I needed my dip nails done ASAP, they took me in without a wait and did an excellent job in such a short amount of time!

I just moved to Austin recently so I had to find a new place to get my nails done. I saw this place cause there was lots of good reviews. Got my feet done and got gel nails. But what made me extremely surprised was that I had to pay $63 for both!!! I told the lady this and she laughed and took my card like what lmao. Like back home I had to pay $30 for both regular spa on my feet and gel too on my hands!! $30!!!!!!! Sure the lady did a good job but come on $63 for some simple nails. I could’ve gotten acrylic nails and $63 would be reasonable. Love the place did a good job but absolutely not going to go back there if there gonna make me pay $63 for some simple nails.

Such a lovely group of nail techs. Always very clean, very conscious of following safety protocols. Cindy does the best job on my nails with SNS and Lisa gives the best pedicures!

Great staff. Fast service and fantastic at what they do. You pay a little more than some places, but you get what you pay for! Excellent!

Best SNS manicure in Austin! Ive been going to Cindy every 2-3 weeks for almost a year now and she is phenomenal. She is quick and does a perfect job every time. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I cant recommend this nail salon enough.

I’m not someone to branch out and go to new places, I like to stick to what I know. But when I was in desperate need of a manicure and this place was on my way from work to home, I decided to take the risk and stop in and I’m so glad I did! Rose was absolutely amazing and I think this may have been the best manicure I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve gotten a lot of manicures! Can’t wait to go back and see her for my next one!💕 Thank you Rose!

I don’t know why I stopped going here no one does great job on my nails like Cindy literally NO ONE! I went back there on Friday after so long and I regret stopped going there. I know this place isn’t convenient for me, but she makes the drive worth it. I love the service she provides and she’s always so sweet. I can’t wait to go back in few weeks! I already have my next apt scheduled.

I am very particular when it comes to my nails and I absolutely love this place. The ladies are very friendly and not only do my nails look great, they last a long time and I walked out of there without one cut on any one of my fingers (BIG deal to me). The girl took her time and was very gentle. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Austin Pro Nails is a salon that provides some of the best pedicures and specialty designs in the city. The girls their are very nice and efficient, while still giving an above par pedicure. The prices are very reasonable and it is conveniently located very close to my home.

This salon is amazing, the ladies here have such wonderful hospitality. I always get greeted immediately with smiles and warmth with my service. I will return time and time again. Definitely worth the 16 mile drive.

I walked up 5 minutes to closing and just so happened to notice they were closing as I opened the door, I was about to turn around and walk out when a very nice woman asked what I needed done. I told her a full set with the assumption that she would probably ask for me to come back tomorrow. I was so surprised that instead she offered me a seat and said she would take me because she was waiting for a friend to show up anyway. (5 MINUTES TILL CLOSING!!) She did such an amazing job on my nails, didnt rush though it at all even when her friend showed up. she made sure I was happy with the nails and she was so pleasant and kind. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service. please forgive me I dont remember her name but she may be then owner. Her chair is the first in the front on the left.

Cindy is AMAZING! She convinced me to change from acrylic to SNS a while back and Im hooked! Shes the only person that I know that can even blend SNS... she did an ombre design on one of my friends and a blended glow in the dark rainbow on my nails for pride. I refuse to go to anyone else and now drive an hour one way because shes the best.

I went back again. Asked for mani pedi only got pedi. Should I give them one more try?Editing this revew. Went back. They have remodeled and doing 100 percent better!! We go weekly now. Changing to 5 stars!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not very friendly and both techs that did my nails both cut my cuticles till they bled. The tech who did my pedicure looked pissed off the entire time and cut my big toe cuticle until it stung and bled and didnt even say anything. The tech who did my shellac manicure wasnt any better. She cut my pinkie cuticle and it would not stop bleeding and yet she continued to rub and mess with it. It has only been 3 days and my shellac has already chipped and started to come off and I do not mistreat my hands to where they would do that. Other shellac manicures I have had do not come off.. The prices seem a bit higher then most others as well. After coming out I read reviews and started getting very scared because a few ppl have said they have gotten infections from this place. Watch out!! Do not go anywhere where anyone has gotten an infection. All tools should be sterile.. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You take a chance like I did if you go.

NAIL SALON VISIT COULD HAVE TURNED FATAL FOR MY DAUGHTERMy sister in law and I decided to take our daughters for what should have been a fun mother daughter mani and pedi. Unfortunately it turned into a very scary nightmare. My daughter contacted a serious infection from dirty (not sterile) instruments used for her manicure! One of the employees cut her cuticle and hurt her nail bed. I was shocked because they had never trimmed her cuticles and I didn’t request it. The infection was diagnosed as cellulites (infection that had spread from her cuticle to the surrounding tissue). Her pediatrician was concerned about bacteremia, an infection in the blood. Once the bacteria reaches the blood stream it can potentially be fatal! Her pediatrician did however confirm that the infection came from the nail salon. My daughter developed an abscess on her thumb that had to be drained and treated.We were very concerned of the possibility of it becoming more serious andeven life threatening that we took her to Childrens Hospital. Thephysician she saw her recommended a very strong antibiotic that would coverStrep and Staph bacteria. As seen on news reports we all understand the potential harm these strands of bacteria can do and how difficult it is to treat. We feared hospitalization and even worse the PRECIOUS LIFE OF OUR INNOCENT DAUGHTER!Its important to make you aware of the potential risks you are taking when you visit this Nail Salons. Safety comes first and this type of infections should not be taken lightly. I would not like for this to happen to anyone else. Im glad my daughter is fine now but the thought that it could have been a life threatening infection is terrifying! BE SMART AND THINK TWICE BEFORE VISITING THESE VIETNAMESE SALONS THAT IT’S OBVIOUS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW USA HEALTH AND SAFTEY REGULATIONS!I contacted the nail salon to make management aware. It was a joke!!!! She clearly didn’t understand the severity of it and just kept apologizing and even went as far as to hug me. It was very awkward. I know that there is a definite language barrier but it was clear that she did not understand how serious this could have been. Therefore, I decided to contact the owner. By the way she has several salons in the Austin Area. So please do your research. I wanted to make her aware of the risks her clients are taking when they visit her salons. She seemed concerned and offered to help with any of the medical expenses. I thought that was very nice of her. Obviously, it wasn’t my intention to get any compensation but simply to make her aware. At first she seemed very attentive and after two weeks of calls, texting, and even a meeting she disappeared! I was very disappointed in her change of heart.YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! IF IT WEREN’T FOR MEDICAL INSURANCE WE WOULD HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN MEDICAL EXPENSES! WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE GOOD COVERAGE THOUGH. Someone may not be so lucky and end up being in debt or even worse LOSING THEIR LIFE!

I have been going here for the past 3 years and love the service and the ladies they are always very nice and friendly. Keep up the work.

Did not like this place at all! For one thing they make you pay more if you use a credit card. Thats part of having a business, you dont pass this along to your customers. They also did a bad job on my pedicure!
