I love this place. I brought some images of what I wanted for my nail design and she came through. I absolutely love my nails. Got a pedicure too and she took her time to make sure the pedicure part was done well, I appreciated the carefulness. I will100% be back.

I took a friend for her bridal nails and pedi and my bridesmaid mani pedi. They did a lovely job for both of us. However, I have to say gel manicures usually only last a week for me. This one is on week 3 and still looking great

Had the absolute worst manicure of my life today, just in time for my bridal shower. I have gone to this salon a few times before, and I never had any major issues before today.Quick summation: I asked if anyone there did nail art. I said upfront that it was not an issue if none of the techs did, I would go with a normal gel mani instead. I was assured that there was a girl who did nail art. One tech started the mani and said he would have the other tech handle the art. Turns out, she does not, in fact, do nail art. She then in the most literally sense shoved the brush into the hand of another tech, who also does not do nail art. The polish job was so bad, three techs stood over me saying it didnt look good and they would take the polish off (after curing it). I made it clear multiple times up front and during that if the tech didnt do nail art, I would be fine not to do it (I wanted a French with very simple white flowers on two of my nails, nothing extremely elaborate).To make matters worse, before we even got to that part of the mani fiasco, my nails were cut off when I asked for a small trim/filing into the almond shape I walked in with. When the tech showed me the first nail, I said it was too short and could he please leave the rest longer. I was completely ignored and he cut down the rest of my nails. I now have stumpy nails with an embarrassing French that looks like I didnt have my nails done at all. I then spent 15 minutes at home filing the gel off of my fingers- they didnt bother to do it at the salon, even after I pointed it out, I asked if I could use the file file to fix one of the nails myself because it was really uncomfortable. The tech took the file and handled the one nail, but didnt bother to look at any of the others. Aside from a polish change at another salon (which I dont want to do considering they took polish off twice and I dont want to risk ruining my nails) theres really not much I can do. Glad its not a special event where people will be looking at my hands or anything...Best part? They still charged me. Please, please, please, dont go here.

Zero stars if I could. It’s very clear they are providing preference to a particular clientele, if you know what I mean. Had an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and waited 15 minutes… no one acknowledged or came to tell me there would be an additional wait. It wasn’t even crowded. Super wack, highly would not recommend for POC patrons.

A bunch of Asians being rude and acting as if wyt people are their worship. Nothing new here. I tipped and that was a waste of money. The nail tech knew I needed a new set and didn’t sit me down to soak first. She just tried to use another nail to peel it off. After saying ouch multiple times, she finally soaked them off. She didn’t ask me to wash my hands so my clear set was dirty looking. I was a refund tbh but I’ll just go somewhere else.Tacky and classless people.

They provided an excellent manicure and pedicure for my elderly father. He was so pleased he left a generous tip and scheduled a visit for a month later.

Lien was great literally the best, I have been here manny times. From now on I will schedule my appointment and only go to her. She was very detail oriented and did not miss a thing. Also she took her time did not rush.

I have been to the salon several times and not had a problem. I got a manicure here about three weeks ago and got acrylics. I took them off this morning because my fingernails have been feeling really hot and my fingers have been hurting. Six out of 10 of my fingers have a green fungus underneath them. The thumb on my left hand is now going to have to be removed because it’s so bad. My sister-in-law was with me and got a pedicure and had to have her big toenail removed because she also got a fungus. I’m so upset and furious!! This is not acceptable!

I dont think Ive ever experienced a worse (or more painful) manicure. Not only were they about 20 minutes late for my appointment, but I left with nearly all of my fingers bleeding after my manicure. Hours later and my fingers are still hurting and bleeding.

I made an appointment for a full set of ombré nails, they typically do only pink to white and did advise me not to do tips because my nails are healthy, which I appreciated. However I needed some self care and they made an exception, my nails look amazing!

This was my first time visiting, I was on a little staycation away from home for the weekend so I wanted to treat myself. Cute place but the lady that did my pedicure was way too rough! She dug the cuticle clippers so far in my nail bed I almost bled on both feet. Its been over 24 hours and it still hurts. Then proceeded to use a toothbrush like brush to scrub over my toes. Which she just cut into! Very rough with the massaging when I tensed up she told me to relax rather than stopping. Then literally put 3-4 coats of nail polish on! Needless to say even after sitting there for 20 minutes drying when i put my shoes on the polish was smudged. Nice people but this lady was the worst! Will not be back! Do not recommend!

Came in asked for gel polish put regular polish ask three time was this gel was told yes will not be back and also made an appointment for Friday or at 5p.m Lucy askedme to come back and next was told she did not have any early appointment but told a friend she could come at 9 Not professional at all

I came for a full set and pedicure. I was undecisive and Lucy recommended a flattering nail shape, let me tell you im in love with her work! My nails turned out beautifully, and I was very pleased with how the whole process! I will be returning in the future and highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for a good nail tech for over a year now, and Thao did an amazing job! My nails came out perfectly just how I like them. As long as she’s at nails trix she will be my new nail tech!

They were ok, it was my 1st time there. Still trying to feel them out. But it wasnt a wait and they were nice so I guess that was a plus. The prices were decent. I didnt give them 5 stars, because my nails are a little too thick to my liking.

I haven’t been here in a while, but my daughter and I were close by so I figured we’d give it another chance.This place is more of a factory that does their services as quickly as possible, my pedicure took about 15 minutes tops that included a 45 second “massage.”I remembered why I stopped coming here and will continue not come here in error again.2 stars instead of one because they were polite.

I’ve been going here for 8 years! The staff are friendly and the prices are decent. They just updated their chairs and decor. It’s lovely! Lucy is amazing at dip manis. They last a month!

Fantastic nail artists. Have gotten a pedicure as well as a gel manicure. I have also had gel removed from my nails and they were able to do so without damaging my nails. I highly recommend this spot for your nail needs!

I was unsure about what color nails I wanted when I walked in. Vicky recommended a perfect color that compliments my dark skin. I was unhappy with the length at first but she redid my nails to my exact liking. I’m definitely going back.

I liked this place at first because of the nice ladies and one young man who were very friendly and did a nice job. This is why the review is 3 stars. Recently though, I have been getting other ladies to do the nails - they were awful, very rude and court, and did a poor job on the nails. I asked the lady when she was doing the gel whether she was going to cut the cuticle, when I saw she was not doing it, and she said I dont have much to cut... I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and cuticle is always cut so the nails looks neater... There is always a lot, and this time, my nails were not done in a month, so there was definitely something to cut. She rolled her eyes on everything I asked like a nail color, or when she cut the skin (which I swear I told about very nicely). I smiled at her the whole time, and she kept giving me dirty looks. She really ruined my mood that day. I want to repeat that many of the other ladies (especially older ones) and the young man that work there are very nice and helpful. I am not coming back though because I dont want to be helped by either one of the last 2 ladies I have met there.

I was there on Sunday for a fill in and the lady who did my nails rushed through the process. The first 2 times were amazing thought I found a great place. Never again my nails are not shaped right. I told the lady 2 times but still couldnt get it right. She had a appointment waiting and she acted like she didnt want to do my nails. The receptionists was very helpful with helping me find a glitter color.

From the start I should’ve known to not make my appointment here. The front desk person is extremely unfriendly and uninterested - that also sums up the rest of the employees. I have never been in such an abrasive environment..ironic as a nail salon or spa should be relaxing. I also believe they overcharged me as the lady couldn’t make a straight face when I confirmed prices with her. Happy at least my nails turned out somewhat decent after having to ask for a nail or two to be fixed. Never will I be back...treat your customers better. Don’t come here- I honestly don’t think they want anyone business...seriously

I went to this salon for years . Recently when I was last in for a fill in, my cuticle was cut. What made me upset was the nail tech was barely paying attention and in a conversation with another co worker. I even said to her when it happened please be careful. Of course they always want to put their own topical stuff to help, so when I got home I cleaned my finger and but a bandaid on it . Well flash forward to 9 days later I am on an antibiotic for an infection in my nail. It’s horrible and I’m lucky that my nail won’t fall off. Sad to say but I will not be going here anymore. Clean your nail instruments!

Great customer service, a little price, average work.

This was my second time going to this location and once again I am very disappointed. The first time I went I got acrylic nails and they were much to thick and the filing was not done evenly. When I went yesterday, I decided to give them a second chance because I was getting a gel manicure instead and it had been a year since my first visit. While removing my old gel manicure the tech completely chewed up my cuticle bed to the point where it burned when I had to do the acetone soak and even more than 24 hours they are still sore. The only reason this is not a one star review is because the application and filing were done very well this time.

I’m an outta-a-towner but I have visited this salon twice now and have received great service from Lisa on both visits. I got an under arm wax and then returned for a Brazilian wax and pedicure and I’m totally satisfied with my service .

This place was awful. They rushed us through the pedicures, attempted to not use clean tools, made my sister in law bleed and then touched her fresh wound with one of their bottles, and the lady doing my mothers pedicure was so miserable and grumpy and was fighting with the worker next to her. Awful experience.
