I was looking for a low chemical natural salon to switch to and they are also woman-owned & black owned business. My service was impeccable. They offer to the point service and perform high-quality, professional looks for your hands & feet. Whether you like natural nails or extentions you are treated with respect & given a long lasting look. Great music & vibe too! This salon is my last stop. Make it yours too.

Wasnt what I had in mind. Unfortunately, they were serving brunch, which isnt a problem but it was buffet style. Buffet is not for me and thats why I try to be careful about the restaurants I choose. Probably a great place for others but I didnt enjoy it.

Great shop for people who want to just get in and out of the nail shop and prefer natural nail care. I hate the smell of acrylic and this shop is the closest thing to odorless as you are going to get. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do some basic designs but if you are the type of person that needs junk nails or anything super fancy this may not be the place for you. I do wish they would get some more colors like glow in the dark, mood, chrome, matt etc. Or even offer more techniques with the colors they have like tie dye, or spider nails Especially since its starting to warm up. But the are still my preferred shop in the city.

My first visit. Scheduled a mani-pedi had to cancel the pedi because the step to access the chair was extremely high and they offered no accommodations. Technician says they have had other customers Thad to cancel pedis for the same reason.Expected more of a spa like experience visuals, fragrance, sounds, etc. The chairs were not accessible for all, either too high or too low with no arms.Appreciate the service provided by Cathy.

Came in from out of town and was able to easily navigate the online website to schedule a same day appointment for mani and pedi. Jasmine was very friendly and professional. Her products were not harsh on my skin, her hand and foot massage were amazing, and my nail paint job is amazing. When I return to Baltimore this will be my go to spot!

Very COVID conscious nail salon. Temperature check at the door, masks required, and hand sanitizer applied before session starts. All natural products and healthy nail polish and extensions alternatives available. I’ve been a consistent weekly customer for over two years!

If you are in search for a quality Black owned nail salon this is the place! Kelvina was friendly and explained the pedicure process. She asked what I was looking for in my pedicure today which was a personal touch that I’d never experienced. I booked a manicure for my grandmother as well who rarely agrees to go to nail salons, but she left very excited and happy! Thank you ladies for your service. I’m sorry I don’t remember the other lady’s name but she was amazing and patient with my grandmother and even gave her advice on how to care for her nails at home. We will be returning🙂

Love this black owned business. Only thing I didnt love was the chairs for pedicures. They arent massage chairs and they slide a little depending on how you place your feet during the pedicure

Hard place to find if you aren’t familiar with the area. Very nice studio and decor, clean and professional yes. I paid $50 for a gel manicure that chipped within 2 days... I also never spent 2 hours getting a gel manicure. Nice place very aesthetic and clean but I would not recommend. The quality doesn’t match the price

This was my first gel manicure. I was disappointed. Like the other review, my nail polish chipped on index finger and completely lifted off my thumb. My toenail polish has chipped as well. This has happened after six days. Salon is nice and pleasant technicians. I cannot go back because I spent too much money that day for this to happen. Im sorry to have to post this, but there was no place for me to contact you on your web page.

I have to be honest, I have grown accustomed to paying very low prices for nail services at those speedy nail salons. However, this is truly a case of getting what you pay for. This quaint boutique has the best atmosphere. It is not noisy and there are not a lot of random technicians and clients talking all over you. This place is an oasis of calm and is money well spent. Nothing in here is reused to its highly sanitary as well. Jasmine is absolutely awesome! Those other corner shops wont ever see me again. Love Scrub Nail Boutique!

Stopped in while on a day trip from Pennsylvania so my daughter could get her acrylics soaked off. We did not have an appointment, but they squeezed her in. The technicians were super sweet and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. They offered a treatment to repair her nails after acrylics. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their nails done.

Dont be fooled by the exterior, its just the Baltimore row house feel but once inside you forget youre in the middle of the city.Happy to see them sanitize the stations after every customer and use disposable tools.Booking the appointment was a breeze

Its definitely not very clean and just looks messy especially in the back in a kitchen-looking space located in front of the pedicure stations. I didnt get my manicure done with the employee i reserved with (and they didnt explain why much less introduce themselves) but they both did an ok job. Ill keep looking.

My first time at Scrub Nail Botique, I had the most amazing main-pedi on my birthday by Jasmine! So relaxing and I really forgot I was getting my nails done. I didnt check my polish until I got home I was so relaxed. And of course it was perfect, looked so clean & fresh, literally perfect. After being treated like a queen, getting your nails done anywhere else feels like polish being slapped on your hands. I cant wait to go back and treat myself to this hidden gem :) I plan to get gift cards for my mother and sister for their upcoming birthdays, and dont mind taking them myself ;) Seriously, try this place, youll love it!!

The place was impossible to find. After finally locating the bell and ringing it for 5 minutes in vain, then trying to call the phone number listed on their website, I left, only to receive a call 15 minutes later that I’ll have to pay for the appointment because of a no-show. I explained the situation, but the person on the phone was very unhelpful. Even though they later sent an email with an apology, I never got a refund.

Was happy there initially but had an issue that I brought to the owners attention and she dropped the ball. Then when she had a chance to make the initial issue and her subsequent dropping of the ball right, she failed and didnt even care. Too bad as I was sending people her way.

I made this appointment weeks in advance. It was at 10am. I got there a little before 10 and waited. No big deal. Until no one showed up for 45 MINUTES!!!! I called. I could hear the phone ringing in the suite. I knocked multiple times. No one was there!!! I left after 45 min and spending $5 to park my car for nothing. Ruined my birthday! No one even called or emailed to follow up and now I see a $40 no show charge on my account!!!!!!!! I will be getting to the bottom of this. Didnt want to write a bad review but this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a business.
