STAY AWAY. If I could rate a 0, I would!! Firstly, I received a gel set and left the salon to my nail polish peeling. I go get it fixed and the very same day it starts to peels again. Secondly, a week to a week and a half later, 3/4 of the nails I got REPAIRED by Alex have re-broke off... one of which broke in my SLEEP. I called to complain and the owner Alex tells me I have to pay to get it repaired. Not only that, he tells me because of his lack of skill then maybe I don’t need to get my nails done. This place has extremely terrible customer service and quality in their service. Please do not come here, save your money. He also rudely hung up on me when trying to communicate the issue.

I went to Alexs nail shop because it was close to my home. Had to wait close to 2 hours as I did not have appointment. It was busy, Prom season, ect. No nonetheless, the same day 2 of my nails as I was putting down a window in my bedroomI was charged to get those fixed. Okay and now just a week later my nails are coming off. Im done. Im not hard to deal with but this is ridiculous. I wont be returning for nail service.I watched the guy give a pedicure and he did a truly wonderful job, took his time. I think i will go back for pedicure.

The young lady cut my skin on my nails cuticle on multiple fingers and rubbed so hard pedicure cut chunk off the side of my foot it bled for 10 minutes she tried to stop the bleeding and kept apologizing my foot hurt nearly all week at night hard to sleep.
