I love it! Extremely knowledgable and talented! Reasonably priced!

I was really disappointed. I’m not from the area, but needed a mani/pedi. The gentleman who did my toes… was not thorough and pretty lack luster. I had to ask him to clean around my big toes, as he didn’t even touch the area. The woman who did my nails… was a little rough with buffer tool and actually never had my gel polish removed in such a manner. Overall polish application seemed rushed and left with polish around cuticles. I later ran into the nice woman sitting next to me having her toes done, at another store. She said, look at my toes, they looked horrible! She was going home to remove the polish.

I have been going here for years they have always been great and welcoming I made a mistake a few months ago of trying a different place that was closer to my home they messed up my toe really bad and Dong fixed it yesterday he was absolutely awesome thank you again so much

I went in to get my eyebrows done--the lady did a really messed up job.. Lady didnt know how ...grrrrr...

Didnt take her time just rush through it. My toenails are half painted and my fingernails look like a 10 year old did them so sad what a waste of money😒

This place does a good job but I felt racially profiled. I was asked for my money up front which wasnt a problem. But a white lady next to me (getting the same services) didnt pay until after she was done. Wasnt a big deal but to some it may be there customer service could improve and they should take a little more time and have patience when working with customers.

I arrived to get a manicure and pedicure.I immediately noticed that they didnt have a price list of there services which I thought was odd but didnt really think much of it. While I was getting my Pedicure the guys doing it said that I should get the $40 one that I deserved I work so hard clearly trying to convince me. I said that I wanted the regular which was $25 he said that with the $25 they would not scrub my feet that if I wanted scrubbing pumice I would have to pay $7 dollars more. Then they charged me $69for both Mani and pedicure.Such a rip off.They clearly like to steal from clients and act like they just barely remodeled and havent had time to hang price list. Which they said that the remodel happened over 4 months ago. I do not recommend.

1st time going here, made an appointment with Sophie and I can say that she is the best. Great service and she is fast! I absolutely will be coming back!

I have came to this place a few years ago and wasnt too impressed.. Came today for a pedicure and it looks a lot better. The lady who did my pedicure was so nice and gentle, cant remember her name but she only works on the weekends..

The service was cool. Greeted me as soon as I walked in & asked what I wanted. Only problem is they did not give me what I asked & overly paid for. I asked for square shaped acrylic nails, the acrylics I have on now are wider than my actual nail & it looks like a nail tech who’s still in school did them. I am beyond disappointed . I will never go back & recommend you don’t either.

Awesome pedicures. Really relaxing and can do pretty much any nail art. Tons of Nail Polish to choose from. Fixed my ingrown toenail and it doesnt hurt anymore. Will fix smudges for free if you are still there.

They remodeled and took down their price charts. I used to love coming in to get my nails done, but after they over charged for plain white square nails, while also pretending they didnt see the black hairs/lines they put on them, I dont plan on coming back.

The technician talked on her phone almost the entire time and tried to charge an extra $7 for a specific nail polish I wanted. I got regular gel nails and now 3 days later the gel on my thumb is peeling off and all of my nails are super uneven. My sister got gel on her toes and they charged her $40. No prices are posted. They also charged me an extra $2 because I wouldnt pay cash.

If i could give negative stars i would! Im from las vegas and this was my first nail salon experience in Bakersfield and im seriously thinking of calling the health department on them .The super rude, very unprofessional girl that works right at the front counter did my nails and right away my fingers were hurting she tild me to not use soap when washing my hands before polishing and she did a bery poor job on acrylic she made the nailbeds way to big and she should have her license revoked forever!!!!! 4 eeeks later im still having trouble getting them off and my nails have brown mold or something on them!!!! THIS HAS NEVER EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!! I feel like standing outside that place and showing my nails to people that are about to go in to save them from unsanitary nails and get my money back!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Did not give me the work I asked for, she did it completely wrong and when I asked for her to fix she refused! Do not recommend this place
