The owner and everyone was really nice except the really older looking female with more make up on her face and less hair that was unprofessional and rude on how she handled conversation with me. She stared at my 3 year old the whole time like she had a problem with her which almost caused me to end the session and show her the type of mother I can be. If I go back I won’t let her do my nails again and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone else unless you want trouble in your day.

Pedis are the best here for sure! I do get my acrylics done by Tu, hes awesome and very creative. I bring my idea and he makes it happen. Place is clean and staff is very friendly. Its always exciting to go back for a fresh set.

Its literally the worst experience Ive ever had in my whole life.I had my appointment for 10am for a mani-pedi. Got my pedicure at 11:40 I finally got my nails done at 1:30 and was taking forever because the sir doing my nails was constantly on the phone texting or calling someone.I will never be coming her again. I spent 5 hours here people who got here after me were out before me. They seem to prioritiprioritize the Caucasian Customers.I missed 3 appointments today all because these people are unorganized, cant do their job without being on their phones.Would give 0 stars but cant dont ever come here

Monstrosity of a nail salon, is unorganized and totally unprofessional. This was their second chance from me and they horribly failed once again. I booked an appointment before and they had me wait 45 minutes AFTER my set and booked appointment time block to even get me started. This time was the same occurrence but this time they were going to make me wait close to 1 HOUR after my set appointment time! This place needs to get ORGANIZED ASAP. Do not even try setting an appointment here. I happily booked an apt at crown royal nails on ALLEN ROAD and they have yet to dissapointed me :)May you all not have the same unnecessary experience that I had.

I love this place but today wasn’t the best the color I wanted was different but It’s fine but the lady who did then was in a bad mood and when I got home I realized I was bleeding she broke my natural nail and my pinky is sloppy

Huge fight between owner and an other employee broke out while I was getting my pedicure and sister was getting a full acrylic set ! I was scared for our safety ! I stood up and spoke up to which the employee working on my toes told me everything was ok to sit back down and grabbed my foot without letting go ! I insisted on leaving and mentioned this was not in any way ok ! I left with my sister never will I return ! Not the place nor the time ! Shame on them !

I have been getting pedicures here for years and I am always pleased with the results. Wonderful treatment, gentle hands, and a great massage.

My dad and I come at least twice a month and everyone is so friendly. I love the costumer service I’m never disappointed in my nails. They also do great eyebrow waxing. I 100% recommend. I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now and have not once been disappointed with the service.

Just got my nails done with my mom and they turned out so good!! this place is amazing! all the ladies and men here are wonderful! also they do amazing eye brow waxing i request this to anyone that wants to relax!!

Terrible bait and switch with prices not to mention appts should be outside which their not... This place has no regards for covid-19 and does not care for your safety has the feel of going into a speakeasy durring prohibition.....

I love this salon! Linda is my favorite and does an excellent job on my tootsies...EVERYTIME. She has a gentle touch, is very thorough in removing all dead skin, and gives a perfect calf massage.I highly recommend Princess Nails & Spa so much that even though Ive moved to Highland Knolls, its still worth the trip.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The lady that “greeted” us looked very angry and was not very friendly but because I was using a gift certificate I had to stay. A different woman gave me my pedicure. During the pedicure I could not relax because she kept digging deep into the side of my toe. After many pedicures where this usually feels great, this time was very painful. I just couldn’t wait to get it over with until the leg massage began which I did enjoy! I then had my manicure which also was nice. When I left, my toe was sore but I thought it would feel better later. The next day not only did my manicure begin to peel but my toe was swollen. I have never had an ingrown toenail but I think I may have one now. Two days later I have absolutely no paint on my fingernails and my toe is swollen and oozing. I think she cut my toenail and tried to dig out the rest but couldn’t get ahold of it so she just left it or she cut my skin that has now caused an infection. Either way it has caused my toe to swell and I now have to go to the doctor. There are plenty of shops like this around town! I suggest choosing a different one.

I got a set of acrylics and the nail tech was very very rude. On multiple occasions she would yell to her co workers and it was very annoying. I didnt appreciate her attitude neither. She kept shaking her head and acting annoyed because the hand rest kept moving. If she did not want it to move get it screwed inOr glued down. Beside that it was good. If you go i recommend the male nail tech. He was very nice, patient and overall very good at nails.

The deluxe pedicure I got done here was so worth it. The tech went all out and did an outstanding job on my nails. Each toe nail look incredible!

The most relaxing and thorough pedicure that Ive ever had. Almost fell asleep several times.Only negative is how busy they are. Expect a decent wait. Worth it tho.

I went in for an acrylic set and Lynn didnt listen to me and decided a dip powder set was better for me. I was already unhappy with what i was getting. She didnt fill my whole nail and blamed me when she never did it right to begin with. She fricken burned me multiple times with the filet and then wouldnt fix her mistakes. I have to go to another salon to get them fixed. Im never going back.

I got my eyebrows waxed here, nothing fancy but it seemed clean. The woman was very nice but also pretty rough, she pushed my head back and forth and gave me a quick coarse face massage at the end. But my eyebrows turned out very well (which I am really picky about), so I would go back.

Not a bad place to get a mani. The service is absolutely perfect. The lady got the polishing down so perfectly.

My trip here to get a mani and pedi last Friday went really well. It was a phenomenal experience. The techs took their time and did a terrific job on my nails.

Favorite place to get my nails done! Staff is Always friendly and are actually hilarious! Best selection of gels and polish colors and do a great job with manis and pedis. I drive across town to get my nails done here because they always do the best work and for a great price. Love this salon!

It literall felt like i was a being tortured by the woman who did my pedicure. She kept cutting into my skin and after I told her three times that she was hurting me and telling her to stop she finally moved on. I have a big cut on my toe (from her) and cant wear closed toed shoes. None of my toenails/fingernails are uniform in length. Some are short, some are SUPER SHORT. I wont be going back her except to show the manager what was done to my toe.

Customer Service needs a lot of improvement. Felt very disrespected. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I went to get my nails done for my birthday with a friend and we both asked for medium coffin nails and we got short square nails . My friend wanted silver glitter and got gold . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place and you can’t understand anything they say . I was very unhappy with this place and it was super expensive especially for glitter and shape it was $10 extra for each .they don’t do good detail and my nails weren’t even fully painted on the edges and they “accedently “ touch your skin many times with the drill

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes and was next in line as a drop-in when one of the techs let some woman jump the line. She even looked over at us when she let the woman cut the line. I left fuming. Do NOT come here.
