Lisa was amazing! She did this beautiful design exactly as I asked and she worked so incredibly fast! The price was on point and I feel absolutely beautiful! The shop was clean and nicely decorated with a great selection of nails to choose from. This is hands down my new favorite place. Would absolutely recommend!

I have been going to T Pro Nails for the last 8 years. I love all the staff there especially Lisa and John. They do my nails the way I like them done. I’m constantly complimented on my nails. Pedicures are bliss! The place is always very clean and I felt very safe going there during pandemic. Very reasonable prices. Very professional. I highly recommend T Pro Nails!!

When I arrived I was asked, “how can we help you today?” After I told them I was wanting my eyebrows waxed, I was told “We don’t have time for you. come back in an hour.” Yikes. In retrospect, I’m glad I didn’t spend my money on a business that treats their customers this way.

L O V E this new place. Conveniently located with plenty of parking. They have tons of color options for gel, SNS, regular polish etc. They are so friendly and professional. The owner is absolutely the best nail tech I have ever had and Im going to request her from now on. She used a different technique on me to help my nails last longer. My nails look perfect and we didnt have to wait. I will definitely be back.

This place was Amazing, very friendly and takes every COVID19 precaution necessary to make you feel safe. Only recommendation is to take cash to tip, their credit card machine doesnt allow tipping on the transaction...Well worth the cash in your pocket.

Best nail salon ever!! I have been coming here for several years and have always had a great experience. Lisa does my nails and does an amazing job. I have been getting acrylics for YEARS and she is by far the best. Because of my job I am extremely hard on my nails and she always makes them look great. I have also had services with other staff members and I am never disappointed. The salon is clean and the staff are always professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I make the drive to Ts Pro Nails because its the best salon Ive found in Austin. The salon is clean and the ladies are great. I only had time for a manicure today but I still made the drive because I have learned from past experiences that it is worth it. Ive been to several other salons trying to find something closer to me but I just end up disappointed so Ive found my salon. I typically come here for gel manicures and regular pedicures.

Came in with my girlfriend to get a couples pedicure and had an amazing experience. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming, they catered to all of our request and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend polish to anyone looking for a salon!!

I LOOOOVE this place!I went with my friend before to get her nails done and they were so sweet and accommodating that I felt I had to come and try! I was greeted very kindly and was even asked how my manicure went after. The person who did my gel manicure was amazing and highly detailed- Im super picky and really sensitive and she knew exactly what to do and took her time. I had an awesome experience at Ts Pro Nails. My gel nails and toe OPI Ininite polish always stay much longer than 2 weeks. I love my deluxe pedicure with a long massage (you cant find this anywhere else). Ive been beyond pleased with my service every time I have come and will continue to come back. This spot is perfect! The staff is very nice and welcoming and it doesnt have that overwhelming chemical smell. Definitely recommend this nail salon!

The customer service is horrible!My mom (85 years old)and I went in together to get a mani-pedi. Nobody was in the shop and they could not complete my manicure at the same time as my mothers so I cancelled the manicure. The employees were getting lunch and taking breaks while I sat there.So disrespectful and then to top if off, they ran after me in the parking lot to get another $5.00 after I paid and tipped well.Do not waste your time.

Ive been getting mani/pedis here for the past year. I called ahead to make sure that they had openings for me. She told me a lot of funny stories ( very happy ). And reshaping my nails exactly what I inquired for. The business is also neat and clean. Everyone is friendly. They are very close to a place I frequent for work so Ill be back.

Got a pedicure.. they didn’t even put a clear coat.. just two coats of polish. Also, they cleaned the tub while my feet were still in it by throwing a blue tab in.. like what you use to clean the toilet... for a $25 pedicure you get what you paid for. Already chipped 3 days later

Horrible. Spend your money else where. I dont expect stellar customer service, shoot they dont even need to talk to me. Just make my nails look good. I got a full set and by day 3, 4 nails had already popped off. I was not pleased AT ALL. my nails lasted 6 days. Not even a week. I cant remember the mans name who did mine but he was a bald man who sat to your right as you enter.

I finally told them I needed to leave. Huge bummer bc I dont get the opportunity to get my nails done that often. The guy that worked here cut my finger nails down so low they were irritated. I dont know what he was thinking. He then massaged lotion all over my engagement ring. A woman would have motioned for me to take it off. Another reason men should not be in nail salons.
