This was my first time at Volente Nails and I am highly impressed with the service that I received. The nail salon that I typically frequent was busy and couldnt fit me in, so I decided to try Volente Nails. I am completely sold and will be recommending and coming back. Annie doesnt cut any corners and gave me top notch service. She was gentle, pays attention to detail and was very efficient. I left my phone in my car, which had my debit card inside and she volunteered to retrieve my phone while I enjoyed my pedicure. This is exceptional service that included an amazing massage. I felt pampered and valued, Thanks to Volente Nails.

I really wanted to like it here! The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean.Unfortunately after less than 24 hours of wear, my nails are completely destroyed. I got acrylics with gel polish. They started to chip and peel which is strange for gel polish and the nails over all were very bumpy and uneven.I read their policy as I was checking out and they clearly say that they dont do refunds of any kind which is slightly disappointing, but I understand they need to stay in business. If there is any way to get my money back that would be wonderful but I dont see that happening.Unfortunately I wont be back and I dont recommend this salon.

Had a gel refill and pedicure appointment. Eddie is the nail tech showed him the design I wanted and he laughed like he could not complete the job. If you are not able to complete a design say so. Next their gel polish is old. They stretch the color to make it last. They have not taking any recent training and need too..they also need to purchase gel color products that are recent. Poor quality of gel. Best experience was Pedicure. She is the best portion of the visit. But overall they will not be open for another year at this rate. This is 2021 you need to let customers pick their colors and have more if a variety of choices for gel color.

Honestly worst pedicure experience ever haha. I think my 7 year old could have done better but they seem to be nice people. maybe I had a new hire? I did pay and tip- I just won’t be back.

The best nail salon in Austin, hands down! They do all the fancy treatments for a good price and are always very professional. My family and I have been coming for years, seriously no one tops them!! Come here, you won’t regret it. Although I do recommend calling ahead for a reservation :)

They are wonderful and do great work. If I need a fill or a broken nail emergency they always get me in within hours. The owner is the sweetest and makes me feel at home. What I liked about her is that I had not been in for over a year and she remembered my name. I like that they do not try to upsale. I will be forever a client.

Came here with my daughter for a little us time. We had a nice experience, would definitely come back.

Eh. Ive had better. Literally got my nails done and not even an hour later a nail had broke. Went to get it fix and she did it for free. That was Thursday. On Saturday two nails had popped off. I paid a pretty good price for this not to happen. Probably wont go back.

I got a full set and My nails are too thin,crooked and scratchy. I also had my brows done which was good but I wont get my nails done there again. Super disappointed. My nails look and feel like they were done by a amateur.

Customer service is excellent at this nail salon. The massage chairs are an added bonus when getting a pedicure. The best part is the sugar scrub and massage of the lower leg and feet. The paraffin treatment always leaves my feet looking supple. Get your gel nails done here.

This has been my go to nail spot since moving to North Austin. They have always been so great about cleanliness from bowl liners to sanitized tool packets. After the COVID19 shutdown I couldn’t wait to get a great pedicure. Now the shop is even cleaner with sanitizer supplies at the entry table, touch free color selection, masks, barrier shields at each station, and they are proudly displaying Barbicide COVID19 certifications for all their nail techs. In these crazy times I’m thankful to have this luxury back in my life free of worry.

Best manicure and pedicure I have ever received! Everyone was nice and it took no time to get me in and out! The pricing wasnt bad either. I highly recommend this place!

I had a good experience but it was pretty general. My nails were ok but they didnt particularly do a lot on my cuticles. Prices are okay and the massage+equipment they use seem really good!

Got my nails done by Jennifer! She was great very nice, sweet and polite. My nails came out amazing and the prize wasn’t too bad. I have found the perfect nail salon 10 out of 10 recommend

This was literally the worst place I ever gotten my nails done I was the first person in and they tried to put two lady’s ahead of me but one refused and let me go. I felt it was because I was blacki got a acrylic which looked very unprofessional the acrylic was bumpy and not smooth, she put rhinestones on one and I didn’t even wanna Talk about how bad they looked I was ready to leave and not come back not even 2 hours later my rhimestones are falling off by the next day they’re all gone. I told them about it and they put a second layer of acrylic on my nail like they should’ve and she filed it and out on gel still didn’t come out looking as decent as the nails I get don’t back home in DETROIT

I I thought I would try a new nail salon and as soon as I did I ended up getting hurt. At first the nail tech was putting my nail on Crooket. And she said it was due to my nail and my nail was not crooked. At first I gave her a break then She put it on crooked 3 times and told me it was okay. And I told her it was not okay I would like it straight. I’m not that picky but the nail was all the was side ways .Then my nail started burning underneath and I said ouch and she told me to be quiet. My nail is hurt and damaged and I was in tears and walked away. I don’t even cry or get teary eyed but that day I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope management give her practice test before she get back on the floor. I will never come here again. Thanks

I showed up around 9:20am to get a pedicure with my mother, when we walked in the lady behind the desk asked what service we’d like, I told her 2 pedicures, and she told us to pick our colors off the wall. While we were grabbing our polish a woman and her young daughter walked in, they were clearly regulars. Another woman starts filling up our 2 foot baths at this time. The mother told the lady behind the desk they both wanted manicures and pedicures. (Note: if she’s explaining the services she wanted, they clearly didn’t have an appointment.) the woman explained she had someone scheduled for 10:30 for nails, so she would have someone else do her nails but she could do the pedi. (Again, proves that this mother and daughter didn’t have an appointment.) now 4 foot baths are being filled and all 4 of us are told to go sit in the chairs. BUT, there is only 3 employees available to do pedicures! Since my mother and I walked in first, we should have been serviced first. Unfortunately the regulars were going to be serviced first. I must of had a negative expression on my face because one of the nail techs came over and told me, “they had appointment before you. You get your pedicure done after her [and points to my mother].”But, that mother and daughter did NOT have an appointment, they were just regulars and this lady thought she would get a better tip from them!!! Rude. Long story short, by the time the nail tech was done with my mom, the water in the tub was cold and I had waited for too long. I explained the situation and that I nooonger wanted their services. The nail tech was very nice and apologetic and offered to do my nails really fast. (But I didn’t want to pay for a rushed job.)My point: don’t go here unless you’re already a regular, because you won’t be treated fairly. The woman behind the desk in a lace dress is unprofessional and thought she could pull a fast one. No ma’am.

Best nail salon in town! Been coming here which is 45 minutes from my house in SW Austin for the past 10 years because the owner Jennifer and her sisters are the best nail techs and provide excellent service, and I love the natural look of my solar nails! Come in and ask for Jennifer! Tell her Sherry sent you😉.

They are amazing! My no-chip manicure always lasts almost a month snd the pedicure doesnt chip for at least a month. They give you a little shoulder massage while your nails are drying and the ladies are always pleasant. The prices are reasonable too.They are great at waxing as well! I came in with messed up eyebrows and they made me look normal again. I just moved to Austin from Chicago and this is the only place that I will go after trying about 10 different salons in the area. You cant go wrong with this place!

Perfect first experience...everything went great...signed up for the deluxe pedi and a basic mani. the client that came in while i was there have been coming back for years and couldnt stop telling me theyd go nowhere else...Im sure there are others out there but its nice to be loved...
