I dont usually leave reviews, but I had to leave this one. I got seated after 5 mins but then had to to wait another 30 mins for them to start my pedicure. I didnt receive the massage for my feet or hand and I paid $64 for a mediocre job my little cousins couldve done. On top of that, I also got cut with the file on my pinky.My boyfriend came with me to get his nails done and it took them 40 minutes to start on him. He also got cut by someone else.We wont be coming back to this establishment.

For a $94 dollar expense, I expected better quality to be honest. They were just rushing even though there were only 2 of us there. The nail polish that left traces on my fingers were not removed. It was so sloppy. Theres even a bit of nail hanging. Now I have to buy acetone to fix this. Highly disappointed :(

Long story short I went here with my sister for a girls day out. We received 2 Lavender pedicures. On the menu each pedicure is $47 and comes with varies treatments.We both did not receive part of the service and I left paying $130 not including the $10 tip. So I left paying $140 when it should have cost no more than $100. We were over charged by $40.I would not recommend this as a place to take your dog none the less a place to take a loved one.Simply put there are better places you can spend your money.

An older lady did my toes, she cut my left big toe 3 times and the one next to it too. She proceeds and sprays alcohol on my foot, making the cuts burn, another lady had to redo my left foot but she didn’t clean the white around my toes from the gel polish. The restroom was a mess and dirty. I won’t be going back ever.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the service here was terrible! It was as if the nail tech was rushed. I wish I could add a picture of my full set to show just how crooked my acrylics are, not only crooked but you can see acrylic hanging of the side of my real nail. To make matters worse the polish does not cover the top or sides of the extra acrylic hanging off the sides and tops of the nails.When I tried explaining this to the nail tech she became frustrated and starting shaking her head as if I was crazy to say my nails were crooked and sloppily painted. For the high price they charge you would think their nails techs would be able to perform decent work. I’m out $50 and will have to pay elsewhere to have the bad nail job fixed, I would avoid this place at all cost.

I came to this location because of their reviews. I got a pedicure and full set. I selected the hot stone pedicure and it was amazing. The best pedicure hands down. I will be back again. I was happy to see that they were also able to work on my pedicure and full set at the same time. I was in and out in a very reasonable time frame.

I went for a pedicure and they would not tell us how long the wait was. After we waited for a long time, I asked how much longer it would be and they finally cleaned a chair for me.The towels they used were dirty and stained. They charge a hefty price, so I would expect clean towels.The lady started cutting my cuticles and was very rough. I asked her nicely to please be careful, but she seemed fluster and frustrated. She ended up cutting me and as I started bleeding she just kept working. I told her thank you but I was done. The owner came over and said it was not bad and sorry so I left...I have NECER write a bad review for anyone before, but I would hate for someone else to have to go through it.

I wish I had better things to say about this salon. My daughter and I had an appointment at 2pm. We werent seated until 3pm. I was told they were short handed that day, and honestly, I get that. I know what its like to be short handed. What I didnt understand was being told just a few more minutes for an hour straight. Be honest about your wait time. If I had known it was going to take an hour I would have just walked around the plaza with my daughter during the wait; not sit awkwardly in an over heated establishment. My daughters nails came out beautiful...I will say that much. The woman that did mine seemed rushed (rightfully so because there was a line starting) and did a horrible job. My nails arent the same length nor the same shape and one of my thumb nails is gritty under the polish. This was my first time trying the salon; disappointing. Also, they encourage cash. They do not accept credit cards; only debit cards. The establishment was clean and it was quite roomy.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I have gone multiple times in the last few days to just get a manicure. First of all they don’t want to tell you how long, they barely speak to you when your trying to ask a question they just act like they don’t hear you and walk away! I stepped out for a minute and came right back in after I signed in and they put multiple people in front of me after they told me it be a 10 minute wait then acted like they never saw me in there. It’s been at least over a year since I have gone there but even then they had such rude customer service I was hoping it had gotten better but obviously it hasn’t.

Absolutely terrible I was in a bind and saw that they were empty and had time so I stopped in and I should not have! All I wanted was a simple fill she messed up my shape the acrylic is thin the polish is thick and splotchy then when I mentioned it she started buffing my nails so hard I had to pull my hand back when I went to the front a 17 dollar full turned into 37 dollars ??? How does that happen no design at all. I showed the cashier how terrible the nails were and she said ok 32 while acknowledging that they were crooked and filed poorly!!! I will NEVER GO BACK!!!! Be very careful in choosing new nail places!!

Not bad. There was a long wait. People there didnt know how to smile. Job was pretty sloppy & I left with 6 cuts to my fingers, I hope they dont turn into an infection. I think its pricey but getting nails done is pricey in general.

They don’t have any clean towels. They claim their towels are clean but they’re gray and completely stained with nail polish. They got mad at us for asking if the towels were clean and Jabbed inside my moms toe and made her bleed to the point of crying. Totally unprofessional and not clean!

Last two times Ive been there they rush me out as soon as theyre done with my pedicure. Literally, they put the top coat on & put my sandals on, & Ive messed up my toes twice!! I know we gotta be careful with covid but come on. Theyre taking good precautions. They check your temp when you get there & make you use hand sanitizer. Plus you must wear mask. Why not let me wait at least 5 minutes so my toes can dry? Mine messed up walking from the salon to my car. Damage wasnt so noticable this last time, but Im still paying for a service & it should be done right. I will not be going there again. I will find a new place.

Wont be returning anytime soon. They were really nice but they werent very detailed in their work. The side of my nail wasnt painted, asked if they could fix it, she mentioned gel shrink. Understood. But that wasnt the case, she missed the side of my nails on all fingers. The clear part of the gel nail process is on my skin. The nail polish was above my toe nail, had to get it cleaned. The skin around my nails is peeling and super dry, probably cut too much skin off. The water was cold, didnt ask how the temp was. The hot stones were way too hot. Im disappointed, it wasnt like this in the past. I dont expect it to be perfect but these were too many mistakes. There was only 2 other customers at this time so it was due to them being busy. Compared to other walk-in nail salons this is a disappointment. Will try them again in a few months.

I went to get my acrylics filled... the guy rushed on painting my nails and the price was $37.. and fills are “$17” right? he didn’t even use gel. Lol?? And the gel one is $37 and above. The nail designs weren’t even.. nail designs it was a “pinch” of glitter and he was being stingy with it as well. He didn’t even cover up the red from my last nails. This place is literally gross, such a rip off, I will be getting my money back or someone will be repainting them, and if not that Palazzo nails I’m reporting your staff to get their license removed.

Male owner does nails super thin. Everyday my tips brake off just from normal house hold activities. Made an appt to have it fixed. Had me waiting for an hour. Horrible nails for the price. Will not teturn!

Not sure going this soon after reopening is wise! Ended up trying to go MULTIPLE TIMES, each day I waiting 2+ hours.First day they reopened and they started with a list then at some point that list disappeared because a couple hours later and I was seeing girls walking out that came in an hour after I put my name down. I asked to make an appt for the next day only to find out when I go in for my appt time, someone else took it and I’d have to reschedule or wait another couple hours.Used to love this place, now I won’t be returning.

Second time going since last year, each time the gel finger nails chipped or peeled by the second day. Ive never had this outcome at any other nail salons. I think the quality of polish is not good and/or the nails bed was not properly prepped because each day the nails chip more. For the $30 price it was a $5 job at most. The salon is nice, pedicures are great.

Been to this place 4x before . Great service I NEVER have to wait to get an appointment (given my busy schedule) I’m in and out great service, great work, but most importantly great attitude. Thank you Joey my nails look amazing. I used to go to another nail tech here in Bakersfield he did great work but had a nasty attitude. Thank goodness I don’t need to compromise anymore I found my new nail tech. Joey is funny, relatable, & professional.

The lady that was helping me was extremely rude, she was mad i didn’t get the pedicure she told me to get. She kept pinching me, didn’t remove the nail polish i previously had on it. When i realized it wasn’t off she was already done and i had already paid. I came back in and told them. She redid my toes without gloves on. Overall bad experience

I got a fill and gel applied 5 days ago, one nail has broken and 3 fingers have gel peeling off and one nail half of my gel is completely gone. I have a fourth finger that the gel is deformed and smudged. I enjoyed first being there and how my nails came out but after a day my gel started chipping and is now fully coming off.

Van is THE best! I’ve had a lot of people do my nails and Van is the best I’ve had! He’s very gentle and caring! The prices are very reasonable too!😊

This place has employees that truly pay attention to their customers specific interests. Crystal gives THE BEST foot massages EVER!! So relaxing! The pedi was awesome and lasted weeks! I love this salon!

Good service, a little pricey in my opinion. I liked my nailes, but not as much as I did the first time I went and a guy did my coffin nails. But I am still happy. I think for $45, a pedicure should have been included.

So I literally just walked out of this place really irritated. I went in with my 2 daughters who are 10 and 11. I wanted to get them kids manicures and their menu clearly states kids manicures for 13 and under is $10 with nail art on 2 nails. The lady told me it would be $20 each. I told her how is that the case when their online menu says otherwise. She told me they recently changed prices and I asked her to show me the menu they had. She grabbed it (which I could clearly see and I was right about the prices!) looked at it, asked how old the girls were and says “ok, for today it’s $10, but simple nail art like a flower only” I was like are you serious and told her never mind and walked out. I don’t care about the prices but don’t try and BS me and hike your prices up just because you feel like it. That really ticked me off. She should be ashamed of herself for trying to take advantage of us in that way.

I just had my first experience here and it was so nice! I took my daughter for her 8th birthday as a surprise for her first mani/pedi and she loved it and they were all so sweet and they went to the donut store next door and got her cupcake it was so sweet!! Tiffany did my feet and Jennifer did they my nails they both did a great job and were so nice! This place has a very nice relaxing vibe and I would totally come back again 😊

Their staff is nice. I came in with two friends. Me and one friend got saw but my other friend was skipped over 3 times and when she left they were upset and said she was next and we shocked. Everyone that came in after us were walk ins just like us. There was no logical reason to skip over her

They are charging 3$ if you use credit card so be aware of that and quality of work is really going down hill, my wife and niece went there and we got in the car drove not even a mile and their nails started peeling back and we went back for them to fix them and were very rude about it but they did fix them just be aware people.

Ive been going here regularly for manicures for over a year. Today I had the most painful experience ever, getting my acrylic nails taken off. The lady ripped off each nail with a metal tool. I cannot describe the pain I felt. My natural nails almost ripped off my finger. I kept telling her it hurt and she needed to remove them a different way. She started dripping alcohol on my nails. It only lessened the pain slightly. Ive been getting acrylic nails for 20 years! No one has ever removed them in that manner! By the end my nails were sore, bleeding and stinging. I will NEVER go there again. They lost a loyal customer today. Steer clear!!

I like coming to this place, it’s a little far out and sometimes pricey but I do it because the people here do my nails the way I like them (pretty simple), it’s never crazy busy, and staff is friendly.

I had a two HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with this salon. I got an overlay and all of my nails fell of 3 days later!! I returned to get my eyebrow waxed a couple months later and the lady WAXED MY ENTIRE LEFT EYEBROW OFF and thinned out my right to try and “match” her mistake!!! She then charged me for the service with a guilty look on her face! I will never return to this salon! Beware!!!!!!!!

This is the worst nail Salon in town! I stopped by at six thirty p.m. on a Monday for a fill they told me the nail girl left for the day. I past back by thirty minutes after pizza next door only to see them doing someones elses nails! Liars very un professional poor business.
