Im so happy I came to VMC. I had an idea of what I wanted, but they really made it come to life! Everyone was friendly, and they definitely tailored to my vision for my nails! Got a pedi, I got the deluxe, so relaxing! Def recommend.

Meh. The tech was an older guy and he worked fast, but didnt seem to want to be bothered with the colors I was looking for. I wanted a variety of different pink colors and I actually picked some and he just chuckled and came back with another set of colors to show me assuming because he didnt understand or something. To simplify it for him, I picked these colors which came out nice. He was also very rough. He then walked me over for my pedicure and didnt turn the water on and so I waited until the pedicure tech came by to do so.. I asked the woman that did my pedicure if I could get a color like the ones on my hand and she just sent me to the wall to pick.... I asked her because I thought she could help.... Id previously asked the guy who didnt understand me. Im willing to give them another try because of the other good reviews, but dont want to be bothered with these other 2 techs again. They also didnt offer me water or anything, but did to others. Maybe I was too brown for them 🤷🏾‍♀️. Well see when I come back next time for services so that they can service my brown self again. Hopefully theyll do a better job.

Vincent did an amazing job on this full set! It had been over a year since I had even stepped foot in a salon, and this was my first time at VMC Spa Pro so I was nervous. I had 2 reference pics of options but couldn’t make up my mind so I asked him to do a combination of the 2. He did NOT disappoint! His attention to detail was impeccable and he took his time referencing the 2 pictures. He was also very gentle when trimming my cuticles & buffing/sanding down(?) my natural nails before applying the extension. I will coming back when from way down south in Kyle to see him from now on!

I got a manicure with gel and I Love It!! Very reasonable price. Ive been here twice Ill be back. Great location also so close to my home.

I love this place, Lisa is on top of appointments and they are in a good location and its clean and tidy. Great selection of colors and styles and I love the gems they put on for me! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. It was the first time my husband got a pedicure and he said it was the best his feet has ever looked. Im absolutely over the moon with my pedicure and manicure service. Maria took her time on my polish and they look perfect. We definitely plan on coming back on a regular basis!

Not only did the guy not acknowledge how I wanted the nails done he coated everything with the coat matte towards the end causing the blue to loose it’s color when brought to his attention the didn’t want to fix and still paid full priceThe guy was also wearing gloves that were literally falling apart and only changed it when he was sanding my nails down with the little machine due to him wearing a bandage and it got caught sending the bandage sticking to my skin very poor cleaning space I loved this place but I’m never coming ever again

This is my second time here. First time was good, I had a mani and pedi. This time....it looks worse than when I do them. I tried mentioning it, but she “fixed” it and went on her way. I won’t be returning.

I have been here many times but today is the day I am very satisfied. I had my pedi done with Emily she was very good on giving service. I loved feet massage specially.

I’m upset that I have to write this, but my experience today was terrible. I’ve been going to VMC since they opened a few years ago. But today I walked in for a gel manicure (same thing I always get there) and they kept shouting “full set?” at the check in. When I was brought back, the nail tech named Lee didn’t even greet me and just started buffing my nails aggressively. Halfway through the buff he said “full set, right?” And I had to correct them again and say “No, gel manicure.” He starts laughing and speaking to the nail tech behind me as if they’re making fun of me? He continues to be aggressive with my hands and nails. The buff almost burned from how hard he was going. Then he starts to pain my nails without a light. I had to remind him to get the UV light and I think that made him upset. After he applies the base coat he slams the UV light on top of my hand but doesn’t turn on the light, then transfers the light to my other hand... but I had to tell him he never turned the light on. He laughs again and let’s the light cure my coat for like 10 seconds instead of the full 30-60. He forgets to turn the light on a SECOND time and I tell him again. Then he replies “UGH WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME?!” He then rushed the rest of the manicure and finished it off with a lot of cuticle oil (my hands were so greasy). Then he just writes my ticket out, slaps it in front of me, gets on his phone and says “thank you...” without even looking me in the eyes. I was so confused. What terrible customer service!! I asked him if he had a towel to rub off the oil, and still without looking at me he just points behind him to the hand washing station. This is the first time I’ve ever been treated badly here, but this is definitely the last visit. Lee is awful and I hope VMC realizes how bad he is for business.

I really want to like this place more than I do because it’s right by my house. They do nice nails and the prices are good. However, every time I come here I make an appointment because I want to be courteous and be sat quickly. And every time I come here I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to do my nails. While this isn’t an extraordinarily long time, it’s an inconvenience to me and it kind of defeats the purpose of making an appointment. I would suggest coming at an off time. Otherwise you’ll be made to wait: appointment or not.

I’ve been coming to VMC nail for about 4 months now with Hân as my nail tech. She always makes sure to do quality work that I’m never disappointed in. VMC also makes sure to keep a sanitary environment. I see them regularly change out tools and put down clean barriers for items being reused for the next client.I gave them a 5/5 and can confidently recommend them to anyone!

We have come here for years now but recently the lady who manages the salon has changed. Every time we have been she’s been extremely rude and abrasive with me and the family and friends I’ve brought in. Not only us but other people of color. I’ve also seen the way she treats the white and white passing guests. She’ll fluff their pillows, give them drinks, and even discounts on their services. I’m disgusted by the treatment and customer service and won’t be coming back. I wanted to review this business so all other people of color know before going.

Update- 3-27-2021Christy out did herself again she did my set in 50 minutes and exactly what I wanted!!!Update- 12/16/2020- Christy did my nails for my bday i showed her a picture and she went above and beyond. Im so in love with my unicorn bday nails.6/6/2020-Kim did my set and I am really happy with the neon yellow ombre. She is quick and does a great job.

Was waiting to get serviced seemed pleasant until a client left from pedicure and they didn’t clean up and sat next person in same dirty chair very unacceptable!!!!!

I got my nails done here and my nails hurt really badly. They overtrimmed my cuticle and the gel burned my hands with parts on the skin while they cured it. They used dirty gloves and cut my natural nails down to almost nothing. I definitely do not reccomend this place.

Might have just been the guy I had, but he finished a full dip set in 30 minutes. It was all over my cuticles and I asked him to fix it but it was barely salvageable. Three days later, two nails started peeling off and I called to see if I could come in to fix them. I made an appointment and when I showed up they acted like they never got my call. Waited about 30 minutes then left.

Worst experience with a Nail Salon in years. Dont waste your money going to this place.

The service isnt what got me, its the actual work. The service is great, but i was very specific and repeated myself multiple times in my wanting a MATCHING set. These are the colors that they claimed were matches from dip (mani) and shellac (pedi). They are clearly not the same. I understand that not all the colors HAVE exact matches but thats why i asked to the ones that do. Also, i didnt actually get any kind of manicure my nails were just dipped. No soak, no cuticle push back. I asked for a very simple flower design on my left hand ring finger. I dont know what this is, but its ugly. For a plain jane pedicure, the place would be great. I recommend the milk and honey. But dont expect to really get what you ask for.

Christi is the best nail tech. She makes my nails look amazing everytime and they last for 3 weeks, which is saying a lot because I work with my hands in a kitchen.

Lisa does a thorough job every time she does my pedicure! She takes her time and makes sure she is careful not to hurt me when she gets my side skin and nails. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and is not afraid to spend time on getting it right! Every time I have made an appointment, I have never had to wait to be seated, which is how it should be BUT is not always how it is. They do a good job managing the books and keeping things in order!

Okay so, the establishment is clean but not very much communication . The young lady helping me had a lot of texting while assisting me, even took it upon herself to tell me she was going to run next door to Starbucks 😶😶 .... Not bad but not my first choice . Hope this helps !

I walked in and showed the staff a picture of what I wanted. (It was a two color ombre). The nail tech said she could do it and then proceeded to paint my nails solid black. I politely told her that want what I wanted and showed her a picture of what I wanted (again).She failed at doing an ombre several times, gave up, and told me someone else would have to do it. She even blamed me for not asking for dip-powder at first because it would have been easier for her to do. She left to go take care of another customer and left me at the table alone for 15 minutes and no one came by. I got up and went to the cashier to pay for the gel polish removal she did on my existing nails. At this point I just wanted to get out of there-- but suddenly (as I was trying to pay) 3 different nail techs approached me and said they could do my nails. One looked at my nails and they would have to take off my existing acrylics first. (even though the first tech was just going to do my nails as-is?) After telling them several times that I just wanted to leave, they finally let me pay for the gel removal + tip for the nail techs time. I wish this was where this story ends--but its not! The next day I woke up to a severe allergic reaction on my fingertips and hands. Im so bummed that this happened and wont be going back again.

When I walked in I was greeted so nicely. I had a hard time deciding between two colors and she helped me find a way to use both and still look classy. She was wasy on my hands and while removing my old set. At the end they suggested some cute gems and they look so good! I am so happy with the service and the location is easy to find. I will be going back regularly. If you are looking for a salon this place is it! I may even get my lashes done next time too as they offer a number of services at VMC! #RnR #girlygirl

If you are going for manicure/pedicure that is fine.I had the most terrible experience waxing my eyebrows, Amy changed my shape 100%, I look like I dont have eyebrows, super thin, without armony,, she was in a rush probably trying to leave, she was speaking in other language, and that is not preffesional at all, right now I am just hopping time flies, I look really bad. I dont know how she could do this to me, is she a proffesional? Did she have a bad day? Does she understand english? I dont know, I dont feel good at all.For those who understand, our eyebrows are really inportant, sometimes that hair does not grow anymore, If I could go back in time I would never go there for waxing =(

The staff offered drinks as soon as I arrived to my chair and my nail tech Nchia made sure I was happy with each step of completing my nails. I read the reviews prior to coming and I have to absolutely agree with all the 5 star reviews... by far the best experience from a nail salon Ive had. I had gel pedicure and manicure first time at VMC . It so wonderful and relax. The lady did my pedicure she so nice and friendly. I will comeback. The price is great. I recommend to come here enjoy the pedicure.

John just did my fill on my acrylics and he was quick and they look beautiful!! No matter who I work with, though, I always have a great time. I work food service, so I have them make them thicker, and since then I haven’t had a chipped nail. They offer drinks too which is awesome :) 10/10 would recommend.

I went here for an SNS manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine except for on my second coat he didn’t remotely get anywhere near the cuticle which I didn’t notice until I left so you can see very obvious line between the first and second coat. Terrible. Also, I paid $40 for an SNS manicure which chipped on the tips on six out of 10 nails within four days! The woman did not do the typical SNS process that I’ve had over and over before so clearly she didn’t know what she was doing. I probably should go back and make them redo it but I honestly want nothing to do with this place. No clue how their ratings are so high.

First time in today, and very pleasantly surprised. Courteous staff, lots of color options, very clean! They use disposable tub covers and I watched the tech remove clean tools from a sealed bag, and watched another tech walk through and clean each station. My pedicure was well done and the price was right. Ill be back!

I was leery of finding a new pedicure person and considered driving back to Katy to the one that I trust but I made the leap and the experience was very good. Lisa did an expert job on my toes, feet and fingernails. She works efficiently and quietly and is quite expert. I will never fear allowing Lisa to handle my toes. The place is clean, nice and energetic with happy groups of people having fun. There was a group of male and female wedding party friends enjoying a margarita and pampering after an apparently rousing bachelorette party the night before. It was quite fun to experience their joy by osmosis. Everyone is complimenting my bright blue beautiful nails and they feel great!

I really enjoyed my first experience here, we just moved and this place was so close so I decided to give it a try. The salon itself is beautiful and I didnt have to wait at all, I did get here on a weekday right when it opened though. I just got a classic pedicure and I really liked that the lady who did my toes did not pressure me into getting something more expensive. She offered me a drink when I sat down and was very sweet the whole time. The leg massage was long and felt great, and she did a great job on my toes. Im thinking this will be my new go-to nail salon!

A friend introduced me here and I got the Milk & Honey Pedicure for $45. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing, my feet felt fantastic afterwards! Definitely coming back!

Tao did an amazing job on my nails today. Most times when I get dip they dont bother to cut my cuticles and he took the time to do that, as well as just be very thorough in making sure they look great. I am very happy, and will definitely be back!

I worked with Cyndy as a first-time walk in, because of the reviews. I had old acrylics that desperately needed to come off, and Cyndy handled it like a pro. She’s efficient, kind, and very gentle, I was glad to tip and give her a bit extra. Plus my new SNS nails look stellar, with all the care she took for them. Will be coming back!

Went to this shop. Never again. I asked if they accepted walkin and I was told yes. Asked for a pedicure and eyebrows. But after getting my pedicure they told me they only do eyebrows by appointment. The pedicure was not good at all. They didnt get the dead skin off eventhough they advertise the basic pedicure comes with callus removal it doesnt. Also the prices online are incorrect its $5 more that the price on line. This is not a spa they dont offer and drinks or spa services services.

I used to go to a salon I lived in Round Rock and I swore no one could match their level of service, then I found VMC. Their prices are good, technicians are friendly, and they have the best margaritas around! My husband even enjoys coming to get his own pedicure! I highly recommend you stop by and give this shop a chance!

I had SNS today and my mom got gel pedicure. It so amazing. They have alots gel polish and regular polish to choose. The staff here so nice and friendly. They offer you frozen margarita. I will come back.

I arrived as a walk-in with my daughters. We were greeted immediately and warmly. We were there for manis and pedis and we’re worked on quickly. No sitting around in the water while they worked on others. The guys working on my daughter’s were very friendly and attentive to them.My nail tech was so diligent and careful about my nails. At one point she was asked what was taking her so long. She said that with my polish being white, she wanted to make sure to coat my nails properly and make sure my cuticles were neat so that it would look good. 😊Go. Have a drink. Relax. Let them work. Leave happy.

Everyone was great except the girl in the front desk charging. She gave me a bad attitude and grabbed my coffee when I had just placed it down To pay and made me hold it. She even pulled out my credit card from the machine in a rude way and kept telling me bye, bye while I was trying to get my things together .

Great salon! I’ve had several gel manicures that looked great and really lasted. It’s also a relaxing environment and all the staff is very friendly.
