I thought they could of done a better job, that was the fastest pedicure I’ve gotten. The clear coat she put on my toe nails is coming off (chipping off)and it isn’t shiny (looks dull), horrible job on the clear coat, she also did a bad job on trimming my toe nails and didn’t even file them. probably won’t be going back.

The lady doing my pedicure seemed very irritated, Im a stroke survivor which means the right side of my body is weaker than the left, I let her know this before sitting down and she seemed ok with it. During the pedicure my leg would slip a little bit and move, she would huff and puff over this. She didnt even ask me what included treatment I wanted or do any. All the other employees were very friendly.

I got bit by mosquitos while getting a pedicure

I just went and got a pedicure and a full set. my toes came out cute, I guess...But my nails are awful! $70 dollars later and I have stubby lumpy nails😭😭

I made a 3:45pm appointment. 4:45pm and still standing there, so I left. I will NEVER go back. They are rude and inefficient. The worst experience at a salon!!!

Unbelievable, the shaping is incorrect,some nails are shorter than others🙄 And to top it off She puts clear polish on nails to put the rhinestones on; then pours glue on it talking about it wont come off...2 days later rhinestones are off already.Never Again Rose!!!!

Went in for a fill and the lady who did my nails left them super uneven you can tell where my fill starts I mean they got me in fairly quick theres a lot of nail techs there but she didnt do such a great job ....

Crystal is my go to for full sets! I’ve been going to her for months & she never disappoints. Prices are really affordable, I highly recommend going to her! Don’t really care much for pedis there, they somehow always seem to make me bleed.. maybe because they’re always rushing? The polish is never even! But I’m only leaving 5 stars for Crystal!

It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten my nails done here but I went in yesterday and had gotten seated right away. Henry did my nails and I absolutely LOVE THEM!! Henry was super kind and actually took his time doing them which I very much appreciated because they came out AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back and asking for Henry’s service again!

Their customer service is much more than I expected. Lily was SO sweet and really took care of my needs. She helped me put my shoes on and helped me out of my chair after she was done with my pedicure. It felt like family as opposed to a business. It was great.I didn’t get to speak to Crystal, but I did get to listen to her conversation, (she was right next to us, I wasn’t being a weirdo, haha). She was honest and helpful. GREAT personality. Would love to go see her next.This is my new spot, for sure.

I got a basic manicure without polish. Sign said $13 but when I paid the lady who did my manicure said it’s $30. I showed her the sign hanging in the shop then said it’s $28. I would never go back there. She clip nails but didn’t file them down. Worst manicure I ever had

Went in today as a walk in and was seen right away. Crystal did an amazing job with my coffin style with black gels and matte black design. Shes super sweet which is a big plus! Cant wait to go back to her in a couple weeks!

Amazing services here!I was a walk in and they helped me right away. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jenny, shes absolutely wonderful, gave me great suggestions on my nails, she also did my eyebrows which were in definite need of saving. I also got a pedicure while I was there and the entire time I had the same nail tech she did a wonderful job on my feet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a service done with great service and an amazing atmosphere. I will definitely be returning here!

I always schedule my appointment a couple days in advance so that I Can be taken care of by Crystal.... Crystal does absolutely wonderful work and is very personable. Always makes sure I am happy with the service as she goes along.💅

The lady who did my nails was very nice. The work, not so pleasant. I wont come here again!! I been looking for places and this isnt one to come back to. One nail wasnt even coated all the way, one was toe nail polish was darker than the other.

Please dont waste your money here. I went to get a fill and the older lady that did my nails did a horrible job. The nails were bumpy (you could actually see high and low places in the nails), visably miss shaped, one side was longer than the other she didnt measure to ensure all nails were the same length. This was absolutely the worst nail job I ever received. When my regular manicurist saw them she laughed so hard. She asked if my baby did this to my nails. She couldnt believe the horrible job she had done. This place is cheap for a reason they dont do good work. Save your money or add a little more and get your nails done somewhere you will get a good job. Worst nails in all my 20± years of getting my nails done.

Tim is the best nail tech you could ever go to. He does amazing nails and wont let you go Unsatisfied with his work. I highly recommend this place and specially Tim and Genny :)

I am coming from Texas and couldnt find anyone to do my nails correctly and when I came to Top Nails I absolutely LOVED my nails each and every time Susie did them. Customer service is fantastic. Great place👌

I came to this place because my friend told me how its cheaper which it is . For my full set it was 33$ . I was SO disappointed with the service and my nails . I couldnt find the color that I wanted and I asked if I could go up and look where they were at on the wall and she told me no . Then she cuts my thumb twice . She then starts getting annoyed that I didnt like the colors she had brought me and she starts sighing not trying to help me whatsoever . So they dont have the color I wanted so I just chose whatever . I pay I leave when I get into my car I see my nails and she left them terrible ! One of them had an indent, my thumb nail was crooked! She left all the crust from the powder on my skin ! And my nails were all uneven . Im so disappointed i just went somewhere else to get it fixed . NEVER again .

Went there with a friend she got her nails dun and they looked good to me but she told me after we left that they sat there the hole time talking about the last costumer in another language (seems like they have costumers tho but all the reviews seems to be 1 or 5 stars so looks like its a hit or miss )

Went on a Sunday. It took me a while day to find a nails spot for my little sister. At the end they took her as a walk in and did her nails the way my little sister wanted them. Great people and good prices

I called before I set up my appointments. I asked how much it would cost me to get a manicure and fill. Manicure was $13, the fill was $15. The manicurist who gave me a manicure doesnt know how to give a manicure and she said that I had to give her $20 just for getting my nails trimmed and painted. The manicurist who did the fill on my child argued with me and told me that their sign and the receptionist who told us the price was incorrect and she insisted that a fill has always been $25. Im never going to set foot in this salon again. They are liars

THE WORST EXPERIENCE ! I went for my first time based on good reviews I had seen but ill never be back! I spent $25 for ombre nails and they looked nothing like the picture Andrew asked me to show hem several times before he even started to polish my nails. The shape and length dont match for several nails. I wouldnt suggest this place for anybody!👎👎

Took my niece (6) for a day of pampering. The lady who did mine was older and shook so badly that my nails look really sloppy. My niece got gel polish but they didnt file her nails to allow a bond so her nails all came off within an hour. One while we were still sitting there. They got paint on her hand and when I pointed it out to them they scratched it off. She said it was really painful and complained about it for the rest of the day. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend

I was on vacation an found this place on line. Nice staff, clean, friendly. I showed the nail technician what I would like an she did exactly what I wanted..... an even suggested something I liked better. I would definitely recommend them.

Great acrilycs recommend Henry 100%! (Only go with him) !!! Hated my pedicure it was horrible! The lady who did it was rushing and rude even though it wasnt busy. She made me bleed with the nail clipper and left my toes painted unevenly. There was a cockroach walking on the wall. Unhegeinic to the max! Im only leaving a two star rating because of Henry.

Absolutely fell in love with my nails when I had got them done Suzy did my nails she did perfect I like them thick and she did just that my pedi was also amazing this has been my go to salon for a year now and am planning on going in tomorrow as well

I normally have a good experience when I go there. Today was a different case. The man who did my nails was very rough and cut me in 4 different spots. I was there for a fill and he managed to file down my real nail to the point where it almost bled. At the end my nails look like theyre pointing inward. So dissapointed.

Whatever you do, dont go to Lee. A very rushed acrylic manicure and he charged me three dollars extra for nothing. This is not to say that everyone in the shop is like this, but his service in particular was disappointing.

The employees sit and talk in Vietnamese language, laugh and have no consideration that maybe people want to enjoy a quite pedicure. The short lady is rude, rude, rude. Prices are ok and not bad work.

Tim does such a good job on my pink and whites. He works so hard and sticks to business. I like going there.

Worst nail job ever! if i could rate it 0 stars i would have my nails were lumpy and every uneven i got an older lady her hands were so shaky she kept cutting me with the nail drill she also charged me $43 for gel nails not to mention i did not get gel nails i got regular acrylic nothing special i will never come back to this nail salon again.

Nails turned out great and the employees were friendly and professional

I went there on thursday with a friend of mine, we both had the same older women do our nails and we were both disappointed. the acrylic is lumpy you can still see our actual nails on certain fingers. we both got coffin shape nails and some of them arent filed evenly, i showed my friend one and she straight out laughed. i rarely get my nails done so I didnt know what to expect for $32 ($37 with tip) but it wasnt this.

I always go see Tim. Im picky about my nails. He does good work.

Horrible service nail tech doing my nails was to rough and was so in a rush putting nail polish looked horrible bumpy every where and dents... went back and still did a horrible job was so quick to fix issue that cut me with machine was really unsatisfied. nails looked horrible..nails are falling off and has not even been a week and a half.

Everytime Ive gone Ive loved my nails. Ocrylic and pedi. Very sanitary, gentle and make you feel welcome.

The feet part was excellent... till it got to the lady doin my nails she was bein rough on my hands. Left some of the french tip liquid on my hands ugh sooo wasnt worth $42 DONT COME HERE THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER OF 10 YEARS.

I wouldnt recommend going to this place. I went to get a pedi and it has been one of the worst I gotten. The lady that did my pedi was in a hurry to get done.
