Lisa is amazing!She is very gifted and I adore her.She does it all but my favorite is how I know that my eyebrows come out great every time.

Ana was recommended by a friend of the family, so I took my mother and myself for a pedicure. We love her, she is constantly making sure everything is ok. I specifically wanted her because I get slight ingrown nails, and I need those taken care of even though it scares me. Shes gentle and so good! Definitely will be back.

I have been a customer here for around 2-3 years after going to several different nail salons in South Austin. The employees here are so friendly and kind. I go to Anna exclusively, she is very thorough, has never hurt me and is just a joy to be around. When I first came here it made me feel welcome and as if Ive known the people there for a very long time. Nina was very friendly and attentive, she made me feel assured that I will be attended to. Dan, was very friendly and she took care of me and she made my nails pretty. They gave me a great customer service experience. I already have appointment with Nina next week for a different service.

I go to ten Nails because I love the way they do your nails I go to a person named Ken is the best. His wife is very polite the rest of the day workers are very polite and they know what they doing if they are not open I do not go to nobody else but in mail beautiful people. if something goes wrong with your nail 3 days after your nails are done he will replace them free or at least he does for me I wont change where I go do my nailsTEN NAILS ARE THE BEST

Nina is the best nail tech ever. I usually get gel nails and they often last 3 weeks. I stopped going anywhere else because when I have, my nails never look as good as when Nina does mine. Also shes so nice and friendly. The other nail techs are also very nice and hard working. I love this shop!!!

Dan Linh is an amazing artist! I came here way late one night (JUST before they were closing)- and she was gracious enough to do my nails last week- arrived today and who do you think Id get; but her♡ she recognised me and was quick to offer her services. This is the first beautification i wish to see from now on- as she is prompt, courteous, efficient, and caring. Great place to get a mani-pedi or just kick back and unwind in the perfect location♡

Ana is the best! Especially for eyebrows. I would recommend her 100% if you have thick eyebrows and want them to look nice. In general, it’s an affordable and nice place to get pedis or eyebrows waxed.

I took my mom and to daughters here today and it was all of our first time here. We had been looking for a new good place to go in South Austin and the reviews for this location were good so we tried and plan to go back!! Everyone was very happy with the service and quality of our services. We did Mani/pedis and wax for brows and everything was great!!

Ive gotten both a gel manicure and just a regular deluxe pedicure, and for the price the service is really good. For the pedicure, they even heated up the scrub and the lotion because its cold out today. My nails looked amazing, and the staff are very nice. My gel has held up for more than two weeks, and Ive gotten lots of compliments. Ive never had to wait long for walk-in service either. I think Ive found my go-to place!

Love this place! Been a loyal customer for 3 years! I do gel nails, and eyebrows with Nina the owner, and her husband Ken does great fake nails!!!! They are very polite here and take care of you, I always call for an appointment so I dont wait I rexcomend that! Ive got my whole family and friends here now too

This the worst experience Ive ever had a nail salon. I came in for a SNS refill and a pedicure. Came to this nail salon because of the great reviews and close location to my apartment. I do not know my nail techs name but it was a guy. He was not paying attention and the water almost overflowed onto the floor. I mentioned it twice before he finally ran to come turn it off. He did open up new tools but did not use gloves while I noticed another nail tech wearing gloves while giving the same pedicure. I told him I wanted a similar color on my feet as my nails but just a regular polish. He proceeds to attempt to put a gel polish on after I mentioned it three times. He made me get up after putting a top coat on to choose a color when he could have just grabbed something close himself. While receiving this service, his phone kept going off. He stopped to answer his phone and even sent texts immediately after it rang and proceeded with my service. This happened at least 4 times during my pedicure and another 4 times while getting my bails done. He was rude and rough with my nails during both services. I had long natural nails so I told him to cut them just a little shorter because I type a lot at work, he chopper them all the way down. I was devastated. He left my left hand shorter than the right. I couldnt even speak to how much I hated it because I was so devastated..this was my day off to relax and pamper myself and it was the worst day Ive had in awhile. I started crying when I got into my car. I just want my money back.

Went here for my daughters birthday and I had a bed feeling that I shouldnt have ignored. I got a pedi and acrylic nails. My nails were crooked and uneven, and the first one popped off a few days after they were put on. I ended up with an infection in my finger nail bed that had to be (very painfully) drained, and an infection in my big toe nail that currently is taking up half the nail and will likely take months before my toe nail looks normal. My daughters manicure was done very sloppily.

I really dont like writing bad reviews. Really. And after seeing good reviews of this place I thought it wouldnt be a problem to stop in to get my gel extensions filled. After waiting for about half an hour (no big deal; I didnt have an appointment), the gentleman didnt even know what I was talking about when I said gel extension nails, as opposed to just gel/shellac on top. Since they didnt have it, I figured Id just go back to acrylic since I needed a new set anyway. But, to do that, my old nails needed to come off. I sat through about 40 minutes of this man trying to get my old nails off, to no avail, but with a number of cuts and a lot of pain along the way, before I just walked out. Im posting pictures of what my hand looked like after—absolutely horrendous. (Praise be to diamond nails for fixing that disaster so quickly and with complementary wine to boot).
