I loved my frontal veneers! I was so nervous to make this decision since it was my two frontal teeth but I do not regret it. My smile is perfect now. Dr. Andrea is the best and she did such a great job with explaining each step of the process. Definitely recommended.

I hate going to the dentist. Needing some minor work, I stopped at BLVD and found all the personnel to be friendly, and helpful. Dr. Blithe handled the repairs to my 15 year old dental work expertly and laid out options for the future.I will be returning for the needed major work!

You need to be diligent about showing up to your appointments and book any appointments ahead if you think youre going to need them for orthodontics. If you screw up it could be a month before you get new retainers.

They are always friendly and their hygienists are very professional and thorough, very good technique. They are not pushy and they won’t try to sell you extra services while drilling your mouth, like other practices. But they make sure, you know what’s going on with your teeth and what to prioritize.

Ive been in Austin six years and finally found a dentist I love! My husband and I switched to them in the summer of 2020 and they have been fantastic. They remembered our names from the first day, it is easy to book appointments with them and they are always so so kind. Ive never loved going to the dentist, but BLVD makes it painless and I dont dread it like I used to. Great place, highly recommend!

The staff members were very accommodating and polite. I expressed my fears of the dentist due to past experiences and they were very understanding. This was honestly my best experience at the dentist in my 28 years of life! I have finally found a dentist that I am comfortable with and have the eagerness to go to my next visit. Isabel and Christine were very sweet and answered all my questions. Heather was absolutely fantastic! I normally dread getting fitted for molds but she managed to make it painless & quick. What an amazing experience I had today at BLVD :) The front office staffexemplified above and beyond customer service and to top it off, my Hygienist Joshua was out of this world with his expertise and chair manners.

Ive never written a bad review before, but I wish someone had warned me about this place. I had to get a crown done recently. When I went in to get my initial fitting, they introduced a women who was interviewing for a position and would be shadowing their work. They seemed to be busy that day. After a little time with the dentist, I realized that the woman who was interviewing with them was doing my temporary crown with ZERO supervision. The dentist never checked her work. I went home and within a few hours the temporary crown crumbled. I had to take off work again the next day to get it fixed.On this second visit I was helped by a dental assistant. The process of changing out the crown was painful and again, the dentist never checked to see if everything looked good. My tooth was in pain for the next two weeks but I honestly did not trust any of them enough to complain and have them check on it.I was hopeful that my final fitting would be better, but it wasnt. It was an incredibly painful experience that took twice as long they told me it would take. Ive gone to many different dentists over the years and Ive never had a negative experience before. At BLVD, I had 3 in a row.

This is the first dentist office I’ve used in Austin and I definitely won’t use another! From booking my appointment to leaving the office, the staff has been amazingly kind and wonderful. Full transparency this place is the best place to get your teeth cleaned. I haven’t been to the dentist in years, I hate the dentist. But my gums were in a lot of pain and i bit the bullet. Dr. Blythe and her workers took the time and explained to me everything going on and picked out the best treatment for me, everyone working there is so compassionate and it’s such a lively and up beat office. Dr. Okulist is the absolute sweetest and is most personable, not to mention extremely considerate and always asking questions about your comfort level. We also liked that they never pushed any optional products, medicines, or services, something many healthcare professionals are often guilty of doing. They are extremely transparent and we would happily recommend to those who are shopping for a new dentist in the area.

This office is professional and very caring. My dentist filed down a rough space that has been bothering me for months and advised me to get a hard plastic nightguard for my grinding. The X-ray tech is great and placed the equipment so it didn’t pinch or hurt. My hygienist Reef is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had. For the first time ever I had a pain free cleaning. As someone with a retainer and a recurring problem area, this means the world to me. This offices motto is compassionate and stress free and you can see it in every interaction with the experienced staff. I’m looking forward to using Blvd for years to come.

Please, do not go to this dentist. This was truly the worst doctor visit experience of my life. I scheduled a standard consultation and cleaning and was met with a $150 treatment plan (I have never had a cavity in my life). I was told I could not have a cleaning today but would need to come back for a follow up appointment per the treatment plan which would not be covered by insurance.I did not want to proceed with the treatment plan and will now wait 6 months until Im eligible through insurance for another consultation and cleaning - most definitely at another dentist.This place is a scam.

I have to Reef, my hygienist, and the Dentist, Dr. Blythe were amazing. I have huge anxiety issues with going to the dentist, but for the first time in probably 6 years I felt like there is hope in correcting my dental issues.I’m extremely happy that i received the referral for this office, but even more excited with the team that is working with me.The only negative was when it came to the explanation of my dental plan. The person whoExplained the plan to me didn’t really explain anything and I had to ask Reef and Dr. Blythe for a true explanation and understanding. This person was more focused on the accounting portion than the actual procedures.

I have very high dental anxiety and they slow things down for me. They explain every step so I wasnt surprised. I see Dr. Blythe and the hygienist I believe his name is Reef. Reef is great, he helped distract me when I was getting nervous. I have requested to work with him every time. The new policy is to wear a face mask and the entire staff wears them properly and they have made visable changes to comply with this new pandemic policy. It was my first time with them . I had an appointment and also my two year old. I was supposed to have someone come with me to help but at the last minute they backed out so I was nervous on how it was going to work with me doing an exam and my my daughter doing her exam at the same time without someone she knows with her . I had my deep cleaning performed with BLVD Dentistry back in 2019. They had my dental records. I was experiencing pain in my wisdom tooth last month. So, I just called them and walked in to the office (due to covid-19 they are not scheduling appointments) to see what can be done. The dentist never saw me nor examined me. All that happened was that the receptionist looked at my previous records and suggested that I go to an oral surgeon.Now they have billed my insurance company just for that walk-in and talking to the receptionist as a full examination and consultation visit. As a result, I have to pay out of pocket to my oral surgeon.Will never go to BLVD Dentistry again.They are robbing their patients.

It had been ten years since I had last been to the dentist due to high anxiety (I made a resolution to make it to the dentist this year - it only took me ten months). When I made my appointment request, I disclosed this information and they actually read the notes. Not only did the person that called me back to schedule the appointment include this information in pairing me with my dentist, everyone else had read the notes prior to my appointment and made sure that I was informed and comfortable the whole way through, and I have a feeling they treat all new patients this way regardless. I would highly recommend. I wish I could remember all of the people that worked with me (I had appointments on back to back days), but Reef (oral hygienist, I believe) was excellent and so was Dr. Blythe. The employees working the front desk were also exceptionally professional and competent at explaining my insurance and the cost of procedures. Youre in good hands with these people for sure.

Customer service here is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I scheduled my 6 month cleaning 6 months ago; I confirmed the time with the hygienist. Today I show up and they tell me I have to reschedule, I’m a half hour late. Bulls&@t.

I was misinformed about a root canal by the person I spoke with at the front desk. The lady told me that the endodontist would be able to sedate me for the procedure which was not true. When I got there for my root canal, I was under the impression that I would be sedated. I found out IN THE CHAIR BEFORE THE PROCEDURE that sedation was not an option and I left on the spot. I do not like being lied to, especially when it comes to dental surgery. I decided to schedule my appointment elsewhere.

It was my first visit and I had an overall good experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I only give it 4 stars because I had no actual work done as yet and have to go back for dental work but from my first visit I am sure I will be satisfied as well. I had a super thorough consultation and exam on my first visit clear and concise explanation on each and every tooth and the plan and work that needed to be done to get my mouth healthy. I was happy with the price plan as well and payment was explained very clear. Will definately recommend them to anyone. Had my first work done and had a good experience overall

Some heroes wear dentist gowns. Dr. Blythe is that hero. And she does it with class. Whoever said that the best surgeon’s have an ego have not met her. I am not a trained professional by any means and I could tell that my surgery was quite difficult. In the end it was Her telling Me how great I did. I cannot give enough digital stars or tell enough friends how incredible this doctor is.

Dr. Blythe is a great dentist and the technology they have to construct state of the art crowns is much better than the bite mold technology most other dentists offer.My crown fits better than any other crown I’ve ever had.10/10 would recommend

They do a good job cleaning my teeth, very quick and professional and they dont try to upsell me like some dentists out there. They also have implemented lots of safety procedures to help prevent covid so I feel safe going there.
