I didn’t quite catch the name of the beautiful soul who serviced me but she was very delicate and kind. Kept asking for reassurance was I okay and was she hurting me. The staff at the front were really welcoming and sweet also. I’ll be a regular there for sure 💞

Great experience. I was going to rio body wax which is around the corner but the wait was too long there so I came here. First time getting waxed by a black woman! She was very sweet and vocalized whenever she performed anything on me, got a Brazilian wax, best experience so far and wasn’t painful either. 10/10 recommend this place!!

Daisy (not spelled right) was great! She has done my body wax a few times. She is friendly as well. My next statement relates to the business. Be aware of their membership. If you have a busy schedule like me it might not be for you. They told me things differently when I signed up that they did not adhere to. They also said things were in the contract that was not stated anywhere. I emailed the person about the membership and it has been over a week and no response yet. I am not hurting for the $53 they took and never did a service but it is the front desk/behind the counter customer service I am displeased with.

The staff were dry The esthetician stated the lidocaine cream used prevented her from removing the hair properly. Not bad service but I’ve experienced better. I’ve been waxed with 4 strips / done. This was more like 6-8

Vanessa was very thorough. She not only used the hard and soft wax, she also used the tweezers to get the stray hairs off! The full body membership is a steal and keeps me on top of my regiment. See you guys next month!

I got the Brazilian and I have corse hair. It was minimal pain and no irritation. She was very efficient and nice. Definitely worth it.

Visited Body Wax Studio a few days ago. The studio is clean and the front desk person is welcoming. Keyana (sp?) provided the best customer service and sensitivity during my wax. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the experience. Even though Im not a newbie to waxing, I still like the heads up before the strip is pulled. Keyana provided that and more... The experience was amazing Daysey was so energetic, and so personable! Even though I got home and realize I had a missed spot, I was still happy with my overall experience!! The fact that I’ve used other wax places near them, and never had it where they sent me a reminder text that my appointment was coming up was so convenient for me! I came here to get a sugar wax. Also it’s my first time getting a wax and my experience was great. I was told a lot of horror stories about how much pain it is. It felt like a sting. I al got my underarms waxed and they were more painful than vah jay jay wax. However the only thing I didn’t like was I noticed a few hairs. She adviced me it was visible hairs because they where to short to tweeze out. I love my smooth appearance and it feels very smooth. They had great customer service and I scheduled my next appointment. I recommend coming to this place as well.

Tried them for the first time today and truly left satisfied. Kianna (I believe is her name) did an amazing job. Was very helpful and informative and made what is typically an uncomfortable, awkward situation very pleasant!

I got a Brazilian wax and although the ambiance was nice and the young lady was nice. It has never taken 14+ hard wax strips to complete a Brazilian. It felt like she was taking small patches of hair vs. top strip, two sides, bottom and clean up. She started to with my outer lip and then moved up. It wasn’t a good experience and she is nice but it’s the worst wax I’ve ever received in the last 10 years. Please pull quickly and place larger portions of wax versus small patches or wax.

I will continue going to this location. Vanessa is great. Shes very professional and thorough.

Have been here before and this time the place was a little less tidy and organized than when I had first visited. The room I received my service in was not well kept. The counter was cluttered and had lots of wax and junk on it. My appointment started about 15 min late, however my service was fast and the technician did a great job. Will return.

I have been going to Dayse for the past 7 years and she never disappoints in her services! I have went from the McDonough location which is 15 minutes form home all the way to camp creek to get my services from Dayse! I’ll follow where ever she goes!

It’s been several months since I last used this service. The young lady that helped me today was so patient with me. Every 10 seconds I stopped her because it hurt so bad. I truly commend her for her service. If it were me I probably would have walked out. I didn’t get her name but I want to thank her for helping me today.

I got a Brazilian wax(my first time) this past Sunday and yes it did hurt! However, alma assisted me with my wax and she made my first time very pleasant! She was patient, kind, funny, and she had good energy. Her playlist was dope too! She had the old school jams playing😆 I’ll be going back every 3-4 weeks and Alma will be the only who can ever wax me again(did I mention she’s black!?) A+ for me!

Made an appointment for a wax and they called me as i am on my way to my appointment to tell me that the person that is doing my wax wasnt there and that i can come next week. Like no i made an appointment for a reason. And the person on the phone got rude with me because i told her im not cancelling my appointment that they will need to find someone to do it and she still cancel it so you will not get any business out of me.

This was my first wax it is no were near as painful as movie protrade it to be. My skin is smooth now the person that worked on me was very gental and patent.

This was my first time at this business. I came home from Florida for the weekend. The only thing I did not like was the wait time. I am used to waxing been done differently. I was not asked for my preference (little hair or no hair) but other than that, it was a okay experience. If I am in need again when I come home, I will try them again and just be vocal.

This place is very clean and beautiful! Iva does a wonderful job and the reception is great as well. All the ladies here are wonderful! I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for an experience that will keep them running back☺️.

Alma is great! She takes her time but she is very thorough, makes sure you are comfortable, and makes sure youre informed throughout the procedure and including aftercare.

Took forever for them to start my 1,758.00 refund. Manager did not want to speak to me. I was being told he was in a meeting but every-time i asked a question he some how gave them a answer to give to me. I still haven’t gotten a refund I stay hrs away from the camp creek location I can’t keep running back and forth trying to get my money... if I don’t receive my money soon I will contact the police and file a lawsuit

I use to drive 55min to McDonough just for the services... I’m so happy she opened up the Campcreek location which is way closer to where I live. Now my commute is only 25min. Very nice and cleaned. However when I got home and took a bath to remove wax I found hair still down there not cool at all. Getting a wax is very painful but worth it. This time I felt like it wasn’t worth all the pain considering I still had hair, I wanted bald!!!!! It wasn’t a lot of hair but definitely wasn’t bald. Probably won’t go back. Very nice lady very clean but not worth it.
