I called Chris and he gave me a quote before he came out. The problem was not as bad as we thought, and actually paid less than anticipated. I would recommended a plus doors to anyone.

Ive been here a couple times. The lady that does my nails is always nice and does a good job. I typically get the acrylic powder/gel. It does seem that they brand they use starts to pull up after only about a week and it is not as strong as other places Ive been to. I am a bartender and need a strong acrylic because I do a lot of work with my hands. Unfortunately, about the two week mark the acrylic seems to chip and does not hold up. I have even had to cut off the nail because it had broken at a diagonal.

The lady who did my nails took her time. She did what I wanted. I had my eyebrows done aswell turned out great! She was friendly. The only issue was that my nails are all uneven and one nail is completely crooked. I didnt want to pay because of that. But, I probably wont go here again for my nails.

This is a downscale nail shop. Prices are a little higher than I am accustomed to, considering the place is so very downscale with a hole-in-the-wall feel. The female manicurist did a very thorough job on my SNS dip manicure. Staff gave me a soda while I was serviced. The soda expired in September 2018.

Very impressed with the service from the first phone call to arrival. They arrived on time and fixed door problems quite beautifully. This company is very polite and professional. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

I asked for black colored tips. Thats it. He puts clear Shellac on my nails and up- charged me for it, without asking me first. Dishonest and sneaky and now that I know how shady this place is, Ill never go back.Not cool. I was going to tip him 10 dollars. I gave him two and he shouldnt have even got that. Fool me once.

Hidden Gem!! I was desperate to find a quality nail salon near my home thinking my only choices were North Austin or San Antonio. But I came across this salon in a small shopping center and it has been the best experience. I like the manicure with dip nails and have visited twice at this establishment and have had two different technicians. My nails are even, groomed well and last at least 4 weeks. Eager to try pedicure next visit.

The older man that did my nails was very rough, and took shortcuts doing my nails. He drilled my natural nails several different times, then filed them very roughly. He didn’t soak them, didn’t use a cuticle tool... just used a high speed drill. I got a dip manicure, which I chose because techs aren’t supposed to drill the natural nail. I have thin nails and he didn’t seem to care at all. He kept drilling and drilling, even over the sides of my nails so i have a few raw spots near the cuticles on several fingers. This was my worst manicure experience ever. The younger man who did my pedicure was great, but my fingernails are so sore from the older man being so rough. My manicure looks ok, though he drilled down the dip unevenly and so it looks wobbly... it isn’t worth the expense.I may go back because my friend had a good experience with the woman who did her nails, but I will absolutely recommend that no one receive a manicure from that man. I wish I had got his name and spoke up while I was there.

Come here for eyebrow waxing. Always a fantastic job! Ive been to many places and now I wont go/trust anyone else to do mine!

I got my nails done here only to find out 30 days later that the tools used are not sterilized and infected with fungus from someone else. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and this experience has ruined me for LIFE. No thank you to any nails on my hands forever. Antibiotics and months of treatment to grow and heal my beautiful nails ahead. I’m disappointed and don’t think I can ever trust anyone again to do my nails. Needless to say I am terrified for anyone sitting in a seat at this salon.

Jennifer has been doing my nails for years and I have no complaints. She is professional and super sweet! The picture is of MY OWN nails that usually never grow after her taking care of them using SNS for about 4 months.**The picture is after removing the SNS, before she cleaned them up and redid them...Totally recommend!

I had taken off my acrylic nails and requested a manicure with no color to allow my nails to heal. My manicure was all off maybe 5 mins. I sat down and she immediately started yanking off my cuticle then put lotion on my arms and asked me to wash my hands. She then proceeded to carry my phone and keys to the register. I was confused so I asked her if we where done, she got annoyed and told me it was going to be $15. Never going back again. Over all the place was dirty.

The location is very convenient. The prices are a bit high but you certainly get what you pay for. The salon is clean and modern and the staff goes out of their way to accomodate their customers.

I tried this place twice mainly because it’s down the street from my house. Both times I was really disappointed. My nails were lumpy and bulky BOTH times. Even after advising the nail tech to fix the issue she’d adjust a tiny bit and keep rushing through the process. I’ll never go back again.

Pedicures are awesome. Lots of attention, no talking, was able to relax and the price was great, plenty of options.SNS dip was poorly done I felt. Cut my cuticle, did not remove cuticles, did not shape the powder, and did not achieve the look I wanted (ombre french)

I went to get a full set & although they weren’t busy I felt as if the guy who did them was in a rush, maybe to leave...? Not sure but, As I examine my nails the next morning, I notice that some nails are cut uneven & not all the same length...as they usually are. He also did a careless job on the clean up of the nail polish around my finger, nothing I cant fix myself but still i feel if I’m paying for it then I should at least be satisfied with it.

This had been my go to place for 2 years. But it has been going down hill fast. Last visit was so bad that I will never go back. I had a man do a very rough pedi where my cuticles were bleading. I know this can happen sometimes. Next were on to a basic Mani. Cuts my cuticles again. Then I notice he is bleeding as well! Did he put gloves on? No!My friend is getting same service and finishes 10 minutes later because her girl is giving her a nice arm massage (and doing quality work). Mine was skipped. Never going back and will call health Dept as well.

Horrible EXPERIENCE!!! Showed two women picture of nails I wanted, they said they could do it! NOT TRUE!! Walked out of this ridiculous place not only with my nails looking NOTHING like pic, I had cuts all over my fingers!!!! I had to remind woman doing my nails that she forgot to put Gel coat on the whole right hand!!! Then instead of manager interviening, they all just spoke upon themselves in their language, no sense of professionalism!! Then have the nerve to try to charge me almost $100 for their BS service!! Made appointment yesterday with Jenny,at noon. Got there today and they said tiffany, I said no. So Jenny is really Jennifer an she was booked but had a 3pm cancellation and asked if I could come back then. I said sure I dont have a choice. Meanwhile my cuzz/ride a die was getting a pedicure,manicure and eye brows waxed. So they say u want to come back i said Ill wait my cuzzin is in the chair get pedicure and manicure. So they put foil on my NAILS to take off the polish and about 10min later i was in the chair getting my NAILS done and getting a pedicure. They are the best my ride a die got finished and decided to get eye brows waxed. We finished about 15minutes apart. Great work ladies at ONION CREE NAILS on slaughter lane.

After being under new management I dont like the new workers. There is a woman there still and I love her, wont let nobody else do my nails or eyebrows.

I have given this place the benefit of the doubt and they let me down . The nail polish (gel) they use is cheap. My nails started chipping 2 days later. I went by a week later ( after having called to notify them) upon arrival they sound annoyed when I tell them my concern. The manager refused to refund me the $. Don’t go here. Waste of time and $.

Horrible service! Never coming back to this place, did not feel welcome all I thought my pedicure was gonna get done but instead the woman just got on her phone untill other people came and they were attended. They rushed through the work where my nail polish is bumpy my nails are uneven. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
