Sonny did my nails and feet and every time Ive given him a new challenging design he nails it BTW the ombre nails he did by hand high quality work

Today my Stepdaughter pedicure, manicure and I got pedicure, manicure and my eyebrow. Our regular place did not have any appointments today so we decided to go here as its close to our house and they had appointments. The guy who did my stepdaughter manicure and pedicure was great. Her nails looked really good and she was happy. I on the other hand is not happy at all. My pedicure was good but my manicure is horrible. Drying my nails and I smudged one and the lady came back to fix it she was put on the wrong polish then she found the right polish. She did not clean off the wrong polish she just packed on alot of the right color polish. Hours later I decided to prepare dinner, I washed my hands and grabbed a towel to dry my hands and the polish smudged. I will not go there again. I will wait until my regular place can take me. The bill for my stepdaughter and I $155. I never pay this much at my regular place.

I asked for a pedicure he said $25. I said how much for a full set pedicure with gel polish. He said $40+$40 $80 ok $100 for your toes. Like what?! Ok just do the full set with no gel. Mind you he soaked my feet for 1 mins tops and rubbed the bottom of my feet for 15secs with the scrubber. Then he proceeded to put the set on my toes. When I told him they were too long and asked him to file it a little more. He was gripping and speaking under his breath. I asked how much since I’m not getting gel, he said $75! Ok that was hardly a pedicure. He didn’t even trim any cuticle or clean my nails at all. I won’t be back. I’m definitely not happy with this. $75 down the drain. I should have went elsewhere.

Didnt have an appointment,fit me in. Showed a picture of what I wanted and he did a better job than the picture. Absolutely in love with them. This was my first visit and definitely not my last. New nail salon 🙌 💜❤️

I will not use them business again. got a regular manicure and the guy used gel polish instead of regular and didnt realize until he was done, told me to come back if the polish comes off and by Monday most of it was gone even though I just got my nails done Saturday. The guy that did my nails wasnt there on Monday so the manager said come back cause he was busy just sitting there and no one else was in the shop. I told him Im not from around here and oh well too bad. Will never go back, back wasnt good for the money.

I have been there 3 times for male basic pedicure. They do a below average job and always upsell for a spa pedicure for $5 more. What they do for the upsell is break the cheese grater thing out to remove more skin. I have one person do an adequate job. Other two inadequate and today was particularly rushed and lazy. I definitely could have done it myself at least as well if not better. Im done and dont recommend. Pictures show raggedy feet that I paid $30 today to have taken care of.

Owner is rude!! I Hate how they do nails here. Please do not waste your money!! Nails came off 5 days after getting a new full set.

I was not expecting to be treated with such respect and good service, due to other experiences at nail salons. Queen Nails nail technicians listened to theie customers and delivered superior service. I am definitely going back. 💅

I have recently been in search of a new nail salon, after seeing how beautiful my sisters nails always are I decided to give this salon a try. I have been now been going there for 2 months. the services I have received were the fullset, pedicure, and eye brow arching Wendy has me completely satisfied with my services every time. Also I have taken my boyfriend there for his mani and pedi and he cant stop talking about the services he received, once again completely satisfied. I can see that the staff takes there time to make sure the job is done right As far as pricing I feel as if its the standard pricing If you want good service you should never complain about the price.

My eyelashes fell off less than 24 hours after having them done! I have gotten my nails done here twice and spent 100$ each time for a regular acrylic set & a regular gel set! Please don’t waste your money here!

I received a gel fill w/cutdown & eyebrows waxed. I was charged $58😳. The highest Ive ever paid for those services. When I asked why was it that price, I was told because I used 2 different polish colors & put glitter on top. Ive never heard such thing. No one in Catonsville does that. Ill just go to the other places from now on.

Went in a week ago. Had a Pedicure a refill and gel nails. The gel paint came off. Went back in today for a repair and repaint which I was going to pay for. Then was told I needed a refill. It has only been a week since my last visit. I agreed to get a refill only if they would comp my gel polish.They refused! They were disrespectful and rude. I thought that they were like the Queens Nails on Rt. 40. They are not.I will never go back there.They are not friendly and they have no respect for customers.

Im always nervous about trying new places, but I really needed to get my nails and brows done... Definitely going back to see Charlie.As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. The customers that were already there were in conversation with their techs and one another. The woman in the front station on the right seemed to run the show and her customer service was wonderful.I got a gel set with tip overlay and mood polish. My nail tech was Charlie and I fell in love with him. When it was time to apply my color he asked if I was sure about my selection. I wasnt reqlly. So he made suggestion more fitting and it just so happened to be my fav color. During the entire process he was precise and took his time but didnt take long. He payed attention to detail and was very careful to create a well crafted look. I love how much care he took. He even clipped my cuticles which I havent had done alongside my full set since I was home (DC).Im super satisfied with my experience. I also got my eyebrows done while I was there. Cant remember the name of the tech that did those. She was young, talkative (in a good way) and also provided great customer service. I asked her to just clean up my brows and I cant lie I was nervous. I think she could hear it in my voice. I thought she might make them too thin. When she was done she showed me and they were PERFECT. I dont know the last time my brows were so nicely done.

Rushed work, when asked to correct shotty work was given a bad attitude and another rushed job which looks no better than the first, probably even worse! Tech was grabbing my hand aggressively while repainting. Looks terrible, like I did it myself!! Will never return.. more and more I look to find local BLACK owned salons, these people don’t treat us right!! Wish I could give no stars!

They are Rude and the gel polish doesnt kast

I posted the pictures of the red nails with white snowflakes. I absolutely give Tim 5 stars. He did A beautiful job. I took in a picture of what I wanted and he did so much better . They are so pretty I cant stop looking at them and shining My light on them to look at the sparkles. Tim your definitely my nee mail tech. Thank you so much.

This was my first time coming here & it was fantastic!! My nail tech was amazing!! Most places I go these days its rushed and they dont take their time, but not here. He took his time and made sure it was done right, he was friendly & we had an amazing conversation. My nails look incredible!! I will definitely be going back again!!

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!! ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDNT DO 0. I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD IN MARCH - THEY CLOSED DUE TO COVID AND SINCE REOPENING I HAVE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES AND WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND WOUND UP LEAVING. JUST CALLED TO SEE IF I CAN SCHEDULE AND USE MY GIFT CARD AND THEY TOLD ME NO BECAUSE IT EXPIRED ON 9/6/2020 - SO THEY ARE REFUSING TO EXTEND THE GIFT CARD DATE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS DUE TO COVID. THE MAN I SPOKE WITH TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME TELLING ME ITS MY FAULT THAT I HAVENT CAME IN BEFORE THE CARD EXPIRED - EVEN THOUGH I DID AND EITHER WAY THE GIFT CARD DATE SHOULD BE EXTENDED SINCE THEY WERE SHUT DOWN FOR 3 MONTHS!!!

I was disappointed. Spa pedicure no massage at all. Full set was ok. What really bothered me was I was overcharged 10.00. Before the Covid I would be a frequent customer. Will be looking elsewhere.

Came in for fill in and pedicure with one repair guy say 60.00 I say I didnt pay that much for full set he day its yoyr length give me 45 so no fill in no pedicure got the repair and left. I know its a pandemic but price gauging lime this nope

I will never come here again. My premium pedicure was not worth $55. My gel full set was uneven and rushed. My nail tech was very impatient and rough as if he didn’t want to do my nails. My nail broke off only one day later, $125 down the drain.

He did an amazing job! I will be back.

This is my 2nd time Ive had a pedicure @ Queens Nails. Ive had 2 different techs and both did an excellent job. Will continue to be a customer.

I love Charlie, Dan, Ruthie, Tin and Lena. The Master nail tech only caters to the Caucasian race. She barely speaks. I have been going to the nail shop for 15 years and she has the worst attitude toward African Americans, including myself. She was rude to me and basically dismissed my needs as if I were below her standards.

Great place for nails of any kind of style! Pedicures too! Been going here for years and service is excellent!

The gentleman who did my nails took his time and did an excellent job, I mean I really think my nails look the best they have in forever, I was a little tooken back by the price for my nails with gel polish which I didnt know cost more (it was my second time in three years and the first a few weeks ago was a Xmas gift) so with the gel polish and my eyebrows it was $48 and it was two different people one did my nails and the other my brows and I always tip so I tipped my nail guy $6 thinking he was doing my brows too but no and I feel bad not leaving the brow guy a tip so another $3 I paid about $60 in all. Is all places like this? I had great customer service no wait and my brows and nails look great I just was surprised at cost

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done but unfortunately in the last few months it has declined majorly. I liked the SNS nails and the customer service, but I mostly liked how thorough they were. The ladies took time to completely prepare my nails before the Polish and powder, but today I asked for SNS and got the bare minimum. No cuticle care, no use of UV lamp, no hand massage and no lotion! It was the sloppiest powder job Ive ever had and he still charged me $45! Never going back!

This place does not even deserve one star. I was a Queen nails customer for years. But recently the customer service has declined. I recently went in for a pedicure and not more than a day, the polish came off of a few toes. I went in for a touch up and I was told that the person who did my pedicure was not in today, so come back tomorrow. Then after hesitation, someone touched me up. I was not pleased at all, and trust me I am not a person to complain, but if I am spending my hard earned money, I do expect good service..period. I recommend Lisa, but everyone else, needs to step up and fix their customer service skills.

I was new to the whole nail experience 2 years ago, which therefore made it paramount for a nail-tition to be patient and helpful. Thankfully I got my wish! Wendi, who does my nails is not only knowledgable and experienced, she is also professional and extremely friendly. I now take my mother there, who is elderly and Wendi as well as the rest of the staff, are very kind and attentive to her elderly needs; Wendi takes her by the hand and slowly walks with her when she needs to change stations like for a waxing (they are all really good at that too ☺️). In all a clean, friendly, environment and the services they provide are excellent 👌!

I give Queen Nails at this location at the Beltway a five stars because the service was excellent the place is immaculate the staff is very people-friendly and theyre very professional

Way too expensive, Charged me $45 for a pedicure, $ 40 for gel manicure, Every day I had to go back because the polish kept coming off from the very next day. FINALLY gave up went to a local place in Arbutus pedicure, gel manicure & 1 acrylic for a broken nail $45 total ...Kims way better!!!!!!

I went in on January 20,2018 @400pm to get a overlay with Gel polish and spa pedicure with gel polish was charged $95 . Got home and noticed my two thumbs were smudged and one of my toes were smudged. I’ve been getting gel since 2011 I’ve never experienced such mess that’s what the Uv light Is for to assure your nails are completely dry. A women nail tech done my nails this is the 2nd time I’ve had her I’m very dissastified she doesn’t know what square round natural look means . Worst service ever . She broke my skin filing the gel she sculpted instead of just making my nails natural looking . My spa manicure was mediocre there was no intensity. I was very uncomfortable and when expresed she didn’t care. The tech sits the second chair on the right side she’s the worse .She applys acrylic to thick very unpleasant . She makes to many mistakes and not neat at all. Instead of doing my polish for feet in pedi area she done under the table and made mistakes. Won’t be returning.

I just did my nails here and they look horrible. It looks quite lumpy and he didnt do a good job filing so it looks like the gel polish settled by the cuticles. I showed it to the gentleman and hes said oh, its dry skin. Second time there but not again.

Worst manicure ever. I entered asking for a french manicure with gel nails. I told the guy that I had grown out gel nails already on my nails. He apparently did not understand because he seemed very surprised to see them after he removed the nail polish. He then tried to break one of the nails off using his dirty nails to try to get in between my gel nail and my real nail. While doing so he broke half of my real nail off. I stopped him and asked him if that is how he usually removes nails. He stopped then and continued to file my gel nails off. Not very successfully since you can still clearly see the old edge of where they have grown out which makes my current nails look ridiculous. I never actually ended up getting a french manicure with gel nails. I got a normal french manicure but after an hour and dissatisfied with the way my nails looked anyways I did not insist. I got charged 54$ afterwards since I had to pay for the removal of the gel nails as well. A removal I could have done much better by myself with some acetone without breaking off my nails or making them look as poorly as they do now. I am definitely never going there again.

The one guy in there was being ruff because I was being picky about the length but he cut my cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding, I like it here but the guy was rude.
