Work looks nice but quality isn’t the best. Had 2 nails blinged out with crystals, 1. they looked like cheap crystals & 2. She put awkward sizes of them and they were falling off within 3 days. The nail tech is nice but didn’t really seem to enjoy what she was doing. Nails did take a while to do and she was live-streaming the process which did make the experience a bit awkward.

Gave me the show “Claws” vibes. Like are you a front for laundering money, because you definitely seemed very uninterested in doing my nails. She came up with like 5 different excuses of why she couldn’t do my nails and was in rush for me to leave the store. Literally a waste of gas and time. But is ok, I’ll be happy to spend my money at an actual business/nail salon. They are definitely in desperate need of a customer service course or something. And should be reminded that the actual goal of a business is to HELP customers and make money, not turn people away because your busy texting.

I’ve never been more satisfied with my nails. She’s completely amazing! She pays a lot of attention into details and makes sure that you’re satisfied with your nails. Never seen a better nail technician than her. She also creates such a comfortable atmosphere and she’s nice to talk too. Totally recommend glitz glam!

She was in a rush the whole time and didnt take her time doing my nails so now theyre bumpy on the sides. And the nail polish isnt even on my whole nail its just on the top, the sides are all bare. She needs to slow down and make sure the nails are done good. I know its just one person but if the nails are perfect then people with come back and youll get regular customers. Plus she was a little rude, she should be nicer to customers.

The owner is a racist, slow service and will not keep your place after waiting 5 plus hours. I dont recommend this place, price is good but service is horrible. Id rather pay extra for good service and fast

I went in for an acrylic coffin shape deal with my friend for $30 and honestly for the price it was really good! The nails came out cute and perfectly shaped and lasted a long time with no chips or damages. BUT when getting them done she did thin my nail immensely and it did hurt a little bit. I didn’t think much of it because they came out cute! But when taking off the nails my actual nail was very very thin and hurt for a long time and I did take them off by a profesionale. Took up to a couple weeks for my nails to fully heal. Over all Ivy is a really nice and good hearted person but does need improvements. 🤧

I had been wanting to get my nails done at glitz glam, so I made an appointment with her at 8 o’clock and when I had got there she wasn’t even there?! There had been a sign on the door saying to call this #, so I did and so she showed up. Then when I took a seat in her chair she went to go get snacks and ate them before she started doing my nails and even during. Talk about really unhygienic. I also asked if she had done pedicures and she said no, but in the reviews it says people had gotten them done? While doing my nails, she cut me I don’t know how many times and was clearly in a rush to go somewhere. When it came down to picking my rinestones for my nails, she told me and I quote “You kinda need to hurry I have a client after this at 9” So I finally get done with this set, and they’re super crooked, thin, not fully painted, and definitely not styled the way I had wanted.I also had her on snap, so that way I could see her work and designs, and right after I left she was seen at a club?! But yet she had told me she had “another client.” Clearly she didn’t care about satisfying her customer or the set done on me. So never again! Sorry Glitz Glam 👎🏼

I had the other Hair stylists looking at me the ENTIRE time like they haven’t seen bad hair before.. LITERALLY pointing fingers right in front of me, talking about me when I could clearly hear them through the noise. So they were basically gossiping about me to their clients and they too were pointing fingers at me saying “is it that girl over there”. Like... GIIIIIRL I can damn well hear you and see you. These older women looove to gossip.

She did my nails for Prom and they were good. I had glue stuck on my cuticles which I didn’t like being that all I do is eat and I could taste nasty nail adhesive while I ate my wings. Very nice lady, but can be a bit unprofessional at times. My eyebrows could’ve been done way better too.

I went to have my 2 baby girls get a manicure last Sunday . The youngest wanted a Valentine themed nail art, while the oldest doesnt like color so just wanted clear. The girls doing there nails seemed nice, place was somewhat clean. So they finished and it came down to pay. I probably should have asked first how much a gel manicure was, so I wouldnt have been in shock of them charging me $35.00 for each. For my youngest, I understand, she had little hearts glued on to each red nail and liked it. For my oldest I feel robbed because all they did was cut her cuticles and throw some clear polish on.Im not usually one to complain or give any bad reviews.....but the next day all of baby girls hearts had fallen off her nails. So I called, 4 times and no response. Unable to leave a voicemail I figured theyd receive a text since it was a cell phone they wer answering calls on. Left a respectful text asking for some type of response back. NOTHING! I was trying to see if they would fix her nails, after all we paid a good amount for them. Wednesday comes and still no call no text back so during my lunch break I head to their salon only to find a sign say Closed until further notice and I was like ok Ill try calling again. No response.Im not looking for free service or to even argue with these young ladies. Im looking for a professional response from a salon. At least let me know you can fix repaint baby girls nails... let me know policy. Respond period.I think it is VERY unprofessional the way they leave the bad reviews unresponded to. It is not a good way to continue with their service, and if not for me at least for my daughter who was highly disappointed with the outcome.

My nails are lifting two days later! They were shortened without my asking. Product on cuticle which is a no no! And where were the new tools to do someones nails?! That spreads bacteria!

After being more than an hour late opening the nail salon, my daughters waited almost 5 hours to have their nails done. A special stating 2 full set of coffin nails for $30.00 as advertised turned out to be $55.00. Called the owner and asked her to explain the new price and instead of having a professional conversation, she hung up.I dont not recommend this salon. A simple conversation of explanation could have changed the situation. Professionalism is important when running a business. This nail salon needs some major help. Just lost 4 new clients that support local businesses.

Horrible. If I could give it no stars I would! At first it looked like she did my nails perfectly. BUT the next day i noticed the work on my nails was just a no. First off, her drill was literally burning my actual nails and when i told her she did nothing but kept going. Secondly, I asked for marble and honestly it looked ugly and had no actual effort put into it. The acrylic isnt supposed to be right on top of your cuticle because it can damage your skin and hurts. Then my nails lifted 4 days after I got them!! Unbelievable. Disaster . Do not recommend this place at all.

They are very unprofessional. They told me to go back and they were not there. They said they will be open message them and they never responded. My nails were not professional and glitter was falling all out. At least they should have the nerve respond for your mistakes.

Well first of all my nails started lifting in three or four days. secondly, we called at 6 pm to see if they had an opening for two and we were told that there would be plenty of room, no appointment necessary. we walk in and are then told that the ONE person is about to take a 30 min break. we come back in thirty minutes and there are three people in line. then we have to wait for all of those people to be finished BEFORE us even though we called ahead and came in before them, it ended up being 12 am when i sat down in the chair to get my nails done and they looked halfway decent at best, also she can be a little unprofessional at times. my friend that was with me, hers were not great either. the price is good and from some other people i’ve seen that have gone to this nail salon they do a great job but i just reccomend making an appointment no matter what

BUYER BEWARE!!! For starters idk how she can really call it a business it’s two cheap manicure tables and plastic uncomfortable chairs...second HOLY unprofessional...I saw her posts on Facebook and I wanted her to do my nails so bad! her stuff looks like it would be amazing...I can’t speak to her work because I didn’t even get in her chair. I tried for two weeks to get in touch with her....including going to her shop during operating hours and it was locked with a sign on the door saying to call ( I called twice no answer) I finally get intouch with her to make an appointment and she’s over a half hour late and had me and another girl double booked. (This girl was there to have her nails fixed for lifting two days after having them done....she also claims she was met with an unprofessional attitude and was never coming back after today) . The worst part of it all I’m 90% sure she’s not actually licensed....I go to Milan for cosmetology and see girls getting their licenses weekly...I have never seen one that looks like the one she has displayed at her station and she’s missing the large framed disclaimer that you can only get directly from the state board licensing office. 35 dollar full sets is great but I would strongly suggest splurging an extra twenty and going somewhere that isn’t this much of a disaster. Good luck

Terrible customer service. I was told to be there at a specific time, waited there for at LEAST! 45 minutes. Another person walked up and hopped right in my spot. After waiting so long I needed to use the restroom and was told its out of service. According to the other reviews, its been out of service for a year. If you want to accumulate loyal customers (the people that keep you in business when recessions happen), you need to provide services that make people want to buy your product even on a bad day. I would NEVER refer anybody to this place.
