I usually go to a different place on s. Lamar but I wanted to try this place because it’s right by my house and would love a closer place. I bite my nails and finally recently started growing them out and got gel (usually get Sns and tips). Trinh did GREAT. I’ve never had my cuticles done better, like she got in there. They look so much better and cleaned up, I really appreciate it. Will be returning for more gel manicures to help my nails grow.

With all due respect but the older lady that works there she does a great job on the pedicure very very great job I give it two thumbs up because of her

This nail place is on ClassPass, so I booked an appt through the app. I got my nails done & told them I was using ClassPass. They had NO idea what I was talking about & so they called the manager who wasn’t there. My bad review is on how the manager handled the situation. I didn’t say a word about not paying & just leaving... she says multiple times to me because “they don’t use ClassPass” (when a review has already been left) that they have me on camera & I’ll get in trouble for not paying for the service & just leaving... Again no such thing came out of my mouth nor was that something I was going to do. The situation was handled very poorly. They also didn’t try to get my info. nor did they seem interested in learning more about why their business is on the app. Not good customer experience.

A well needed spa day that Madalynns made wonderful. With professional and polite technicians I will be returning.

Mr. Pham did a very good job on my manicure. Almost a week later and still looks like newly done. Very nice and professional.

I went in to get a Medi and Pedi. I felt they were not listening to my concerns. When I tried letting them know, they told me they were tired. I never had a say on my nails. I showed them the short coffin for my nail style and length. What I got wasnt that, both sides were uneven. One edge of the nails was cut to my skin, almost cutting me. For what I paid, the Medi wasnt even done well, no cuticles were taken off. It personally didnt work for me. And will not be coming back. I still feel people should give them a try. Maybe it will work out for you.

Needed to get a last minute set for my daughter as we have a wedding to go to. My daughter showed her tech a photo of what she wanted. Unfortunately her set was not even close to the photo. Which was a pale opaque pink with gold little butterflies design. She ended up with a solid light gel pink slightly crooked pinky nails and uneven shaping.... keep in mind all for $50. Also the length and shape was off and I had to file and fix them the best I could at home. But was just a little upsetting when you go in and on the website says they can do many designs as imaginable I was to think it could be done. Again I know it was last minute but with the stars they have and reviews I expected a lot more. Especially for such an event.

I have been coming to this Nail Salon for over three years. I swear by Tammy for pedicures and Trinh for SNS (dip method) manicures. The salon is so nice and all technicians are very friendly and accommodating. The prices are extremely reasonable and the cleanliness is notable. Try this salon, you won’t be disappointed.

Fair prices and my nail tech is outstanding. Covid-19 rules are strongly followed.

Trinh, and Do and also the other ladies are ALWAYS professional and very nice. The work that is done here whether it’s nails or toes you can bet that you WILL be 💯 satisfied. The salon has always been extremely clean and well maintained even before COVID happened. They take pride in their work and value their clients. Trinh was amazing! the staff cleaned their chairs between clients, sprayed everything down, took temps at the door, and did a covid screening before allowing services.

Updated review April 2021Wanted to come on and edit this (way after the fact)But after writing this review the manager reached out to make the situation better, and offered to have someone else re do my nails. I went back a week later when I was available and got my nails re done with SNS dip and ombré which came out 10000% better. They covered this cost, and I tipped my new manicurist. I would highly recommend Ting? I think was her name but she did a great job. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture and save it when I got them first done but when I remembered I needed to after they grew out.(2 star review)Went in the night before thanksgiving to get my SNS re done close by to my house. I don’t get my nails done often but I had them done prior to this time and I like them done around the holidays so I was keeping it fresh for Thanksgiving and was in a crunch. I decided to test this place out based on reviews and pricing. It’s only a few dollars less then competitors on SNS and I really wish I didn’t cheap myself out, or put myself in the last minute rut, I did.Because I would not recommend this place.I went in with and idea to have a simple black matte sns with a cute marble “party nail” the ring finger from a Pinterest post. Yes I know those are high expectation I asked before can you do this exact, if not I’ll just do glitter and it can be basic - don’t attempt if it will not look like the picture. They assured me it would.Well comes down to the doing of my dip and here are the frustrating details:1. No cuticles were trimmed first or loose edges meaning there are gaps on my nail beds and the start of the painting.2. Sns was dipped like twice - it’s super thin and looks like it’s ready to break any minute.3. It wasn’t shaved down eventually so there’s bumps. Ridges. And bubbles all over the place. And my nails are not even evenly cut or filed. Even after I asked for them to be fixed.So moving on to the design she worked so hard on - it looked like crying mascara running down my finger nail. I told her not to continue on my other nail and to wipe it off this currant nail twice, but she only cured it in there more, which at this point was a lost cause.I don’t want to be rude but I left my other hand in done without design. And everyone thought she did a wonderful job.I paid I left and had to fix it myself with my out gel kit at home so hopefully no one at thanksgiving thought I paid some high end manicure to do a $3 job. They said they would have charged me more per nail for design... ya well it was terrible!!Now fast forward 4 days and myManicure is ALL READY PEELING OFF.What a waste of cost that SNS was when I could have literally paid only a couple dollars more and gone somewhere better and got lasting results - my last one lasted a WHOLE MONTH without issues.I won’t be back.

This is my go to nail shop. Customer services is great. They will always try their hardest to fit walk in in a timely manner when able to. I normally get the powder and tips. They always do exactly what I ask. Their deluxe pedicure is very relaxing. Very clean shop and at a great location! Would recommend!

There was a older guy that did my pedi and it was horrible. He started doing my feet without even having a color or giving me a colors to even choose from. The end look very bad . I will never recommend this place . They was not rude or anything they work suck . My daughter got her nails done and even she don’t didn’t like them.

I got a manicure and a pedicure. Tammy took her time and did a great job on my nails. They look perfect! The entire staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean. I strongly recommend this nail salon.

Trin there is my go to for nails! However the whole staff is so sweet. I get my pedicures there and love the range in price as well as variety. I have been going there for 3 years now.

Don’t go here! I walked in yesterday because the reviews looked good but it was a mistake. The manicurist cut my finger when she was clipping my nails, left several times during the middle of my manicure and rolled her eyes at customers coming in and complained about people walking in last minute. My nails look awful, they are uneven and the polish is spotty. I am not happy but will never return again.

I have had the pleasure of having a delightful manicurist do my nails at this location.Her name is Trinh and she Is sooo skilled and talented!!! This is the fourth time I have had an appointment with her! She does an amazing job! I love the SNS! I get lots of compliments on my nails!I highly recommend Trinh. The staff are all super friendly and the salon is very clean and well organized!

So delicious and staff was a lot of fun. Very attentive.

Worst nails I’ve ever had and most definitely the worst service. She didn’t even paint all the way to the edge of my nail and every time I asked her to fix it she would grunt and not say anything and still didn’t paint all of it. My gel chipped off within a week.

I like this place. No frills but theyre really nice, do good work, and are more affordable than some other similar salons in the area. Their gel mani/pedis last FOREVER and dont break the bank as much as they could. Theyre right by the pet store, Palm Beach Tan, and Subway in Southpark Meadows.
