Recently Greg and team took my aged MacBook, put in a new battery THEN upgraded me to a solid state hard drive. Wow man it really works like new! 2008 iMac- apps and keyboard were wonky and crashing for days and my self-troubleshooting got me no where. Walked it into Mac and More and some sorcery came over it to work perfectly for them (they did a couple little tricks of the trade ;D) Ill call that a win. Nice guys. Very helpful with my questions.

This is a A+ establishment. I had an issue with my Mac and I brought it in and they solved my issue right there and didnt even charge me. Gregg was the gentleman who helped me and he was great, very informative and welcoming. He took the time to inform me of everything I needed to make sure my Mac was running and in great shape. So glad I came in! I had been getting annoying messages about limited space on my mac laptop. They solved this very quickly without any loss of data! Also helped my husband with his computer infected with malware.

These guys are great! When my iphone started dying quickly and not holding a charge well I reached out to them and spoke with one of the owners, Laura. She told me how affordable their replacement batteries were and also that they carry a 1-year warranty. I made an appointment to take it in at a time convenient for me and she offered to set a battery aside in preparation for that day.When I arrived another team member tested the battery and confirmed that it did need to be replaced before I signed a work order and dropped it off. I left the phone to go to lunch and it was ready when I returned, including a thorough check through the OS and other functions.Thanks Mac & More!

There are very few places that not only sell intelligently designed chargers for all things Apple, but also have a thirty day warranty. The staff were beyond helpful and gave quite a bit of invaluable advice. I cannot thank the owners, Laura and Greg, enough. Its a small family owned business with a heart of gold:)Ps my charger has lasted 90 days and is far superior to any chargers purchased before..

I was convinced that I had lost all my photos and video due to The red screen of death.(No backups, oops.) I did all I could to fix it myself but after hours of researching and troubleshooting, I gave up. I brought my iPhone to this location and within a few hours I receive a call (On my home phone) telling me its all fixed AND all my photos, videos, texts - everything was still there. Thats 3600 photos/videos or 4 years of memories that they saved. They were polite, attentive and good at their jobs. Thanks!

I wish I could give more stars, However the service was absolutely terrible. I personally went into the store twice for them to look for a cord for a Thunderbolt Display. He began to look up parts for a Cinema Display. Then they promised me both times that I would receive a call back. Never happened. I took my computer to The Rotten Apple and it was fixed within three days!

Mac and More offers amazing customer service and turnaround time on repairs. Most recently, they put my laptop up for consignment so I could avoid dealing with Craigslist and had it sold in no time. I hope to never have a computer problem again, but will definitely be using them if I do.

Frankly, I am quite surprised at a couple of the reviews for Mac Business Systems. They have worked on my computers off and on for years and I have never seen or heard of anyone who was not happy with their work. I have always found them to be very professional, complete the work in short order and have always been very informative when I have asked questions. They have never made me feel like my questions have been stupid ones and give have given me more useful information than I was expecting.Mac Businsess Systems is tops in my Apple service!

I took my apple phone to get checked out and the customer service was great! They gave me great tips on how I could save space and when Im ready for another laptop they will help me sell my old one and I can get a consignment one through them. What a deal! If you were sent here by Apple, dont waste your time. When my logic board went out on my MacBook Pro, an Apple representative sent me to this company with the promise that they covered my warranty and would repair my computer for free. Upon driving all the way across town to their shop, they said they didnt actually cover the warranty and it would cost $50 to diagnose the issue. There are other shops in Tallahassee that do free diagnoses. I recommend FloridaMac. They provide helpful insight and free diagnosis.

I had my wifes iPhone battery changed here about a year ago: they were fast and fair priced. I brought the same phone with a charging problem in today and they diagnosed and corrected the problem at no charge. They explained the problem to me and told a few things I can do to make the phone run better. They were courteous and professional, and I will gladly refer my friends and clients in the future.

These guys are the BEST in town. They will never overcharge and absolutely help you as quickly as they can. They are honest and hard working. My iphone got wet and the home button stopped working, and they dried it out for me, set up a temporary way to use a home button for me and trained me how to use it, all for $22!!! They are incredible and could of easily charged me an arm in a leg and I would of gladly paid it bc I didnt know any better. Stick with these guys! They know their s&%$! ;)

I tried Mac & More Systems because they came highly recommended. I have a special needs child and his iPad is an integral part of his day. It needed repairs and I always dread getting it fixed because of delays, cost etc.These folks took great care with the iPad, had a faster turnaround time than anybody else in town and they were very reasonably priced. Okay, If youre looking to buy a computer from here, youll just be wasting your money. Youre better off to go down to Best Buy and purchase a new unused computer.So their are Macbook 2010 and 2009 versions here that cost just as much as a Macbook Pro 15. The most those things should be are 200 dollars. Honestly, even thats too much.This business has a record of ripping people off and stealing their stuff. Then lying about what they didnt do. This place is NOT credible and basically, youre throwing your money out the window.

I have visited Mac and More several times, once to have a hard drvie upgraded, once because I broke the screen on my iPad and once because I needed advice on buying a new macbook vs. fixing my old one. They have always served me with a cheerful attitude and with what I consider to be the best advice. I took my iPad in to several different establishments to have the screen replaced. Mac and More was not the least inexpensive choice, but I felt they were the most trustworthy. And after all of my other experiences with them, I feel they are THE Apple experts in Tallahassee.

I had a problem with the display on my iPhone 6 plus and thought I needed a new digitizer. When they opened it up, it looked like a cable had come unseated and they reseated it and had me try it before replacing the digitizer. This shows a refreshing degree of honestly and integrity as they could have just replaced the digitizer whether it needed one or not. I plan to use them for all of my Apple hardware in the future and will refer my colleagues to them as well!

Horrible experience, I was mislead to think they work with Apple but they cant do warranty repairs, the charge for diagnostics, and the prices are extremely high. I took my machine to Florida Pro Computing on Thomasville and got it fixed within 3 days.

I had cracked my screens digitizer on my iPhone 4 and needed a place to fix it. I was recommended this place and decided that I would pay the slightly more expensive price of $80.00 to have my screen fixed because they were an Apple Premium Service Provider which means Apple approves of their repair process. Well I brought my phone in and dropped it off on Friday. When they called me to tell me it was ready I went down to get it the following Monday. When I got down there everything seemed ok aesthetically. But being the weary consumer I am before I signed off on the fix wanted to go through all the features to make sure they worked. The first thing I tried was to place a call. When I called the business to test it out, it would ring but not connect my call. Then when I would try to hang up it wouldn’t let me. This was not how I gave my phone to them. Everything was working prior except for a cracked screen. The repair guy, Greg Colovos, acted surprised and insisted that it worked when he tried, however now it wasn’t. So he said that he would take another look at it and call me when he fixed it. So I had to leave and comeback. I finally had to call him a few hours later after not hearing from him and asked him if he had fixed. He said he was unable to figure it out and the only thing he could do was try to do a software restore. This resulted in me losing all my data on my phone except for what I had back up several weeks ago. So they did the restore and that seemed to fix it and they said it must have been a software issue (but I don’t know how since it was working before and then wasn’t when they replaced my screen). So I finally went back down for the THIRD time to get my phone and this time everything seemed ok so I signed for it and left. However, this is not the end! When I got home I went to reset my phone to the last back up I had (which took about two hours to finalize). Once it was reset back to my user preferences I noticed the WIFI was acting funny; where I would previously get WIFI I would no longer get it at all. In fact in order to pick up WIFI at all, I would have to stand right next to my router. This was not like this before I gave my phone. Now I am knowledgeable about how the hardware of the iPhone works so I decided to take the back off my phone to check out the WIFI antenna and make sure it was intact. When I removed the back housing piece, I was appalled by what I saw. Not only had they lost the little metal connector that attaches to the WIFI antenna (which I why I was getting such poor WIFI signal), they blatantly left four of my screws out of my phone that held the heat shield on the back of the phone in place! On their website it says in bold lettering “We put ALL iPhones back together with ALL their parts and screws.” I had to go back down to the store for a FOURTH time and was furious by this point! I went in and talked to the manager and Greg, the man who worked on the phone. I told them how they blatantly left screws out of my device and he said that he knocked over the tray they put my screws in and just didn’t bother to put replacement screws in. After waiting in the store for the manager to put more screws in he finally came out and said that he could replace all the screws but one because he didn’t have one that fit! So they basically gave me my phone back with missing parts! The reason I initially chose this business is because they had trained Apple Consultants. But the sneaky, unreliable service I got was not that of an Apple certified business. I am disgusted by the service I received and the price I had to pay to deal with such a headache. DO NOT GO TO MAC BUSINESS SYSTEMS!TL;DR – Mac Business Systems did more harm to my phone then fixing my phone, and then didn’t tell me the fact that they lost my screws and didn’t put them back in. Do not got to Mac Business Solutions.

I live in GA, my wife brought her Apple iMac to them for repair. I do believe this was the worst experience doing business with anyone in my lifetime. I can not rate lower than one star. I made four trips to the store, $375 later I come home computer still not working. With that being said, I watched some YouTube videos took it apart myself, I could not believe my eyes my hard-drive was gone! They stole my money and my property. This will be a police matter now. BEWARE!!!!
