Very very bad customer service. I wasn’t very comfortable with the nail shape she was doing so she started getting pretty aggressive with my hands, throwing my hands in a very rude and forceful manner . Never again coming to this place. Usually not the type to leave a bad review but after leaving this place I can honestly say I had a horrible experience!

Stations are super clean and sanitary. Technicians are sweet and do a great job. Only place I get my nails done in Austin.

I have been going to T nails for 4 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Austin. The ladies that work there are so friendly and kind. They put so much effort and care into your nails and for that the price is unmatched in Austin! I got a full acrylic set with gel for only $40. I cannot recommend this nail salon enough

This place is great! I’ve found my new salon for sure. I had 3 nail techs working on my nails at once to make sure they came out perfect. They were so nice and made my nails just like a picture I showed them! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Tried this place out for the first time today and was very disappointed. I picked out a dark burgundy color and got dipped powder but it came out as a bright Christmas red due to the lady skimping on the color since they were almost out of it. The nails came out super thick and bulky. Oh and a shouting match broke out between 2 employees for a good 10 minutes in front of everyone. Safe to say today was my last visit there.

I’ve been a customer for decades and even though I live in Kyle I still come back here when I want to be treated right. Great massage, and they do the best job I’ve ever found getting my toes looking and feeling clean and soft. And they always remember me even if I can’t get back up there for almost a year.

Amazing service! I came out to Austin for the weekend and I was looking to get a pedicure done for me and my boyfriend. The prices were very affordable, the nail technicians were very friendly and professional and the work was great!

This salon impressed me with their attention to detail and excellent attitudes. Katy did my pedicure and I could not be more pleased. Its rare to find a nail tech who takes so much time shaping the nails! I am very pleased and will definitely be going back. My Mom has been getting pedicures here for years, and I wish I had come sooner! The atmosphere is warm and friendly too :) thank you!

Been to many here in atx but this one has been the best! They were so nice, stayed open late for me and did such a good job even though it was a last minute thing to go for me.. she took the time to make sure I was happy and an arm massage. Katy was awesome and I will definitely be returning!!

I love T Nails! I see Linda and she always does a phenomenal job and makes sure I walk out looking and feeling great. She takes her time and really makes sure everything matches and has no imperfections. Also literally the BEST pedicures Ive ever had over there. If youre looking for something frilly and overpriced, this isnt the place for you. No frills but EXCELLENT quality and I always recommend them to friends, family, and strangers alike!

Ive tried a lot of salons in Austin & this is my favorite.The basic first level pedicure here is better than the highest level at other salons.Ive been coming here for years for both solar & acrylic nails & they do a great job on both.The biggest downside is that they are busy pretty often, but its worth the wait! :)

Seeing the positive reviews, I came to T Nails for a Spa Pedicure. What I received was a rushed, mediocre pedicure in a fairly gloomy salon with questionable hygiene standards. The tub didn’t have a disposable cover and the technician didn’t ask how if I had any nail preferences.After I turned down her unnecessary up-sells, her smile completely went out the window and her attitude soured.Will return to Celtic Nails.

Nothing to rave about. Older place, staff was not especially friendly and not certain how sanitary the equipment was. The lady was a little rough, but my toes ended up looking decent so I gave it an extra star for that. Wouldn’t go back.

It may seem that the shop isnt legit but they have great customer service! Very nice staff and they do amazing! I always get the Shellac Mani and a Pedi and their attention to detail is great!

As a young adult I havent had many bad experiences at a nail salon, but not any incredible ones either, until I came here. Its very small but in a cozy way and all the techs here are polite, Linda gave me a full set and i was stunned by how much care she put into my acrylics every step of the way. To be frank it looked like I was watching a deeply focused artist working. Im DEFINITELY coming back here and recommending to others

This is my go-to nail place in Allendale. The polish and manicure lasts longer than most and the team is always nice with great service.

Do not go here. I’ve been coming here for 2 years brought my mother recently who got toenail fungus following a pedicure they delivered. On top of that they do not deliver service equally I see them go above and beyond for older white women constantly and never have I ever seen them do the same for me as a tipping customer. Save yourself the disappointment not worth the money.

Love this place! They do a great job at reasonable prices. French tip SNS is $45 and Linda does wonderful work.

I was able to get a basic Mani and Pedi while wearing my 9 month old. I think I got the express treatment once my son started squirming, but nonetheless everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I am happy with the results!

Pedicure was mediocre. My nails werent shaped evenly and second coat of polish didnt always cover the first. Pedicure didnt look professionally done. Its hit or miss with some of these cheaper nails salons. Some technicians are good, but a lot arent.

These women work really hard and do a wonderful job. Prices are reasonable, and you definitely get your moneys worth.

Shoot. I thought I had found my nail nirvana. My last review was 5 stars for great value on a gel nail manicure, and I still stand by this for that service.However I do need a pedicure done sometimes also, and this time I needed both. For some reason they do an entire leg bath and massage and theres no opt out to just a straight pedicure. So its $40 for the pedicure and no discount for the combined services, making the gel mani pedi with tax about $68. They seemed to need to discuss the price quite a bit amongst themselves so maybe it has recently gone up due to all the good reviews and the crying need for value in Austin.The place is very unfancy, most dont speak English and thats perfectly fine for a good value! But for customers who are not seeking or getting any spa atmosphere, its just too much. I seriously doubt that extra loot makes it into the pockets of the worker bees.I told the owner how I felt- you should, too. We need good value services in Austin!So five stars for the gel manicure but one star for the overpriced gel pedicure. Cant rate 2.5 so I am rating 2 in hopes that maybe somebody else will speak up about this or the owner will notice that this is not good for business.

Wasn’t impressed. As nice as it is they scoff at you when you order the $22 quick pedi. Lynn was rough when yielding the cuticle tools...the scraper and the trimmer were painful at best and the tub water was tepid instead of hot, then she barely touched the bottom of my feet even though I work a ton and really needed her to spend at least a couple minutes scrubbing on each foot. She then unceremoniously sprayed down my legs and feet with freezing cold water after they were in warm water for 30 mins which was the complete opposite of “relaxing”. She wasn’t pleasant, did not engage me whatsoever and I had to ask for her to put on the toe separater, which is normally standard. I’m used to paying $20 for pedicures so this is more expensive and they don’t do a good job. I get upselling but you need to at least do the bare minimum. I’ll not be returning here to see if this is the norm.

I gave this place one more try, and was disappointed again. I went in for Gel fill and she put too thick of a coat on, the white part was lopsided, I will never go there again. Total waste of time and money
