The nail technician was nice but her work was not great. I asked for a thin French tip, showed her a picture… I wouldn’t complain about my nails not being exactly the same but they are uneven and bumpy too.

Very nice employees and good selection of colors. Manicure was done very well with a nice massage and pedicure was also done really well! The place is a little unorganized and messy but again very friendly place.

Everyone in the shop is so welcoming. Ive never been to a nail salon like this in my life. They all went well above and beyond my expectations. It started off with an amazing pedicure by Chow. I hadnt had one in 3 yrs so my feet were nasty. Great massage, great paraffin treatment. The works. Then i had a very specific idea in mind for my nail colors. Everyone in the shop came together to figure out what I wanted as I was having trouble explaining what I had envisioned. They were so patient with me. I only had 4 hours of sleep the night before so I was running slow.Michelle is a true artist...she was so kind and patient and figured out exactly what i wanted. My nails turned out better than I had even imagined. Ive never left a nail salon truly happy before. Im a hairstylist & I am very picky!They were on top of Covid protocol as well which was very important to me. This was my first time in a nail salon since before Covid.Michelle unexpectedly gave me a scalp, head, neck, arm, back, massage. I think she could tell I was in need. What she didnt know is I lost my cat of 13 yrs, a month ago...ive been having a really tough time...lots of loss and death in my life. But Michelle must have given me a healing massage of some sort because I left there feeling a huge weight off. I started smiling and laughing during the massage bc I have never experienced something so amazing! It felt so peaceful. Thank you to Michelle and Chow and the entire staff. You all really turned my day around....i cannot thank you enough and I cannot wait to come back!💖🙏😘🥰✨🙌

I absolutely LOVE the owners, their family, their customer service. The sweetest humans! I love love love the way they do my nails. I never let anybody touch my nails but them. I am beyond pleased when I leave. My heart is always the most happy when I leave.

Worse pedicure I have ever had in my life. My skin was cut around the nail and to stop blood, pressure and some liquid had to be applied to stop blood.. When she applied the gel nail polish, it had lumps and groves in the and looked like a 1st graders had done my nails.. She then asked me to pay $45.00They slaughtered my feet!!.

The guy that did my nails was very gentle, but worked at a decent pace.I’ve had more nail techs rush through and treat my hands too rough than be gentle, so his care is greatly appreciated.He seemed a little confused by the design I wanted (my fault, I’m bad at describing what I want),but because of that, he made sure before he did anything that it was what I wanted.My nails turned out great, and I’m very pleased. They aren’t overly thick, no lumps, the polish is smooth, and the shape is just what I wanted! Definitely a good experience and very pleased with the results!

Excellent for laser hair removal. Very professional and fair prices. I highly recommend Mr.Henry in this place for everything you need about laser hair removal. He knows very well what hes doing.

After about 4 days my nails started getting bubbles in them :/ and the gel started chipping.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. First of all, they don’t LITERALLY understand whatever I say. Second of all, they ask me to pay by cash everytime I go there. I don’t have cash on me anytime, I only go here because it’s so very close to where I live and saves a lot of time in traffic. And when I pay by card, they give me a weird look every time and don’t even answer ANY of my questions after that. Finally, one of the lady who works here because she was in a hurry waxed one of my eyebrow off while waxing. I feel really really upset for going to shop. Never again!

Since I only work across the street from them it makes it that much more convenient! I am so pleased with my nails and the service here. I get compliments all weekend of a bridal party & its SO nice location!

I went For a color change and picked out a cotton candy color. One nail didn’t get a top coat put on it and had a lazy job done to it. The shape of my nails weren’t straight and i ended Up having to file them myself when i went Home. Another customer was speaking to me about my car and i said Yes the black car is mine . The nail tech ended up painting my toes black and due to it was past closing time i said I would Come back the next day to get it fixed . I returned the next day to get it fixed and the nail tech gave me an attitude about it and smacked her teeth. I will not be returning back to this nail salon as there are many other salons on slaughter that can provide better customer service

My first professional manicure, it was awesome! I got the French shellac manicure, love it with my long fingers and nails. They came out awesome! And lasted a long time! After A while I needed a touch up, and tried another salon. The other salon did a good job, not as nice as here, but I was happy. Unfortunately, the other salonss job only lasted a few days before starting to break off. Here, they took longer, and seemed more skilled (the other place just didnt seem to put in a much effort, or so my novice eyes thought). After the new salons nails failed, I returned here and, once again, an amazing long lasting job! Im currently sitting getting a chair massage from my girl, almost A MONTH, after I had it done last, whom I always request, loving it! Trying a new pedicure. Once again, bring the French manicure. I love this place!

Love this place! I have had an amazing pedicure and dipping powder set with Hana and she does a fantastic job!!! My nails never look so natural like that!!! And I love it the most!!!I have no idea why they have negative reviews because I feel like I hit the jackpot finding this place.I am a perfectionist and demand quality work and this place delivers!

They are good at doing nails, but they OVER CHARGE every single time! and not even by a little either. I once called ahead and asked how much a refill on acrylic nails were. They said $15. Got there, didnt get anything special, just regularly painted and fixed 2 broken nails. They charged me $35!! another time i got a regular acrylic set which on their prices say $25. Got them done, and they charged me $50! My advice is to not come here if you like reasonable prices

Not only is the customer service is great but the quality is real good, they take their time and nails last longer than usual. I love this place. Defiantly would recomend to someone near the area looking for a good decent nail salon

Worst customer service ever! I waited 30 minutes before anyone touched my nails and throughout my service I was passed to 2 different other nail techs. Before the second nail tech started on my nails he decided to take a smoke break then he came back to do my nails. He did not wash his hands and I had to smell his cigarette smoke, So unprofessional! At the end of my service the lady wanted me to tip for each nail tech. CRAZY! It was my first time here and I won’t be back either.

I finally stopped going here a year ago after three bad experiences in a row. First, they cut me and put on SNS that wasnt even close to even - it was lumpy all over and the shape was atrocious. Second, the same lady cut me in the same place and then argued with me when I told her to stop doing that. Third time, I walked in for gel change and they took three people after me and I left after they left me sitting with my nails soaking in a bowl of acetone for 35 minutes. Worst service ever, I tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Nails are crooked and very poor looking, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to them only charging me 45$ for both my mom and myself. I guess they knew it wasnt a good nail job and were pressed for time so just let it go. There are better salons in the area

They always do a good job and are nice. Their pedicures are great and very reasonable pricing.

They are the worst, I went to get my nails done....the lady had 4 nails done and I had been there an hour, then I told her to take them off cause I didnt like them and they were crooked, so when she got the nail polish remover....she squeezed it in bowl hard enough to were it shot in face!! I would never recommend this place, my next step is calling the Texas Cosmetology commission to shut them down and make sure their licenses are legit. DO NOT GO THERE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!!

On my second trip here for a pedicure I was extremely disappointed. My first time was fine and I was happy with the price and quality, but my 2nd visit was quite bad. First, my tech interrupted my pedicure to answer her personal cell phone. Afterwards she cut me very deeply (pics attached) and didnt acknowledge it for a few minute as she tried to swab it clean with some weird green liquid from a dropper. She then answered a 2nd phone call on the house phone with her gloves still on (the phone looked disgusting) and then went back to my now bleeding foot with the dirty phone gloves on. She continued the service and finally said she was sorry and asked if it hurt which of course it did (still does). The bleeding did not stop by the end of my service; I could tell she felt bad, but I was still charged FULL price and walked out bleeding. She tried to clean it several times, but was actually making it worse by digging in more with her tools and cotton swabs. I will now be healing for a long time and will be cleaning this wound diligently and watching for an infection.
