I’ve been to several different nail salons in Bakersfield, and this for sure is my favorite so far. I have had four different nail artist and each of them did a very well job and were all nice. I did ask a woman Q if I could book an appointment with her and she never booked me an appointment which I thought was kinda rude but, other than that situation it is a great place to get your nails and feet done!

Don’t waste your time and money here !!They talk smack in there own language, I understand there language!! By far rude rude rude!! I took my daughter in to get her nails done and they over charged me, next time ima go to another place!!

Went in to get my nails filled and a design on them. They did a wonderful job fixing my nails and getting the design beautiful. It was time consuming design but they still did it. Thank you do much i love them.Price was a little high for my taste tho. But like ibsaid the art was worth it.

Was happy with my nails not with the nail design that I asked for had to go somewhere else and ask them to fix it if youre not good at doing nail designs you shouldnt accept the task

I read the reviews before going Nd thought it was a nice place to go but I just didn’t like my nails I’m very disappointed with the work and for the price I paid for!!!! Not worth itNd after I told the guy how I wanted my nails I keep on looking at them and he said (what know )Like really who say that to a Customer!!!

They hurried everything. Didnt get the 10 min hot rock massage. Gave 2 min at most. Barely filed or cleaned the nails. Paid more but didnt get what I paid for.

Theyre very fast and friendly Lily is the best he knows exactly how I like my nails and always remembers how I like him done like I said very fast but thorough and exactly what I want every single time love it there

They did a horrible job! They didn’t do anything what I asked for and charged me way to much!! My nails chipped the Second I got them! They look so bad I am never going back!!

Overpriced for amateur work. Nail art is nothing like the pictures in their book. very disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful ❤️ Its so beautiful and clean inside and everyone is very nice and friendly. Lily is so sweet and is really good at what she does! Everyone is great there. Its a great experience and affordable, so I definitely recommend to anyone. My boyfriend went with me and got a classic mani pedi and LOVED it as well. So if anyone is curious, its well worth it. :) The chairs are amazing too haha 👌 Thank you guys so so much. I really appreciate it.

I love this salon. Each technician does an excellent job. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, accompanied by comfortable furniture. They take walk-ins and appointments so it’s always easy to get a chair. Very accommodating and wonderful people

I made a appt for a Thursday morning at 9am. The lady came out and said yea no I have a appt at 9. Im not going to be able to do your eyebrows. I told her I had scheduled my appt at 9 because I cant do it any other time. She was rude and unprofessional. She told me yea I cant I have somebody at 9 already. I politely told her I would never go back to her shop. I would go to her every 2 weeks. I wont be going there ever. This is not the first time this happens. Im just over it now.

1st time here. Very pleased with the service. Brian Did an excellent job on my manicure and Q did an excellent job on my teens full set acrylics. Will be returning for sure. 😁Came in again since last time was great.AND again Brian Did an AWESOME job on my manicure !!! 😁 will be staying with this place for sure.

Won’t go here again, i called to make an appointment she tells me i dont need one just come in i got there which by the way is 30 minutes away and the front receptionist who is not friendly told me to try back in 30 minutes..she didn’t ask for my name or anything.. so i get to my car and called so she could write my name down and save my spot, she puts me on hold and never answers, i don’t normally do this but it was not professional at all...went down the street and got my pedi and was a happy camper... this place is a joke

A fill cost 44 dollars for my step sister and she came in with all of her nails in tact so it was not a lot of work. they charged for EVERY small detail. one sticker design on ONE was 6 dollars. i could have payed the exact same at a place like essentials spa which charges the same but the fill job, atmosphere, service, and luxuriousness beat Polished Nail Bar BY A LONG SHOT. The nail job wasn’t that great either. some nails were thinner than others and weren’t the same shape(coffin shape is an extra charge too)! In conclusion, totally not worth coming here.

First time trying this place out and I can honestly say that everyone and everything was amazing. Q did my nails and woah, I am definitely going back. Love love love!

Such an amazing job by Tony! He paid attention to every detail and took his time to get my nails done right. I will be making the drive from L.A. just to come get my nails done. So worth it!!

Lee was an excellent manucurist. He was gentle and did a great job. I am a diabetic so I was concerned that the manucurist knew about diabetes. He was very careful with my nails. I was very happy.

This was my first time ever coming to this salon. Any time I try a new place I’m very hesitant. ALL of the staff made me feel super comfortable and they were all so nice. Amy did my nails, and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it EXACTLY right. She even re did one of my nails to make it look better. They have a huge selection of colors even in acrylic. David was also super nice & helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. I found my new regular salon and I 10/10 recommend!!

Worst experience ever! I received a gift to go get pampered for the day. That was not the case my gift card was for 96 dollars and at the end when I was paying they new they didnt do what they where suppose to do on my nails when I ask about it they said no they were right and only left 4 dollars on my card. I felt completely ripped off, they were so rude. I would not recommend this to my friends or my family.
