I cant stand the Dentist. Ive had way too many experiences that make the dentist an incredibly stressful and frustrating place for me to go. I get anxiety just booking an appointment. Yesterday I felt some pain in one of my teeth and even though Im paranoid about the dentist, when something feels wrong, I go in right away. Rather than go to the dentist I have been seen for a few years that Ive never been impressed with, I reached out to a friend for a recommendation. He connected me with Avery Ranch dental yesterday and I was able to get in this morning to see Dr. DeCoursin.The experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff is polite, friendly, and makes you feel taken care of. There is a clear process in this office and I never felt like I was lost or out of place, everything was explained clearly and effectively. Dr. DeCoursin has the type of doctor temperament that you both feel and hear. She immediately made me feel confident and comfortable.I am transitioning all of my business to this office and setting up a cleaning. Even though its about 45 minutes away from the house we just purchased, the drive is absolutely worth it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I attended to get a new crown as the old one I had felt and I lost it. They took care of me and realize since there was already some work done per the prior crown they didnt have to charge me for those items resulting in a lower out of pocket expense for me. Thanks for their honesty and great quality of work. Dr. explained me the procedure and was very careful to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have going to them for years since they keep providing great service!

Dr. Lowrance was so awesome, very good attention to detail and patient comfort. Throughout the process she assured I was comfortable as can be and she was very thorough on informing me on what she was seeing and doing. Thank you so much Dr. Lowrance and staff! Your staff was so great and friendly in this experience from the entrance into the building to the checkout assistant. Yall are the best!!!

Dr. Lowrance is very nice and professional. I’m very pleased with the new crown. She cares about her patients, and provides professional suggestions/plans according to your budget which works best for your health.
