Joey at the Round Rock, TX office was awesome! He sat us down, took the scans, and answered every question we had about the process. He made sure to really walk us through every step and made sure we were well taken care of. I thought he was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall gave a GREAT first impression of Smile Direct. No slingers yet so we can’t speak of the quality of the actual product yet, but we are excited about starting the process. The scan was very detailed and I look forward to getting the box.

I had a very good experience at the Round rock location. Nadine, my smile guide was very kind and professional! Plus it was not awkward at all. I never felt uncomfortable and she made sure to tell me everything I needed to know plus everything went by really smoothly.

When first doing my impressions it was a little hard and the whole process was painful in a way. My impressions never turned out right so I decided to get a 3D scan. The scan was by far the best choice I could have made. If anyone gets the chance to do smile direct club, go for the in person 3D scan. You will not regret it.

I went for a free scan at the castle dental in round Rock for my smile direct club retainers. Joey helped me and was very friendly/informative. I cannot wait to get my aligners and have a better smile. Plus they offer tons of perks with your aligner package :)

I completed my original set of liners wearing them all day and night every day. My lower teeth were still not aligned after completing the set.I went back to the office and was told that I could get another set to finish the process. I was ok with the answer so after taking some new pictures I went home and waited for my aligners. What I did not know is that they charged me again for a whole new set. So I paid twice. I feel that we made an agreement, I would pay them a set price and in turn they would send me aligners to straighten my teeth. Not only did they not complete there end ( my teeth are still not straight) but now my bite is way off and I have been charged twice. Now I need to go to a real orthodontist to get my teeth straightened and my bite realigned.Beware!!!!

They were primarily interested in getting me to commit by giving them approval to charge my credit card for advance ordering of the aligners. They promised that I would get an email within 72 hours from a dentist or orthodontist about whether I had been approved for treatment and including photos of what my finished smile would look like. However, nine days later I have still not heard from them as to whether I have been approved or not for treatment, only an email saying they are working on it. It has given me the perception that they are primarily interested in getting my money rather than meeting my needs for straightening my teeth, and also that communication with the professionals during treatment would be difficult or impossible and not at all what had been indicated. Very disappointed in this company.

I was sent aliners in a buble envelope and not in a kit as I should have. Ther were no insturction, no dental wax, I mean none of the items I was suppose to receive. I have spoken to Smile direct on the phone, by chat and text to try and resolve this problem and they seem to be tone deaf. It has been three weeks and I have not received the items that they should have sent in the beginning and promised to send after speaking to them. I would not recommend this company.

$2150 is what you will pay for 24 months of aligners whether you need 6 months or whether you need 20 months of aligners. Thats how they average out the $80 a month.So it would cost me $358 a month to straighten my teeth because Im at about a 6-month corrective program.I kind of thought something was a little bit sketchy when I walked in and these two gentlemen wearing blue jeans, a T-shirt and Blazer.Your free whitening kit is a 2-DAY whitening kit that you plug into your phone... Really?!Unless you know you need about 2 years worth of teeth straightening this will be a waste of your time.One selling pitch is that it takes most people an average of 6 to 8 months to straighten their teeth out. Well then why is Smile Direct Club charging everyone for 24 months if it takes an average of 6 to 8 months?Its not really a bargain at $300-350 a month.

The representative did not take time to explain anything, kind of just rushed through. I did not tell them that I had a consultation with another company 2 days ago, just to see how much information would be provided... they fell really short in that department. Even though their service is a little cheaper I went with the more expensive company based solely on customer experience.

I really liked the staff at this location so this review is not specific to this location. This is a company review.I wanted to caution people before choosing SDC. It took about two months for the aligners to be sent to me (versus 4-5 weeks like they said). Two of my aligners so far do not properly fit and I have been on multiple calls with SDC to discuss. They say its a manufacturing error and ETA for new aligners is 3-4 weeks. They recommended I skip the bad ones, but then I feel like I am not getting what I paid for. I was on the phone for one hour in a cyclic conversation with the rep about getting transferred to speak with the customer care (CC) team. Note - she was the one who brought up having me speaking with them. She would put me on a hold, then tell me they can give me 50% off one retainer, then I would ask if she was going to transfer me to CC, then she would put me on a hold again and then bring up the retainer discount again. This happened three times until she finally was frustrated and transferred me to CC. CC was also not able to help me and told me all I could do was wait for new retainers to come back, or just have me send back my aligners for a refund.

I schedule my appointment online, came in a few minutes early. Uli, escorted me to the scan area, greeted me and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. He explained everything and made sure I didn’t have any questions. I am very please with the customer service and very excited to receive my aligners.

It was pretty quiet, clean, and the people working there were awesome! I felt respected and not uncomfortable like I was worried I would. I was out within 30 minutes at the most. They did all of the work they needed to in order for me to get set up with the aligners and they made sure that they had everything correct so I have the best experience possible. I was walked through the entire process and had all of my questions asked. I was worried I was going to have to pay a lot to get invisalign (which is so much more expensive and I was told itd take more than twice the time to get my teeth where I wanted them), but smile direct club had a more affordable price and I was told that as long as I where the aligners how Im supposed to, I can have the smile I want in only 6 months!

My review is based solely on the initial visit, not the use of the product. Went for the 3D scan for my teenager. Everyone was very helpful. They answered all of my and my daughters questions about everything from how there aligners work to payments. The scan itself was quick and painless. There cost, even without using insurance, is significantly less than traditional braces and other clear aligner brands. I will be giving them a try.

I was late for my appointment because I got lost, however, they were very nice about it and very accommodating. The people were friendly and the first process for taking the impressions of my mouth was a piece of cake. I was in and out in 30 minutes and should receive my “liners” in about 4 to 5 weeks. I am not sure that is what they call them. I am very excited about the whole thing. They gave me a whitening system to use before I get my clear liners or braces or whatever you call them.

Over 2 years of wearing the braces for 23.5 hrs a day, I gave up. In fact, my teeth are now worse than before I started. After every 3 months with no results they ask me to come back in for another consultation. Each time they sent new braces and the results gradually got worse. I wore braces 20 years ago and my teeth were not bad at all. I wanted braces to help regain the alignment I had. I basically ended up spending $2500 for free teeth whitening. I will say the staff at the Cedar Park location is very friendly and wanting to help.

It was easy for me to get in and have a conversation with them.. They made me comfortable and answered to every question that I had.. Its my last week of the treatment and I’m pretty much happy with the result 😊

Uli and Tania made my experience here great!! They were both friendly and professional. I appreciated that they made the process quick and painless. I was impressed by the technology used to create the 3D map of my teeth, and Uri performed the scans flawlessly. These scans are absolutely superior to making impressions yourself at home, and the precautions taken at the Lakeline location for the current pandemic made me feel confident I was not putting myself at risk.

This place is on of the best orthodontist’s I have ever been to. After dealing with some other issues they brought me and did exactly what I was concerned with. I would highly, highly recommend them. Amazing staff, upbeat music and super friendly!

Would highly recommend going to the actual onsite location rather than the at home kit. Both are great but the at home kit is tricky, and in person is a super easy and quick process.

5 months of wearing my aligners as directed and my teeth didnt move. Another 4 months added to it and they still didnt move. $1800 and 9 months of being uncomfortable for absolutely nothing. So extremely disappointing.
