Nancy Ha and Tina are the best. They stayed late to accommodate our late arrival. Very patient and Kind ladies. Definitely know what theyre doing and keep up to date on trends. Will definatley return and probably make this my home salon.

I can’t express how happy I am every time I come here for service. You ask you receive. Tammy is the eyebrow expert Tina can get down on marble for nails and the rest of the staff is always available and welcoming.

So I Went Here On September 10, 2021 & Got My Nails Done Like Everyone’s Else Does & Got A Pedicure Too Because I Definitely Needed One Well Let Me Tell You Something I Freakin Got A Bacterial Infection Because They Somehow Didn’t Clean There Stuff & It Isn’t The Most Comfortable Thing To Deal With On Your Toe Especially Your Baby Toe. I Don’t Wish It Upon Anyone To Get This It Hurts So Bad. Hopefully They Will Start Cleaning Everything So This Won’t Happen Again! 🤦🏽‍♀️😖

They rushed though my service because it was close to closing when they could have said they were not taking anymore walk ins . I got a basic pedi that came out to 40$? As for my hands I asked for a short set white tip. I also a take off which she ripped off with a nail tip damaging my nails beds in multiple fingers! The tips wouldn’t stay so she straight overdid it with the glue and didn’t even clean my hands. The acrylic was sloppy and noticeably uneven! I’m very dissatisfied! I won’t be back ! I have to find another shop to fix this mess tomorrow!

I simply wanted a good clean up. For my ingrown to be taken out and just neatly trimmed. I paid for the $25 because I didn’t even want my toe nails polished. I simply wanted a trim and clean. What did I get? A very bad job. Looked so bad but I tipped and went on my way. Then I got home and messed with it. Now it’s hurting and my toe nails are all messed up and in pain and I should have just never walked in there.

I loved my nails. They did an amazing job, but my pedicure could of been better. She cut my nails but didn’t file them and made them look all crooked but in the end the lady seemed like she was rushing and just not wanting to do it .

Just moved to Austin and this is the first nail place Ive tried. Overall good job! The nail shop is very busy but has plenty of staff to accommodate. My pedicure results were just okay but my nails look great! Will visit it again mainly due to the affordable prices.

Besides anything else that was done, my nails I love the way they look an how they came out exactly what I like an want thanks Tina...

Nancy Ha is amazing. My first set of dip nails she did ombre pink with butterflys and they were beautiful. I went back for my fill with a really ambitious evil eye design and she executed it perfectly. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she got the perfect colors and all the nail art she added is just how I wanted. Im completely obsessed with this set my nails have never looked this cool. 🧿

I went to get a fill and the fill was horrible. My nails were all lumpy and she blamed me for the bad quality of my nails. She stated they were too long and thats why they were lumpy. Dont realpy recommend this location.

I drive from Rock Rock to come over here. I been coming here since 2005, Pearl is my favorite by far, she does an amazing job with my lashes and pedicure. I rarely get my nails done, but when I do it’s awesome sauce.

The guy who did my nails (i didn’t get his name) he was so nice and funny he joked bout how long they were. he didn’t hurt me. it was my first time going here and it was a great experience will be going back!

Bad bad people. Obviously they dont sanitize their tools, I got a really bad infection and ended up in the hospital with a $2k bill

I went in on Sunday and of course they are busy but they have absolutely no organization. I was skipped over multiple times and when she finally took everyone that came in after me it was my turn. I asked for a fill and she did not take the time to buff down the acrylic on the edges or the top. My nails look like a cactus! She got polish and acrylic all over my hands and didn’t bother to even have me wash my hands before the polish my thumb nail looks like a jagged arrow. She was on her phone the whole 20 minutes she took ruining my nails. I will never ever go back there again a 30$ fill that is worth 3 $. My niece does a better job. This place used to be better but now it’s gone down hill horrible service horrible horrible nail job! I would take a look in the tub you put your feet in aswell they did not clean them in between the customers they rinsed them with regular water and on to the next no soap no sterilization. Gross!

Spacious, clean, lots of chairs to accommodate everyone whether your getting your nails, toes or eyebrows done. Or just waiting for someone. Ps.Tina does the best nails. Cant seem to find someone that does good eyebrows yet.(that is why Im giving 4 stars and not 5) they always make them a little too thin.

Meh i would not go back. Got my toes painted last night. Wore heels today and the polish smudged. Got gel nails. Love the color, but there are tiny air bubbles and there are gaps of no polish on the edges of my nails.

They are clean and the atmosphere is very friendly.

I’m honestly very disappointed by them today I’ve been here before so I expected to get great service but no. The guy that was doing my pedicure wasn’t listening very well to me and the filing was very rough. When I asked for a design he couldn’t do it so a lady came over to do the design for him, it didn’t look the same on both toes so HE then tried fixing it and it just ended up worse. He kept having to started over and mind you that wasnt an easy task because I had gel. Needless to say I wont be coming here again

Still my favorite place in Austin to get a mani/pedi! Great staff and service. Significantly less expensive than other places and I always leave pleased with my results.

First time getting my nails done here and they did such a great job. I was very impressed especially the quality of work and price. My nails came out perfect. Their employees were very respectful and kind. I even got my eyebrows done after not having them done in a while. The last salon I went to they did a horrible job on my eyebrows. Im super glad I found someone I could trust with my eyebrows again. Definitely come in early because it does get busy.

So, my eyebrows are somewhat okay but I wanted to get them cleaned up, so I went with my friend and mother, I went in waited and got seated she applied the wax and did the job and then put some oil and plucked my eyebrows - THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME !! so, I looked . And they looked great! She cleaned up the baby hairs and they look so much better, her name was Pearl . 10/10 recommend her .!!

I have had two visits @ nails at last and Im sorry but I have read some of the reviews for this place and I have to disagree with some people. The two times I have gone have been absolutely amazing! The guy who did my nails takes his time and does not rush himself or the customer which is greatly appreciated because many dont take their time. The price was very decent they charged me 45$ including tip I got coffin shaped nails with gel and rhinestones so the price was not bad. In my opinion the work that they do is good and the price isnt too bad and I absolutely love the guy who does my nails he does an amazing job I will definitely continue to go to nails at last!

I usually go to another place on Riverside, but it was packed today and I was in a hurry, so I went to the nearest place which was this one. Although the lady who did my eyebrows did an AMAZING job, I felt the need to give a bad review because one of the ladies asked me to get up from the chair and grabbed me by my arm to get me off so that HER client could sit!! I took her arm off of me and told her there was no need for that, I could move by myself. She didnt even ask, she just told me to get up. She was so worried about getting her tip from her client and didnt care about other paying customers there. Other people there were also rude. The other place I go to, they talk to you, welcome you, and make you feel comfortable. I was about to walk out and just go to the other place and just wait, but the lady go to me and I let her do my eyebrows. Next time Ill just stick to my usual spot. There is a reason why they get so much service, (because of the good customer service). Never again, coming here.

I asked for a refill and the lady was so unprofessional, my nails are not even well painted and they are EXTREMELY thick. I asked nicely if they could fix them and they said that my nails look good. Never going back.

This is one of the largest nail salons I have ever been to... 10 pedi chairs and at least 10 nail stations. $20 for your average pedicure so its pretty cheap and a good deal. Theyre not as meticulous about their work so it wont be perfect but you get what you pay for. 4/5 stars because its pretty good for the price you pay

Do not go here. This place is an assembly line of rude, inexperienced workers, probably all illegals. You cannot get a decent natural manicure in this town, but this was unreal it was so bad. I literally paid someone money to butcher my nails. She barely knew how to use a nail file. And it was useless talking to her because she did not understand English. And all their tools came out of community boxes so you know damn well nothing is ever sterilized. Good thing she barely touched my cuticles. The pedicure was just as bad if not worse. I also had a lip wax and I had to ask them to wipe off the excess wax. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. DO NOT GO THERE

Love love love this spot. This place is fully staffed. If you’re getting a Mani and a pedi rest assured two people will work on you at the same time so you don’t have to wait. Prices are soooo good. I have very thin nail beds and they are very gentle with my nails.they have so many gel colors to choose from. 20$ for eyelash Extensions. technicians go by number, I like Mo. I think he is number 3.

Dont bother making an appointment because when you arrive you will still watch your nail technician just starting doing nails of the other customer for almost an hour, thats how long I waited. The other technician cut her nails on toes right in front of me which was a very disgusting thing to watch. The receptionist did not sound sorry when I finally decided to leave. Ive been coming here for months and looks like it was the last time, but if you decide to come here ask for Mo, hes great.

Rushed.. guy tried to do one coat of a light color on nails.. you could see through them.. lady half painted toes.. have to go home and redo them over.. rude as well.. will not be going back

Went in today, left about 5 minutes ago. The lady who took care of me took no more than 20 minutes to finish my nails. Typically fast is good but not in this case. My nails came out WAY shorter than I told her. I wanted an oval shape they came out like tear drops. The curve in the middle of the nails are curved you can see it from a mile away. She kept pushing to get gel after telling her multiple times no. Couldn’t get the girls name, if I ever go back I definitely would NEVER go with her.

So I have gone here twice so far. The first time I got a full set with my sister and it was pretty okay. The lady put my acrylic on too thin and my nail looked flat and unappealing to the eye. There was no wait that time. The second time I went to get a refill and I loved this time! Although I did have an hour wait, it is a weekend and its back to school so I knew it would be super busy and that I was getting my self into something tedious but I am a patient person and decided to wait it out (and I was there to get my nails done for school too). When they sat me in the chair, the lady apologized for the wait and explained to me why we waited, which I appreciated. And when she started my nail, she fixed a crooked acrylic nails which I didnt notice, built my apex (the beautiful curve in the nail), thickened my acrylic to the appropriate amount and painted my nails perfectly. For this I payed $15 and I get medium length coffin. I suggest when you go ask for Kim, Tami or Q. These are amazing nail techs and know that they are doing, also calling ahead helps a lot!

The salon did not seem too busy so I got seated right away. However, about 10 minutes into my appointment, another customer came in and started chatting with my nail technician, who then left me for 15 minutes to go wax their upper lip. They did a fine job with the actual pedicure and the price was cheap ($20) but I would not go back for the atmosphere. It also was disruptive to hear another customer, who was very upset about something, arguing with another nail technician who seemed very defensive and was very unwilling to give this other customer what they wanted.TL;DR: For $20 youll get an average pedicure but dont expect anything amazing, or a pleasant atmosphere.

The lady who did my brows was kind of rude, because she wasnt listening to what I said about it being my first time and telling her how I want them. She brought someone else to explain to me what she was saying (there was a language barrier). When I was finished I walked to the front and it turns out she left someone in her chair while she was doing my eye brows and didnt let the other client know shell be back or what to do with the eye lashes on. My eyebrows came out alright, first timer tho.

******WARNING*********These people have the worst customer service ever. They have nail techs who clearly have no training and then try to defend their bad work. The manager is extremely unprofessional.The also use MMA, a harmful acrylic product that can destroy your nails. They dont change the nail filer and dont wash their hands between customers.Also you ladies who get your eyelashes done, they have the extensions on their arms while they do nails or feet.

Went to this place to get my nails done my cause mine favorite one was close. The lady front row second to wall left side did a horrible job. Worst place to get your nails done never again will I waste my time or money here and truly advise other people not to either!! Asked for a sunflower design on 2 of my nails so it could match my graduation dress cant express how disappointed I am. I waited over 30 mins for this design and she knew she messed it up and didnt care to fix it she got up and left so I thought maybe she’s bringing something to fix it ummm no the lady next to me told she said she’s done and left to lunch didn’t even give me a chance to tell her to fix it.

Went over a couple of weeks ago to have a pedicure. Not only does they dont sterilize their equipment they dont own up to there mistake. I end up with a toe infection that caused me to be hospitalized. I have occurred seriously medical bills. I went to talk with the owner who gave me another fake owner name and number. Please be careful using this place.

Paid for deluxe manicure & pedicure and skin ariund my fingers and toes was not taken off. Deluxe includes massage, massage I received was pressure 2-3 times. I will nrver go back.
