This was my first time going here. I walked in on a weekday & put my name on the waitlist and was seated in about 30 minutes. They fixed my nails,that another salon messed up, for such a good price. Phillip is the person who did my nails. I’m definitely going back. Love, love, love!

I will never go back here again, first The lady that did my feet was being really rude and then the man that did my hands he was rushing and told somebody he was going to do mine nails in 20 minutes.I was in there for 4 hours for this smh and oh yeah I had 3 different people doing my nails and This is what I gotIt looks like a little kid did my nails. Phillip did an amazing job! Got a SNS manicure, and my nails lasted more than 5 weeks (usually I break my nails in 3 weeks). Definitely will be coming back to see Phillip! Great customer service too!

I sat at chair 9 I really don’t like going into a nail salon and having my manicurist try and conversate with me the guy Pham got straight to business, I had my 1yr old autism child with me and Pham was very patient with me, I’ve been here twice and Pham does my nails amazing each time I’d recommend my manicurist to anyone

I should’ve looked at the bad reviews long ago. With everything opening back up I decided I’d support my local business. But never again will I return. The staff will talk about you in front of you and the manager is unprofessional. My nails look AWFUL and rushed because the tech didn’t care or take the time. Asked for a discount due to the terrible outcome and he argued trying to justify for why they rushed saying my child was crying too much.??? Yet y’all have two TVs on loud and music blasting in the background? He tried to argue saying “I’ll take off the nails or you pay”, as in he simple didn’t care. (They keep taking the photo down because they don’t want anyone to see how bad their work is) 🙄

The gentleman who did my nails was kind, professional, and clean. My nails look great to boot! Extremely reasonable prices for gel nails.

Worst Service Ever.First, of all the person doing my nails had a really bad attitude when I told her my nail looked crooked, she just gave me a negative attitude.

Omg! Do NOT go here for anything! I went here to get my eyebrows done and the idiot took off the ends of my eyebrows! What really pissed me off is that when I first sat down I tried to explain to the hag who was about to do my eyebrows that I just wanted them to be cleaned up but she rudely cut me off and said I know what Im doing I should have gotten up right there but I was in a rush! When she showed me the mirror I wanted to cry! Why I asked her why did she take off the ends of both of my eyebrows she said so they could match! She ended up not charging me but I cant believe someone so incompetent works there! NOT WORTH IT!

My nails were done how I wanted them but everytime I have to refuse extra services multiple times because of how much they insist on adding extra services. My eyebrows were all plucked and waxed excessively. If I wasnt so embarrassed of how they look after their wax I would post a photo! Not going back ever!

For all you lovely ladies who like lashes, N joy nails does lashes now. Ask for Natalie. She is very skilled and gives you the lashes you ask for. My preference is med- natural full. They look natural and look as if you are wearing just a little bit of mascara. Thank you Natalie for your great customer service.

They did a pretty good job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I would have liked another layer on the base coat to make it more opaque. The manager was very kind and attentive. Prices were reasonable.

Had gel all over my nails and cut my nails I was so mad and while covid is going on alll there tools suppose to be in opened and they just stick it back in the packaging and pretend like its open lol while I was getting my feet done God knows how many people they cut and she dont clean her tool either never will return

LINDA is AMAZING!!! Do not let anybody else touch your nails there. I usually call ahead of time to make an appointment with her. Shes so sweet, takes her TIME, does not rush, and shapes your nails or your acrylics to PERFECTION! The polish or gel is always painted on perfectly as well. I have always been 100% satisfied with her work!

I came in with the most hideous nails and feet due to working so much and neglecting myself. I was dreading the day I had to show my toes...so embarrassed that I chose a new shop because I couldnt face my old one LOL. My technicians made me feel very comfortable. It looked like I left out of here with new hands and feet. Thank you all!!

Philip is an acrylic magician. I came in with some pretty bad eagle beak lumpy looking nails and, in no time, Philip got them back to public viewing status.

Phillip is amazing I left out pleased, had a small problem of the gal polish chipping away for what ever reason he invited me back to correct the problem with fuss no foul and a color change w/o making me pay extra

The only reason we come all the way over here to get our nails done and waste our money on them is for the quality that May offers us. No one else compares to the same nail quality and once she stops working here we’re finding another place to get our nails done.

Don’t get ur eyelashes done here . Your eyelashes shouldn’t be all clumped up and it shouldn’t be rock hard . I got mine 3 days ago and I was so uncomfortable!!. I had to get them removed at amazing lash studio and it took 1 hr and 30 min to get them off . And I couldn’t even brush threw them .

I went in to get a mani/pedi with a friend. They seemed short staffed but left me soaking in the foot tub for almost an hour before they came back and said or did anything. My friend was only getting a mani and they wouldn’t let her wait for me to get them done together.The lady finally came and started my pedicure and was ripping my cuticles so hard that my big toe was bleeding! The whole thing was painful and felt more torturous than relaxing. Then she did my finger nails at the foot spa chair and one of my fingernails was bleeding from more cuticle ripping.Will not going again.

Ive been going here for 2 years to get a gel manicure, pedicure, and sometimes eyebrow wax. They are really cheap and that is the main reason I keep coming back. I dont consider it a really nice/fancy salon but most of the nail techs are pretty good, the gel lasts forever, and the owner has always taken good care of me. I think its easy to be pleased with a basic gel manicure as long as they dont nick your cuticles and are somewhat friendly. As for all the other terrible reviews on here, I dont think this is the salon for you if your looking for special/specific work and superior customer service. Youre going to have to go to a $50/manicure type of place and this is not it. I think I pay $20 for gel, so cheap and lasts for at least 3 weeks! :)

I specifically asked the woman that was suppose to just be changing my polish not to file them....and did. So I ended up leaving with one hand shorter than the other because I just did not want her taking that hard grit file to my nails anymore...and theyre crooked. She completely treated my pretty well kept natural nails like acrylic nails. Not happy and would defiantly not recommend this place if you have beautiful natural nails. My nails and fingers feel wrecked.

I went in to get a basic French tip full set. Horrible experience. Since the start, the lady looked like she did not know what she was doing. I was not satisfied with the way the nails ended up. Very unprofessionally done. There were air bubbles in my nails, I told the lady and she rudely attempted to fix the problem. I have gotten my nails done here in the past. But this time it was different.

Good prices but very bad service and quality of nails. Went in for a simple manicure, they left me soaking for over 15 min until the water got cold. Horrible paint job. People seem nice but I wouldn’t come here.

I came here for the first time today, and Lee did my acrylics - he was amazing! I travel frequently and have gotten my nails done by many people and I was impressed by how attentive he was and how focused he was on delivering quality. Reasonable prices as well.

Not very impressed. I went here for pedicures with my boyfriend and they didn’t even clip our toe nails... we had to ask them to come back after they said they were “all done” to clip them. At that point the nail tech asked if we wanted them clipped down “more” seeming confused, as if she had already had done it. Overall, there are just far better places to go for the price. We paid $50 total. My boyfriend got the basic and I got the “organic” - which does not seem like there is a big difference between these two.

Let me just tell yall Im a regular for about 9 months now theyre customer service is fantastic, Natalie and Ben are the best and Natalie does awesome lashes and eyebrows I wont let anyone else touch me unless its them, they always attend so quick never hardly ever a wait I ALWAYS recommend this place!! Theyre so friendly my 3 year old is always a regular with a mani and pedi and they treat her so well!

Its reasonably priced but hard to communicate what you actually want, Ive been very happy with my nails here but also had to return because of one peeling off the same day.

My nails were done by Brian and he did a fabulous job!!!! The bad review is for the person who did my eyelashes. Even when I went to get them fixed it still did not past much longer. I had to remove them.

I did my lashes here LAST NIGHT!!! The girl who did them was very young a super friendly however, very inexperienced! I asked for her not to put the lashes to close to my inner eye and now my eyes are super irritated. Also, They are already coming off. She also used more glue in the middle of my eye and they are now super clumpy. I left yesterday thinking they would settle just fine... WRONG!!! I will be returning today for a full refund.

I got a gel manicure done here last Thursday and less than a week later, I have chips on four different fingers. I wouldnt recommend because the quality is so bad for the price.

The tech SMACKED me. Instead of verbalizing, instead of saying excuse me or something to get my attention to swap hands, he straight up hit my hand. Technically assault. I got up and left immediately.

Horrible. The man that did my nails skipped steps. The nail polish was all over my fingers he didnt take the time to clean up the excesses nail polish. I asked for an ombré nail nude to white. I ended up with white nails he kept on wanting do what he wanted and not what I asked for .

This establishment has horrible customer service. I went in on a Wednesday for my regular acrylic full set with gel polish. I was encouraged repeatedly by the nail tech to try the dip powder, so I did. I was not overjoyed with my nails because of shape and my color choice but I did not make a big deal about it because I would be back in 2 weeks for a new set and could live with it. By Sunday four nails had broken, which never happens to me. Two nails were chipping at the nail bed, and one broke just from me opening a ketchup package. I took all the nails off because I couldn’t make it back to the nail shop until Thursday and find it very tacky to walk around with chipped nails. When I got to the shop and explained what happened, with picture evidence, the owner took zero responsibility for what happened. She explained that their policy was to fix the broken nails and not to give refunds. When I asked where it was written she told me it was by word of mouth only. First she explained that the dip process was not as strong, but when I expressed that it should not have been promoted to me as such she changed her story to where she wears dip and does nails and never breaks one. I offered for the salon to just do 4 nails even though I needed a full set because it’s about the principle, but the owner still expected me to pay!! I left and went to a different nail salon that was cleaner, time efficient, and offered drinks all for the SAME price. I’m so upset at myself for spending my money and time here when there are way better, affordable options.

I had a wonderful mani/pedi with Anjelica today. She is a perfectionist and gives amazing massage. She told me that she loves what she does, and it shows. I highly recommend her.She works Monday, Wednesday, Friday and SaturdayIMG_0077.JPG

Do not go here, they steal! My bank card was stolen by one of the nail techs and when I went to report it to the manger she refused to care until I called the police. They are all thieves and the nail tech that stole my bank card I believe still works there.

My experiences were Great until my nail tech no longer knew how to Communicate,being late,hardly responding to text then started doing what she wanted instead of explaining or asking if that’s what I was okay with! Then canceled on me the day before my appt saying she feels uncomfortable doing my nails because I don’t trust her work and to find another nail tech! All because I asked her Why she couldn’t do my nails a certain way! Luna was very unprofessional and inconvenienced me! At my last visit she was rude to my Fiancé about moving to another seat because she had another client!Yes she was good at times but not consistent until this situation she needs better listening and communication skills . The fact that she stays booked isn’t a reason to treat you like your disposal that’s bad customer service especially when I’ve referred her to many of my friends also been going there for awhile ! I hope no one has to go through this especially the ppl I referred!!!!! My money is good as the others which will be spent elsewhere and I’m happy I no longer have to deal with that!

Found the best nail tech hare Tammy 9 years ago..she is now at Nails of America..I dont not recommend N Joy Nails the staff there is just not what it use to be..will never return

Most disappointing place ever. The kid that did my pedicure, awful and unprofessional job. The lady that did my nails was snobby and did not care about her work whatsoever. I couldn’t even leave a tip I just couldn’t do and I feel bad cus I feel a tip should always be given but that’s how disappointing this experience was. Like I never write review for anything or anyplace but I literally can’t with this place.

Some do good jobs but stay away from the Mexican girls . They don’t no what there doing!! Also watch your pricing because they will $5 you to death but I guess that’s is all the Asian places :(

This nail salon horrible. A guy did my nails and the first thing I asked him was to see their selection of acrylic powder mood changing colors and his exact words were color changing is not cute were not going to do that and then I told him that that was exactly what I wanted and if get he could get them for me and he still refused so I asked the manager for a new technician and they told me that was not allowed so I just decided to continue on with the guy I had then I told him that I would like coffin shaped nails and he was like okay. When he started to cut them very short and square, I told him that was not what I wanted and he said well its too late Ive already cut them I told him that that wasnt right so then he ignored me & brought me the color ring of nail polishes and I picked out a red color and about 10 minutes later I remembered that I had an event to attend so I asked me if I could see the color ring again so that I can go for a more subtle color and after an argument he brought the color ring back. He then told me that i was too picky and a bad customer. I hate my nails and the nail polish is bubbled and i have never had that happen at any other nail salon. He wasnt gentle at all. I was on vacation and couldnt even enjoy a relaxing time at the salon. Customer service is non-existent and all around a terrible salon.

I usually just go get my brows done here. 8/10 everytime Id say Im satisfied with the results as I usually dont get the same lady everytime but it rotates between 3. I think they do a decent job with pedis. I believe the mans name was Lee?? I cant member but he did a great job and also gave me some tips lol When it comes to sets/manis they do okay although Ive only got a handful from here. Tammy is the best, I must say! Not sure if shes there now that I think about it I do my brows like every 3 weeks they take forever to grow back&then Ill just forget🙄Dont dislike this place but not in love either. Id give it a good 8/10 all around.

This place is trash I uploaded the picture of my nails and OMG its disgusting. Glue everywhere. Worst 45.00 my pedicure was decent but will never go to them.

I came here and sat down to get my nails done, the girl cut my finger it was actively bleeding and she continued to do my service with all tools touching my bloody finger and dipping my bloody finger into multiple SNS powders! I didn’t stop her Because I wanted to see how she would handle the situation. Then she stopped mid service and some other girl came to work on my and the bloody finger had dried and this new girl reopened that cut and kept trying to file around it. It hurt so bad I had to stop the service completely and leave. And my blood is in a few of their SNS powders for the record . I also have video of them doing this. Will never go back. Not only the experience was something out of a 3rd world country but it’s pretty much the filthiest nail salon ive ever walked into. I honestly don’t know how state board hast shut them down

They have NO customer service skills. The girl who was doing my Pedicure, she got up 2 or 3 times and was gone for over 10 minuets each time. She never once said “ hey I’m going to go do this and I be back; NOTHING” I sitting there looking like where did she go, why is I not having my pedi. I asked for the $35 pedi and she gave me what she wanted. Charged me to soak off my gel, like I’ve never heard of that. If I’m getting a pedicure than it’s just like taking off regular polish. I’ve never went to a nail shop and they charged me to take off the gel and do my pedi. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. I will never refer no one over there. The lady barely wanted to answer me when I asked about MY feet she stabbing and pulling on. Like how rude can you be. She had a major attitude since she sat in Front of me to do my pedi. OMG. They should close, it was ridiculous. So mad I asked for something and you just gone do what you want and expect me to pay for something I didn’t ask for. And you ain’t do what you asking for me to pay for. Like I can read English so what you said you did ain’t what you did ma’am.

I get my nails done alot and this time i got my nails done was horibble do not recoment this place on tip ofnot being happy with my nails i had to take them off after 1 day because i had blisters all along my finger tips and arround my nails and i am not alergic to anything i thought it was maby because he kept puting my hand in the UV light over and over i do not recomend this place at all
