Would not recommend. Rush job on nails awful nail polish job. Nail polish started peeling off. Tip of polish on nails started fading and got dull

Staff was super friendly! They fit me in the end of the day and didn’t rush on my service at all. My nails look perfect.

The lady that helped me was so nice and did a wonderful job I showed her the photo I wanted and that’s exactly what I got and just love them.

Ok so I have had some super terrible experiences in austin. So I’m so happy I found a GOOD NAIL SPOT ! Not only was the price great. The quality of work is evident. The lady who did myNails took her time. Kindly explainedThe differences in polish types AND she did a great job as far as shape length and evenness. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Small little nail shop that does a very thorough job! My nail tech was very meticulous and made sure the color didn’t bleed off the nail. Very pleased with how the shellac turned out. The prices are reasonable as well.

These two who run the shop are awesome. Better attention to detail then Caesars up the road, plus the wine is better. Less crowded and they are following covid protocols. Highly recommended if youre in the area.

They actually sent me for an appointment told me they would have my nails done by 5:30 5:26 rolls around I dont even have the nail shape formed I have to leave and come back they asked me to pay the $95 I pay the $95 they told me they would be open and that me and my two infants are welcome to come and finish my appointment since daycare closes at 6:00 I get back to the nail shop around 6:30 and the doors are locked the lights are off and my phone charger is locked inside my phone dies on top of all of this nobody came back I stayed until 7:00 highly upset because I knew I had work the next day with my day ruined because of greedy selfish people we had a clear understanding before I left that I would come right back they close at 7:00 and they closed early just so they wouldnt be able to finish my nails and yes I paid $95 up front when I left to go get my kids and when I returned they closed and did not finish my nails and instead of apologizing the next day they were very rude and tried to make it seem like I was lying but I left a note on the door so I hope the store owner checked the cameras I would not recommend this I have never had an issue like this before with any nail shop and its very disappointing and disgusting how greedy someone could be I dont recommend them

I have come here about five times now and each time I receive amazing service. I always get a pedicure and sometimes a manicure (both with regular polish). What I love most about this place is the time they take with each guest. Even when they’re busy I have never felt they are rushing with me to get the next person in the chair.

They did an amazing job on my nails! They took their time, everything in the shop looked clean, they were gentle and attentive to detail. I live south but was in the area, will definitely take the extra trip back up to go here instead!

Nice, tidy little nail salon. Had a manicure and pedicure and was very satisfied. My heels always need extra work and they were happy to oblige. Will return.

They take time and care on shaping natural nails. And do a great job! And dont feel rushed to get on to the next customer. Wasnt up charged or tried to be sold on anything other than what I asked for. Friendly staff polite and helped my grandma pick out another color after she already painted both her hands, redid them in a new color for free and even fixed them when she accidentally bumped it well after she was done. Plus the price was decent.

Tried this place for the first time for a pedicure and my nail technician was so sweet and gentle yet still gave a great massage. I appreciated the attention to detail and was surprised to get a quick shoulder massage while letting my nails dry. Will definitely be back!

Very detailed oriented. I went with my two sisters in law and mother in law and they took care of us really good. They take their time to paint each nail and make sure it looks perfect. They listen and make sure you have a great experience.

I found this place trying to kill time before a meeting. I was very pleased with my pedicure, however, it took an hour to do my nails and I was really disappointed with that. For someone who gets manicures and full sets regularly ...this is ridiculous. I am all about getting the job done right but that is just unacceptably too long. I was getting very frustrated with the person doing my nails. While the workers were nice, The atmosphere is too quite. I would suggest to turn the sound on on the tv or play music. I felt like I could hear everyone breathe. I will say that the pricing is reasonable though. I rated 3 stars because the workers were nice but I wouldn’t recommend it, nor would I visit again.

I’ve gone to a few nail salons before but wow I went here for the first time yesterday and I had a very lovely experience, the best one so far!!! Got a pedi and it was AMAZING! Most definitely coming back

I hate to review just on this, but I stopped by here because it was the closest nail place to where I currently am and they werent open during their normal business hours. On the door, it says M-F 10am-7pm but its 12pm on a Monday and the door is locked. Its understandable to take a lunch break, but why not post on your site youll be closed during that time if thats the case? Guess Ill have to look elsewhere now.

This is a great place! The staff are friendly and pay close attention to detail. The prices are reasonable. I have visited L.A. Nails twice now, it has definitely become my go-to place for acrylic manicures and fabulous pedicures.

The owner is amazing. I will definitely come back soon. Prices are amazing and the service is stellar for pedicures and manicures. Hand down best pedicure in Austin.

Lack of communication. I arrived at 4:30 and she states what can we do for you?We wanted to get french nail removal. She said ok. Then we added mani and pedi. She then stated that she has two appointments and cant do any service for us even though she said yes initially to the french nail removal. Mind you they close at 7pm

I had to update my original post, the shop seems to have new owners, I just had my nails done today by the new owner and my nails are terrible, the staff is nice but couldn’t pull off a basic French manicure

Techs did well. Chairs have a lot of wear on them. Language barrier. The floor was dirty the wax machine wasnt appealing. Good prices. Repaired a banged up nail as I was walking out of the door. Very sweet.

I came in here because I saw it has 4.7 stars. When I arrived I was a little skeptical because of the location but once I was helped and saw the result I was amazed. They take their time and have amazing customer service, the prices are too low for the service you get so make sure you’re tipping right.
