fees in there and they tell you at the last minute. Well thats what happened here.the finishing work wasnt neat they did not clean my hands or anything they just put the clear nail polish and told me to go dry them

I followed my friend to this place so she can get her nails done. The service from the nail techs were terrible, one lady refused to do her nails. Hence, wasting 1 whole hour. The appointment was @10 and she started with a nicer tech @11:11. If you’re looking for a place where you can rely on high quality service, you’re looking for this place.

Great job! They stay busy book an appointment if you mind waiting. They use hot stone for your pedicure massage and it was lovely and different than i ever had. Nice ladies! Will be booking an appointment soon!

I went to Henry nails on Wednesday evening 11/27/2019 Linda did my Gel polish change, Pedicure, and Individual Lashes. In the process of her applying the lashes to my right eye I felt something hit my eyeball I informed her that I felt something hit my eyeball so she stopped so I could rub my eye and I did so gently. Then she continued the eye lash extension process. My eye continued to feel like something was still in there. As the days went by my eye turned red and runny. I went to urgent care to seek medical attention and was told that the glue that she dropped in my eye hit my pupil directly in the center. I am now on antibiotics awaiting to see and eye doctor. The owner Donnie was contacted and I explained that to him and he offered no resolution. Beware of getting your lashes done by Linda

Friendly staff, but I wouldnt recommend getting your eyebrows done here. I politely asked the esthetician to only take off a small amount of hair since Id been growing my eyebrows out. She damn near took off the entire eyebrow each time, & now theyre really thin. Extremely disappointed.

So o got my nails done here like a week ago and my nails are beautiful for me. I mean it was no $100 work of art but still i think i could go back. I also got my eyebrows waxed by them so honey i been flexing.

Giving one star because my mans pedicure was decent and the little girl in the shop was adorable, but during mine and my mans pedicure they took the scrub stone from his feet directly to mine with his skin still all over it not even rinsed. My toes are horribly painted. Was told they could do a specific nail design so agreed to have my others taken off to do only to be told to keep my fingers in nail polish remover for over an hour to find out no one could do it and I had to do a solid color. Each nail is a different shape at the end not one is the same. Get home and it’s been 2 hours since my toes were painted and a whole chunk comes off. Shout out to one of the ladies working, daughter for all the giggles and entertainment you rock kiddo.

I have been to several nail salons in the city n the county n this one has been my best so far. I go in and I get pampered n I dont even have to stress myself about what color to choose from or what designs I want.. Pauline always has me leaving with a 😀.

I’ve been going there for years ever since the first management. My nail tech Ms. Linda has been doing my nails for so many years I don’t know where to start. The place is completely renovated and Linda and Amy are the best hands down don’t let anyone of the others do your nails

Nails were horrible uneven and thick... if u want to get your nails and or toes done here ask for Linda she always got the job done beautifully

I love this place. The people are so friendly and I enjoy supporting small local places. I always like the service and the results. It is a bit well worn in a good way, so for those used to an upscale nail place it might not be the best fit. If you want a small, inexpensive, friendly local place it is the place to go.

Got individual lashes done and I told my person I wanted light and natrual, instead my eyes ended up looking like the end of a broom. Worst of all, the lashes are falling out within a week of getting theM and I look even more busted!

Was curious about this place since I moved into the area and every time I went into the shopping center they had very little service so I wanted to finally check them out.....Welp!First off the name is now Henry nails and secondly take my advice and don’t go there. Long wait! Nail tech had an attitude that no one knew why and refused to do any more nails. Same nail tech had a problem with polishing customers nail which she had to repeat 3 times because she wanted to keep repolishing over smeared nail. End up walking out after a hour of wait with no service. Glad I did because I refuse to pay for terrible customer service.

I just received by far the WORST pedicure ever. I didnt even know a pedicure could be done wrong. Lady damn cut my while pinky toe nail off. Didnt even say anything until I looked down and noticed. The while process was horrible! I will not ever be coming back here!!!

Service is slow, not enough employee to work after waiting for 25 minutes I left with 3 people in front of me.

What a joke??!!! This place was HORRIBLE! I came in one day because I couldnt go where I normally go and came out looking like who done it. The acrylic was all over the place, shape all over the place... I dare not get a design! She tried. She failed. Had her wipe that off. Another lady, who apparently works there (I put $5 on it she has no license) had her whole family there. They were all over the place and loud. The kids were running around and playing all in the water. So, not relaxing at all. Had to coach the lady through my pedicure. It was just ridiculous. I walked out the door and just couldnt understand how this place stays in business...they must be selling drugs out the back!
